Itinerario

El Campamento Base del Everest es el sueño de la mayoría de los viajeros y amantes de la aventura. Pero son pocas las personas que cumplen su sueño de acercarse al Monte Everest a través del Campo Base del Everest. Se tarda casi medio mes en completar el viaje al Campo Base del Everest, y la mayoría de la gente no dispone de tanto tiempo para completar el viaje de sus sueños. El Trekking Panorámico al Everest es la opción perfecta para quienes tienen menos tiempo pero quieren explorar el Himalaya. Esta ruta panorámica del Everest también es menos exigente que otras rutas por el Campo Base del Everest. El punto más alto que alcanzarás durante la ruta es Tengboche, a 3.860 metros de altitud.

Programa del tour

Día 1

Llegada a Katmandú (1.400 m). Pasa la noche en un hotel.

Hoy es tu día de llegada a Katmandú. Nuestro representante de Himalayan Recreation Treks estará allí en el aeropuerto para recogerte. Te llevaremos a tu hotel en nuestro vehículo privado y tendrás una breve sesión informativa sobre tu viaje después de llegar al hotel. Pasarás la noche en un hotel de Katmandú.

Día 2

Reunión previa al viaje y visita guiada por el valle de Katmandú. Alojamiento en un hotel.

Este día, saldrás para hacer turismo por el valle de Katmandú después de desayunar en nuestro vehículo privado con tu guía. Los lugares que visitarás hoy son la Plaza Durbar de Katmandú, la estupa de Swayambhunath, también conocida popularmente como el Templo de los Monos, la estupa de Bouddhanath, una de las más grandes de Asia, y el Templo de Pashupatinath, considerado uno de los lugares más sagrados para todos los hindúes del mundo. Hoy también visitarás dos ciudades cercanas, Bhaktapur y lalitpur. Todos los lugares que visitarás hoy están incluidos en el Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO. Después de recorrer la ciudad durante todo el día, regresarás a tu hotel y te prepararás para el trekking. Pasa la noche en el hotel de Katmandú.

Día 3

Vuelo a Lukla (2.804 m) y Trekking a Phakding (2.610 m) - 3 h. Pasa la noche en una pensión.

Hoy tomaremos un vuelo panorámico temprano por la mañana a Lukla desde Katmandú de unos 45 minutos. Tras el aterrizaje, exploraremos el pueblo de Lukla y comenzaremos nuestro trekking a Phakding. Lukla es un destino de entrada desde donde comienza nuestro último trekking. Seguiremos el sendero a lo largo de la orilla del río Dudhkoshi. Tras una hora de descenso gradual, llegaremos a una aldea de Cheplung, desde donde vislumbraremos el monte Khumbila. Caminaremos unas horas más hasta llegar a Phakding. Pasaremos la noche en el hotel de Phakding.

Día 4

Trekking a Namche Bazaar (3.441 m) - 5,5 h. Pasa la noche en una pensión.

Este día, iremos de excursión a Namche Bazaar saliendo de Phakding, lo que nos llevará aproximadamente 5 horas. Primero atravesaremos el río y luego pasaremos por la zona boscosa de pinos azules y rododendros. A continuación, nuestro camino asciende de forma constante, cruzando el alto puente colgante Tenzing- Hilary que nos ofrece la magnífica vista de varias montañas. A lo largo del recorrido hasta Namche bazaar, podrás contemplar los picos gigantes de diferentes montañas. Cuando lleguemos a Namche Bazar, podremos disfrutar de casas de té, bares y restaurantes. Pasaremos la noche en una pensión en Namche Bazaar.

Día 5

Día de aclimatación en Namche Bazaar. Noche en una pensión.

Este es el día de descanso o aclimatación programado en nuestro trekking. Los expertos recomiendan descansar de vez en cuando después de caminar varios días. Hoy también exploraremos otras zonas de Namche Bazar para adaptarnos a la altitud. Podemos disfrutar de otras actividades en Namche Bazar, ya que hay cajeros automáticos, cibercafés, deliciosos restaurantes y panaderías, así como un colorido mercado todos los viernes por la tarde y los sábados por la mañana. Pasaremos la noche en una casa de huéspedes en Namche bazar.

Día 6

Trekking a Khumjung y exploración del pueblo de Khumjung

Hoy continuaremos nuestro viaje en dirección a la aldea de Khumjung. Antes de Khumjung nos encontraremos con otra aldea llamada Thame, que nos aleja de la ruta principal del Everest y abraza la ladera de una colina, y sigue el sendero hacia Thame y su famoso monasterio, que se asienta en la ladera por encima del pueblo y bien merece una visita. El pueblo de Khumjung está situado cerca del pico de Khumbila, del que deriva el nombre de esta región. Después de caminar unas horas más desde Thame, por fin llegamos a nuestro destino, la aldea de Khumjung. Pasaremos el resto del día explorando la hermosa aldea.Pasaremos la noche en la casa de huéspedes de la aldea de Khumjung.

Día 7

Trekking a Tengboche (3.860 m) - 5 h. Pasa la noche en una pensión.

Nuestro trekking continúa mientras nos despedimos del pueblo de Khumjung y ascendemos hacia Tengboche. De camino, podremos ver por primera vez Ama Dablam, Lhotse Shar, Taboche, Kangtega y Thamserku. Tengboche es un pequeño y hermoso pueblo famoso por su monasterio budista, que es el mayor de la región del Everest. Tengboche es sin duda uno de los lugares más bellos desde donde podemos contemplar la vista panorámica del Himalaya. Pasa la noche en la casa de huéspedes de Tengboche.

Día 8

Vuelta a Namche Bazaar (3.441 m) - 4 h. Pasa la noche en una pensión.

Hoy regresaremos a Namche Bazaar siguiendo la misma prueba, dejando atrás la montaña. Nuestro sendero nos lleva por una ladera llena de rododendros. A medida que descendemos, llegamos a Namche bazar y disfrutamos allí de otras actividades diversas durante el resto del día. Pasaremos la noche en el hotel de Namche bazar.

Día 9

Trekking a Lukla (2.804 m) - 6 h. Pasa la noche en una pensión.

Este es nuestro último día de trekking, ya que regresamos a Lukla, desde donde comenzó nuestra ruta. Una vez que lleguemos a Lukla, la tarde será libre para que puedas pasear, relajarte y disfrutar de una ducha caliente. Pasaremos la noche en una casa de huéspedes en Lukla.

Día 10

Por la mañana, vuelo de regreso a Katmandú. Cena con espectáculo cultural y alojamiento en un hotel.

A primera hora de la mañana tomaremos un vuelo de regreso a Katmandú. Tras llegar a Katmandú, tendrás el día libre. Podrás ir de compras, explorar la ciudad o descansar como desees. Por la noche tendrás una cena con espectáculo cultural organizado por Himalayan Recrestion Treks. Pasa la noche en una pensión de Katmandú.

Día 11

Traslado al Aeropuerto Internacional para tu vuelo final de salida.

Tu viaje concluye hoy. Nuestro representante de Himalayan Recreation treks estará allí para dejarte en el aeropuerto para tu partida.

At Himalayan Recreation Treks, a government-registered and reputable adventure company in Nepal, we prioritize safety, customer satisfaction, and responsible travel. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before confirming your booking. By booking a trip via TourRadar, you agree to these terms.


1. Booking & Payment Policy

A 100% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your trip


Accepted Payment Methods:


Credit Card (4% processing fee applies)


Wire Transfer (any bank charges are the responsibility of the clients)


All Sales Are Final

All bookings made through TourRadar are final and non-refundable, regardless of circumstances, including but not limited to cancellations, personal reasons, or travel restrictions. Please ensure you understand your commitment before booking.


Postponement & Date Changes

Trip postponement is allowed only under the following conditions:

Written request must be submitted.

Postponement due to unavoidable events (e.g., natural disasters) may be accepted without penalty, subject to availability and discretion.

For any other cases, postponement is not guaranteed and may be treated as a cancellation.

Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all participants. It must cover:

Medical emergencies

Evacuation

Trip interruption or cancellation

Theft or loss of personal belongings

We are not responsible for any costs resulting from insufficient insurance coverage.


Risk & Liability

Our tours operate under the rules of the local tourism authorities in Nepal, Tibet, and Bhutan. We are not liable for trip cancellations or modifications due to:


Natural disasters


Political unrest


Government regulations


Delayed or canceled flights


Accidents, illness, or personal emergencies


Vehicle breakdowns or any other unforeseen circumstances


Any additional expenses caused by such events must be borne by the client.


Incomplete Tour


No refunds or reimbursements will be made for any incomplete portion of the trip due to personal or external circumstances.


Flight Delays and Cancellations


Delays or cancellations of domestic flights, especially to/from remote regions (e.g., Everest, Lukla, Jomsom), are common due to weather conditions. Please plan for extra days and carry additional funds for accommodations and meals if needed. We are not responsible for any additional expenses caused by such delays.


8. Behavior and Conduct

We reserve the right to terminate your participation in a tour without refund if your behavior is deemed unlawful, inappropriate, or disruptive to others.


10. Website and Content Disclaimer

We are not responsible for any issues resulting from changes or updates to our website or its contents.


Terms and Conditions for Bookings made before Wednesday 16th April 2025

Booking Confirmation, Payment, Cancellation and Another information is must before affirmation of booking any trips. Terms and Conditions comprise a legally required contract between Himalayan Recreation Treks and you for the services to be provided by us and bond the basis of your legal relationship with Himalayan Recreation Treks.

Cancellation:
A notice of cancellation shall be submitted by client in written by mail with authentic reason(s), and then refund procedure will be made as follows:
-If cancellation made before 30 days of the trip departure date, 15% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation and rest will be adjusted in their next trip or refunded after deducting the processing charge of Nepal Rastra Bank to make a draft.
-If cancellation made before 15 days of the trip departure date, 25% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation. Further will be same as above process.
-If Cancellation made before 07 days of the trip departure date 40% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation.
-If cancellation made within the week of departure or upon arrival in Kathmandu no refund shall be provided.
-Cancellation before 60 days of the trip, 15% cancellation will be charged.

– Cancellation Before 30 days of the trip 25% cancellation will be charged.
– Cancellation Before 15 days of the trip 50% cancellation will be charged.
– Cancellation Before less than 15 days no refund will be provided.
-The cost of Climbing Permit/s already purchased is/are not refundable.

Cancellation rules for Air ticket purchase
-If cancellation made before 30 days of the ticket departure date, 15% of the total face value will be charged as cancellation and rest will be adjusted in their next trip or refunded after deducting the processing charge of Nepal Rastra Bank to make a draft.
-If cancellation made before 15 days of the ticket departure date, 25% of the total face value will be charged as a cancellation. Further will be same as above process.
-If Cancellation made before 07 days of the trip departure date 50% of the total face value cost will be charged as a cancellation.
-If cancellation made within the week of departure or upon arrival in Kathmandu no refund shall be provided. Due payment should be made or claimed by legal process.
-No refund will be made of the deposit amount in case of cancellation of trip for any other else reason.
-No refund will be made to clients who drop out from the journey regardless of whatever portions remain unused in the itinerary.

Responsibility
Himalayan Recreation Treks focus mostly and firstly for the fulfilment of your every desire. We perform our duties truthfully and seriously to make your experience one of the best moment. However, this Company will not take any liability regarding changes and alternations in the itinerary due to unavoidable circumstances such as disasters, political unrest, and cancellation of flight, delay arrival, sickness or accidents.

Himalayan Recreation Treks while undertaking tours, transportation, hotel accommodation and other services only acts as an means on the clear understanding that it shall not be, in any way, responsible or liable for any accident, damages, loss, delay, international flight cancellation or delays, or inconvenience caused in connection with the travel facilities arranged by the company, its employees or agents. All bookings are accepted and executed with utmost care, yet no responsibility is undertaken for any change or deviation because of factors beyond our control.

Assumption of risk
The traveller / trekker understands that during the course of the trip certain risks and dangers may occur including the pressure of travelling in mountainous terrain, accident or illness in remote places without medical facilities. The traveler agrees to assume all risks associated with the journey, and agrees that no liability will be attached to the company or its outfitters, employees or agents, or to any member of the tour group in respect to death, personal injury, illness or delay of trekker, or for any loss or damage to the property of the traveler / trekker during the course of the trip, however caused.

Travel Insurance
It is a condition while booking treks and tours with us that trekkers must be protected by insurance themselves that covers cancellation, accidents, health, emergency evacuation, and loss of items, theft of or damage to baggage and personal effects. All costs for emergency evacuation must be paid in cash in Nepal unless an insurance company has agreed to pay the costs on your behalf. It is important that any insurance policy issued to cover emergency evacuation for trek/tour does not exclude mountaineering.

Promotion
Himalayan Recreation Treks use images of you taken during the trip without recourse to you and without compensation to you, for publicity and promotion purposes only through whatever medium it chooses.

Privacy
In order to collect information from you to making a booking through our Company, we inquire many questions to get the necessary permits.

Complaints
If you have any subject of a complaint about the tour, you must notify to the tour leader or guide at the earliest and provide an opportunity to correct them.

Group Tour favour:

We prefer a private tour for your better service but if you wish to have in group then need to adjust with any ages of people, Our maximum number of group size is 8 pax, If the group members have canceled or postponed the tour or break an itinerary during the trip, Your tour will run as itinerary even you are only one. 

Addition Charge
On our trekking and tour packages, rooms or tents are provided in twin sharing basis. Thus, single room supplement charge will be imposed to a client who does not have another tour participant to share room or tent with others Also an additional charge except agreement of booking, the clients most pay in an extra charge.
