The Giza Pyramids Complex

The creation of the complex began over 4600 years ago, in 2600 BC, as a gift to the 4th dynasty to immortalize them and let them touch the sky with their hands.

The Great Pyramids of Giza

Pharaoh Khufu is the founder of one of the Seven Wonders of the ancient world, the Great Pyramid of Egypt. He built it in 2570 BC and marked the lines in North, South, East, and West. The building alone was 481ft (147m) high. Masterful Measurement Technology was used in the Great Pyramid. Hemiunu, the pharaoh's vizier, designed it as a tomb.

The Giza Sphinx

The Great Sphinx (some may have thought that the body was from a large lion far back in time with the face of Pharaoh Khafre 2558-2532 BC). Between the Sphinx's paws is the Dream Steele of Thutmose IV (1401-1391 BC), which tells in no uncertain terms that this creature, being of the same group as the lion, holds the most incredible wisdom and authority.

The Valley Temple

The Valley Temple of Mummification is mainly of historical and archaeological importance, and its remarkably well-preserved condition is critical. This was also where the ancient "mouth opening" cults were held.

The Grand Egyptian Museum

The incredible and unmatched ancient Egyptian artifacts that were once part of a shining moment in time are located in the vast chasm encompassing the reflection of a world anew. Such extraordinary creative and technical genius was masterfully displayed to show the 5000 years' worth of evolutionary invention and expression in modern times.

The Abu Simbel Temples

The temples of Abu Simbel, built by Ramses II around 1264 BC, are carved into the mountains and feature the king's hypostyle hall flanked by two towers of the Sons of Horus and a winged sun disc, symbolizing the child god Horus. Nearby is the temple dedicated to his wife, Queen Nefertari. The temple walls showcase masterpieces depicting the Battle of Kadesh and the peace treaty signed in 1274 BC.

After lunch, we will transfer you to Luxor by a private A/C vehicle and you will spend the night in Luxor.

Meal: Breakfast, Lunch

Día 4

Visita lo más destacado de Luxor

After breakfast, you will go to both sides of the Nile to see the most monumental sitesto visit:

The temple of Hatshepsut

This remarkable building was successfully designed by Queen Hatshepsut (1508-1458 BC) to replicate the classical architectural style. Constructed in 1479 BC, it was a feat that stood out for the whole time. It was commissioned to keep his name alive, and the other main reason was that it was made to glorify and worship the god Amun, who is believed to have been the world's creator.

The Valley of the Kings

Down below the fertile fields of Thebes, we find 63 tombs honoring those invincible kings who extended the New Kingdom (1570-1050 BC), including Seti I, Rameses, Amenhotep I, Tutankhamun, Hatshepsut, etc. The artistic representations of this venerated civilization's religious and mythological concepts are also seen in several areas of the "Valley of the Kings."

The Colossi of Memnon

The Colossi of Memnon are the two sculptures Etamenankh-Psamtik (3400-3150 BC); the latter's time was indeed the end of the Egypt Dynasty, and it was erected in the year 1350 BC to guard the gate of Amenhotep I's mortuary complex. The monuments, made from a deep stone 60 feet high and weighing 720 tons, were decorated with a nagging number of images and 107 inscriptions, the latter containing a wide variety of information, too.

Karnak Temple

The Karnak Temple is one of the best-preserved temples in the world. It stood for about 4,000 years as a sanctuary for the cult of Amun, also known as Amon Ebisu. It was called Ipet-isu, meaning "The Most Select of Places."

The complex covers approximately 2 miles and includes over 25 temples, chapels, obelisks, sanctuaries, and columns depicting the Pharaohs' heroic deeds.
