Cancellation before 90 days is full refundable after deducting the 25% service charges.
Cancellation before 45 days of travel date is 50% refundable.
Not refundable before 45 days of travel date.
For peak season bookings there won’t be any refund after processing the reservation or issued the vouchers.(peak season dates 1st oct to 31st March)
Refunds/Cancellations shall be processed in 5-7 working days and released within 30 days.
15% would be deducted as processing fees on all our refunds/Cancellations.
For flight booking cancellation, charges would be applicable as per airlines policy.
