Itinerary

Two nights/three days in Naples to visit the famous Nativity Scene Street and immerse yourself in the enchantment of the historic center decorated for Christmas.

This itinerary is available from November 15, 2025, to January 10, 2026 (last possible check-in date). Some restrictions and closures may apply on December 25, 26, 31, and January 1.

Day 1

Check in and Christmas Walking Tour

Upon your arrival in Naples (airport or train station), a private driver will pick you up and take you to your accommodation for the check-in.

At 4:45pm meet your guide in Piazza Bellini for the Christmas shared walking tour. Visit the ancient Greek Walls and from there, you'll stroll along Spaccanapoli, the main thoroughfare of Naples' historic center, before entering the vibrant Forcella neighborhood. Along the way, you'll stop at the newsstand dedicated to legendary Neapolitan footballer Diego Maradona on Via San Biagio dei Librai, where you'll also enjoy a traditional espresso. Continuing the tour, you'll arrive at San Gregorio Armeno, Naples' most famous street, known for its vibrant street art and artisan workshops, traditional Neapolitan nativity scenes, and colorful characters from the entertainment world and beyond. The tour concludes at the Cathedral of San Gennaro, where your guide will tell you the story of Naples' patron saint, concluding the experience. Enjoy exploring Naples and its vibrant heart, enveloped in the charming Christmas atmosphere!

Day 2

Naples Underground Path tour

After breakfast at the hotel (included), enjoy a self-guided tour of the San Lorenzo Maggiore Complex with your entrance ticket to the "Underground Naples."

Take a journey back in time from the 5th century BC to the end of the 18th century AD. Immerse yourself in the underground of Naples, descending 10 meters below ground. On this tour, you'll discover the secrets hidden in the ancient Underground Neapolis, a perfectly preserved historical testimony to how Naples evolved over time. This organization remained visible until the late 5th century AD, when the area was filled with alluvial layers, triggering subsequent transformations that culminated in the construction of the convent and Gothic basilica in the 13th century, leading to the definitive obliteration of all previous structures.

Visits are possible from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, every day. We provide you with the entrance ticket only; you decide what time to visit the San Lorenzo Maggiore Complex.

At the end of your visit, or before it, stroll towards the sea and reach the pizzeria where you can taste authentic traditional Neapolitan pizza for lunch.

Day 3

Check-out

After breakfast at the hotel (included), you'll check out and a private driver will pick you up and take you to Naples Airport (or Naples train station) for your return journey.

Cancellation Policy

1. TOURS / PRODUCTS / ACTIVITIES

Each tour / product / activity is subject to the general conditions of Campania Overland and, more specifically, to the terms and conditions (times, procedures, inclusions, exclusions, etc.) shown on the single product page of this website.

1. MEETING POINTS

It is advisable to arrive at the scheduled meeting point 5 minutes before the departure of the tour.

Refunds will not be granted to customers who do not show up at the meeting point at the established time or to customers who lose contact with the guide during the tour and therefore do not complete the tour.

1. CANCELLATION POLICY

In order not to incur a penalty for canceling an excursion booking, this must be communicated to the Tour Operator at least 21 days before the date set for the tour.

No refunds will be granted for cancellations made with less than 21 days notice of the tour date. For other policies, please refer to the individual product page.

1. CANCELLATION BY THE TOUR OPERATOR

When, for any reason, Campania Overland cancels the tour, the customer has the right to request a refund, only of the amount paid. Campania Overland claims the right to cancel a trip for any reason up to 12 hours before departure.

In case of force majeure (strikes, road conditions, weather conditions, etc.) Campania Overland can modify the itinerary with alternative solutions while maintaining the duration and quality of the service.

1. DISPUTES

Any complaint from the customer must be communicated to the staff of the Tour Operator by writing no later than 10 working days. Complaints that cannot be resolved amicably must be handled by the Naples IT Court.

1. MINORS

Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult to participate in a tour or activity.

Transport

Private transfer included, during the daytime (8:00 am - 8:00 pm) and for a maximum of two adults and two pieces of luggage:

- to your accommodation on the arrival day

- from your accomodation on the departure day

For requests outside daytime, a supplement is required, payable upon booking confirmation.

If you have large or heavy luggage, please notify us so we can arrange a suitable transportation (a supplement is payable upon booking confirmation).

Flights/trains/ships arriving and departing from Naples are not included.

You must provide Campania Overland with your travel details so that transfers can be arranged on the day of arrival and departure.

Insurance

Insurance is not included. Travel insurance is required for this tour. Please make sure you are adequately covered.
