Day 1

Arrival in Cairo

We will arrange your pick up upon arrival at Cairo International Airport by a private A/C vehicle to our hotel in Cairo where you will check in and start your relaxation.

Day 2

Giza Pyramids and Grand Egyptian Museum.

After breakfast, you will head to visit the most famous and sophisticated sights of Cairo and Giza.

The Giza Pyramids Complex

The Pyramids of Giza, which includes the Great Pyramid of Khufu, has been built to be the resting place of the pharaohs of the 4th dynasty and their queens since around 2600 BC.

The Great Pyramid

The Great Pyramid, built in 2570 BC, is a remarkable stone structure of 2 million tones. It was completed in just 15 years and is still considered one of the original Seven Wonders of the World. Well-preserved over centuries, it stands at 146.6 meters (481 feet) and is the heaviest object in the world, weighing about 6 million units. It features an impressive King’s Chamber.

The Great Sphinx

The Great Sphinx in Horus of the Horizon was created by Pharaoh Khafre between 2558 and 2532 BC. Modeled after a lion, the Sphinx symbolizes divinity and is a guardian of immortality. Its unique characteristics are highlighted by its connection to the Dream Stele of Thutmose IV.

The Valley Temple

The necropolis is the most famous of the Old Kingdom period, with 4th Dynasty burial complexes. It was used to prep for their journey into the hereafter and perform the mummification and opening of the mouth rituals.

The Grand Egyptian Museum was built to be the gateway to the innumerable treasures of ancient Egyptian origin, which were the result of 5000 years of bond bone and beautiful artistry. The presence of this great wonder led to experiencing high architectural constructions and unique examples.

After you finish your visits, we will transfer you to Cairo International Airport to catch your flight to Aswan where you will spend the night.


The package will include a visit to THE GEM after it is official public opening. (It should be opened on Nov 1st, and it will be included in our package a few days after its opening)

Day 3

Fly to Aswan and discover the important sights of Aswan.

Take a quick flight from Cairo to Aswan to begin your day. You'll explore Aswan and settle into your cruise ship on the Nile. Have a great day sightseeing! First, visit the Philae Temple, built in honor of the goddess Isis. This temple is stunning and would have been lost to floods if not for the Aswan dam. Return to Aswan, get on your cruise ship, and enjoy lunch as you start your next journey.


In the late afternoon, you have the option to visit the Nubian Village, which is vibrant with colorful houses. People here have been farming along the Nile for a long time. The village has its own unique culture, and you'll see camels strolling through the streets. Spend the night in Aswan.

Day 4

Abu Simbel Trip

( Optional Tour ) You have a great chance to take an early morning tour to see the Great Temples of Abu Simbel. These amazing temples were built by Ramses II and Nefertari. They are known for their beauty and also for being moved in 1968 to avoid being underwater due to Lake Nasser.


After that, you'll sail for about 5 hours to Kom Ombo from Aswan. There, you'll visit the Kom Ombo Temple. This temple is special because it's dedicated to two gods: Haroeris (an ancient form of the falcon-headed god Horus) and the Crocodile God Sobek. The temple is on the Nile's banks, where crocodiles used to sunbathe.


On the Nile Cruise ship, you'll enjoy an Egyptian Night Party. Everyone wears a traditional Egyptian gown called a Galabeya. The party will have a mix of old 60's & 70's dance songs and Arabian music. You'll spend the night in Edfu.

Day 5

East Bank of Luxor

After Breakfast, visit the Temple of Edfu by the Nile. Start your day by exploring the well-preserved and huge Temple of Edfu. This temple was constructed to honor Horus, the god of the sky and the child of Osiris and Isis. It was built during the Greco-Roman era under Cleopatra VII's rule.


After the tour, you'll continue your journey by sailing on the Nile. In the afternoon, you'll reach Luxor and have the chance to explore the impressive temples of Luxor and Karnak. These temples, dedicated to the god Amun Ra, showcase how the pharaohs built grand structures. You'll also witness the recently opened path of sphinxes and much more. Don't miss the temple shows at night, offering excellent photo opportunities.

Day 6

West Bank Of Thebes

Step off the cruise ship and begin an early morning adventure to Luxor's West Bank. Your journey starts by crossing the Nile River. Discover the remarkable Temple of Hatshepsut, a symbol of the achievements of ancient Egypt's notable female Pharaoh. Hatshepsut, inspired by her powerful father, flourished during her reign. She undertook famous trade voyages to present-day Somalia, the land of Punt, bringing back valuable treasures.


Next, head to the Valley of the Kings, where you can enter a royal tomb and marvel at the array of 64 tombs, each with its unique size and complexity. Ranging from simple pits to elaborate chambers with over 120 royal rooms, this site also features the Colossus of Memnon and ongoing archaeological efforts.


After your tour ends, we will transfer you to your hotel in Luxor.

The Valley of the Queens

The Valley of the Queens is a captivating site known for its beauty and historical significance. During the New Kingdom period, it served as a burial place for queens and royal children. Over 90 painted tombs adorned with stunning art are featured. The most famous is the burial chamber of Queen Nefertari, the beloved queen of Ramses II.


The Habu Temple

The Habu Temple is a unique and grand structure, beautifully situated in a bowl-shaped area that enhances its colorful effects. Its walls showcase imaginary animals, golden symbols, and scenes of gods and heroes battling dark forces. Built in the 12th century BCE during the 18th dynasty in honor of Pharaoh Ramses III, the temple features impressive reliefs and writings that depict Egyptian religion and themes of war. Its grandeur has significantly influenced the modern understanding of Thebes.


Deir El-Medina

After visiting the archaeological site of the Ancient Egyptian Village known as the Village of Truth, it's clear that many workers lived there while crafting the royal Tombs during the 18th to 20th dynasties, which were built in the Valley of the Kings in ancient Egypt.Few archaeological sites match the significance of the Monastery of the City, which showcases the organized and prosperous life of ancient Egypt. There is no place on Earth older or with a richer history.

Tour to Dendara & Abydos Temples, and transfer to Hurghada.

After breakfast, you will check out from your hotel in Luxor, then we will head to visit two of the most magnificent temples in Ancient Egypt.


Dendera Temple

Hathor was among the few original gods in ancient Egypt, acknowledged as one of the cosmogonical gods. The Hathor temple, the Dendera temple complex, stands in Egypt and is about seventy-five kilometers north of Luxor. From 2250 BC to 343 BC, it was constructed to resemble the heart chakra, the place of significant change.


The Abydos Temple

The Osirion Temple is in the Abydos Temple, a sacred site with magical healing properties. During the story of the temple, they say Osiris was resting on his throne under the sand. The Egyptian Museum

The Egyptian Museum, which is downtown Cairo's iconic attraction built in 1901 AD, presents the city's heart as a museum with magnificent artifacts from the most extraordinary civilizations in the history of humanity.


The Salah El Din Citadel

Salah El Din Citadel is the tremendous historical fortress built on the site.

The citadel is an Islamic stronghold built by Salah El Din in 1176 A.C. It has fortified walls 1,500 meters long and six meters thick. It was protected by imposing gates and indestructible defensive walls that secured it against the Crusader invasion. The citadel is an outdoor museum of profound culture and heritage of one of the most prominent civilizations ever on earth, flourishing Islamic culture and life across the centuries.


Mohamed Ali Mosque in Egypt

It was between 1830 to 1848 BC that the mosque was built. The white mosque is the common name given to it by the people of Egypt because it is made entirely of alabaster. The building is a first-rate example of Ottoman architecture. It is now located in the Cairo Citadel and is seen from almost every place one can get in the famous city of Cairo.


The National Museum of Egyptian Civilization

NMEC, or National Museum of Egyptian Civilization, is a visiting spot that is an absolute must-see for Egyptology fans and anybody longing to get to know Egypt’s history and culture without wandering too far from the Capital. The museum also served as a pathway to the history of Egypt, which provided a glimpse of the ancient Mon.


Al Muizz Street

Al Muizz Golden Street was established by Fatimid between 953 and 975 AD and further expanded in 1171 AD. It is a cultural center displaying stunning examples of Islamic art and architecture in its many house museums, cafes, and art galleries.


The Khan El Khalili Bazaar

The Khan El Khalili is the oldest market in Africa, moving to build as a true Mamluk between 1382 and 1389 AD. You can buy inscriptions here and have an incredible buying experience because the significant majority of people have big pieces of clothes and souvenirs that are smelly and other things that can soothe you later.

Departure day

After Breakfast at the Cairo hotel, you will check out and we will  transfer you to Cairo international Airport. 

Terms and Conditions:   

The purchase of our tours, packages, day trips and cruises(hereinafter referred to be "services") offered by Beyond The Nile Tours Canada, constitutes a contract between you ( the "customer" or customers) and Beyond The Nile Tours, which includes namely the terms and conditions described hereinafter. Please ensure you read and understand these terms and conditions prior to booking.

Deposit:
      A deposit of 30% of the tou rprice plus full payment of Insurance (cancellation insurance) is required at the time of booking.

Final Payment:
      The balance of payment is due 45 days prior to departure, immediately if booked within the 45 days of departure. If final payment is not paid by the required time Beyond the Nile Tours has the right to cancel the booking and keep the non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations:
      In the event of cancellation, the agent or customer must contact Beyond The Nile Tours immediately. As charges as per the date the cancellation is received by Beyond the Nile Tours and billed as shown:

15-21 days prior to departure……………………..50 %

Within 14 days prior to departure…………………100%

Hotel Changes:
      We at Beyond The Nile Tours will do everything within our ability to provide the services as booked. In the event a Hotel is unavailable we reserve the right to make a change with in the same category of Hotel and room choice. Hoteliers and Cruise lines are solely responsible for the room assignment or cabin allocations, should the customer wish to alterthe assigned room or cabin, the changes will be subject to  availability and payment of additional fees paid direct .

Nile Cruises:
      We reserve the right to change the Vessel that will be used on tour should that Vessel be unavailable at the time.

Changes requested by Agent or Customer:
      Will be subject to cancellation penalties as listed above, and are at the sole discretion of Beyond The Nile Tours and are subject to the rates of the new products booked as per the original booking dates.

Cancellation by Beyond The Nile Tours:
      Cancellation of tour program by Beyond the Nile Tours, will result in a full refund of amount collected from the client.  These returned funds will constitute full settlement of any claim you might have against Beyond The Nile Tours for the cancellation.

Insurance:
      Cancellation insurance is mandatory Insurance for  medical purposes is highly recommended,  speak to your agent or request a quote when booking via the link provided.

Travel Documents:
      A valid Canadian or US passport is required to travel to Egypt (must be valid for a least 6 months after date of return), Tourist Visas are also now required to be processed prior to departure. Link to visa application provided in booking information. Other nationalities must check requirements prior to booking. Passport information required at time of booking.

Force Majeure:
      Beyond the Nile Tours shall not be liable for any claim , loss or damage to a person or to property, cost, expense, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment or of time, disappointment or frustration, either mental or physical, resulting from delay, cancellation or accident, illness, injury or death due to:

An act of god or force majeure, or a third party.
      A war, revolution, insurrection, riot, blockage, terrorism, or act of terrorism, or any other unlawful, act against public order or authority.
      Fire, flood, explosion, earthquake, volcanic eruption, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, public health emergency, storm, lighting, hurricane, tornado, tropical storm or any other adverse weather condition.
      Accident to or failure of an aircraft or a ship or any equipmentused in connection therewith, loss of or hijacking of an aircraft or a ship , or any shortage of or inability to provide labor, fuel or facilities:
      Any strike lockout, or labour dispute or other industrial disturbance whether involving Beyond The Nile Tour employees, the employees of a service provider Beyond the Nile Tours relies on to conduct business.
      Any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Beyond The Nile Tours, whether actual, threatened or reported, which may interfere with the operations of Beyond The Nile Tours or of its service provider.
      Any default from a supplier upon whom Beyond The Nile Tours relies for the performance of the whole or part of the services described and provided here-under:
 

Customer Responsibility:
      Statement to Travel supplier: Customers are responsible for advising the agent of their intentions, expectations and needs, as they relate to the proposed travel, before the reservation is completed.

Health:
      Customers whose physical condition so requires must ensure they have sufficient quantity of any required medications, they must hand carry these medications at all times. It is at the customer’s responsibility to insure they are fit to travel.

Excursions:
      The Customer may want to participate in excursions, optional tours and activities (collectively, the “excursions’) that may be offered for an additional fee by Beyond The Nile Tours on behalf of local suppliers. These excursionsare purchased at the Customer’s sole risk , and Beyond the Nile Tours shall not be held liable for the quality, safety of such excursions that are organized and conducted by a third party supplier according to the security standards and norms that may differ from those in the country of origin of the Customer. Any written or oral contract deemed to have been made by the Customer and Supplier of such excursions and shall be undertaken at the Customers on risk of loss, damage, or injury, Beyond the Nile Tours shall not be liable in any manner for any complaints or claims that may arise as a result of participation in any such excursions.

Confidentiality:
      Beyond The Nile Tours, protects the confidentiality of the personal information of its customers in accordance with applicable laws.

Comments and Claims:
      In destination a customer must speak to the Beyond The Nile Tours representative, to assist with remedy to any problem without delay. When the service issue is not with Beyond The Nile Tours, they must contact the local representative tour guide, hotel staff, or airline involved. If this still is unresolved the Customer is then requested to email his/her comments to the following email, [email protected] within 30 days of return.
