Your adventure begins in Cairo, where you’ll stand in awe before the Great Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx, and explore the world-renowned Grand Egyptian Museum, home to priceless treasures of ancient Egypt.


Next, travel by overnight sleeping train to Luxor, often called the world’s greatest open-air museum. Wander through the magnificent Valley of the Kings, the final resting place of Egypt’s legendary pharaohs, and marvel at the grandeur of Karnak Temple, a masterpiece of ancient architecture.


From Luxor, embark on a luxurious 5-star Nile River cruise to Aswan, sailing past picturesque riverbanks and timeless temples. Along the way, visit the Temple of Horus at Edfu, one of Egypt’s best-preserved temples, and the Crocodile Temple at Kom Ombo, uniquely dedicated to two gods.


In Aswan, discover the serene beauty of the Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis, and enjoy an optional excursion to the awe-inspiring Abu Simbel Temples, carved into a mountainside by Ramses II.

Day 1

Pick up from Cairo airport to your hotel (NO MEALS)

Upon your arrival at Cairo Airport, you will be greeted by our representative who will assist you at the outside terminal gate. You will then be transferred to your hotel in Cairo via a private air-conditioned vehicle for check-in and an overnight stay. Airport pickup will be arranged on the first day, regardless of your arrival time.

Day 2

Giza Pyramids & Sphinx - Grand Egyptian Museum - Sleeper train (breakfast, lunch, Dinner)

At 8:00 AM, after breakfast, you will join your Egyptologist tour guide to visit the Giza Pyramids, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. The Giza Pyramid Complex includes three main pyramids, six smaller pyramids, the Great Sphinx, and the Valley Temple, dating back to the 4th dynasty, around 2400 B.C.

The Great Pyramid: The Great Pyramid, belonging to King Khufu, is the oldest and largest of the three pyramids on the Giza plateau and the only one to remain intact from the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Standing at 147 meters tall, it was constructed using 2,300,000 stones and took twenty years to complete.

­ 

The Great Sphinx: The Great Sphinx, belonging to King Chephren, is the largest statue in the world, measuring 73 meters in length, 19 meters in width, and 20 meters in height. It is the oldest known monumental sculpture.

­ 

The Valley Temple: The Valley Temple, a granite mortuary temple used by Ancient Egyptians for the mummification process, is the only remaining one on the Giza plateau. Please note that an additional entrance fee may apply and must be paid locally.

­ 

Proceed to enjoy a traditional local lunch at one of Egypt’s most famous restaurants. Afterward, visit the Grand Egyptian Museum, Which displays a rare collection of 5,000 years of art. The museum houses over 250,000 genuine artifacts, including an exhibit dedicated to the treasures, gold, and jewelry of Tutankhamen, which were enclosed in his tomb for over 3,500 years.

In the evening, you will be transferred to Giza train station to board the overnight sleeper train to Luxor. The sleeper train includes dinner and breakfast. Upgrades to domestic flights are available on the booking page.

Day 3

Pick up from Luxor train station - Valley of the kings - temple of Hatshepsut - Memnon colossi (B, L, D)

Upon arrival at Luxor train station, you will be transferred to the cruise ship. Meet your tour guide and begin your tour by visiting the West Bank. Luxor, often referred to as the world’s greatest open-air museum, boasts an unparalleled number of preserved monuments. Explore the ruins at the Valley of the Kings, primarily used for the burials of pharaohs. Admire the massive stone statues of the Colossi of Memnon and the mortuary temples of Hatshepsut.

You will board your 5-star Nile River cruise boat in time for lunch and enjoy afternoon tea as you relax before an evening dinner and belly dance show.

Day 4

Luxor - Esna. Karnak temple - Luxor temple (B, L, D)

After breakfast, embark on a tour of the East Bank of Luxor, starting with a visit to the Temple of Luxor, constructed by Amenhotep III from Nubian sandstone. You will also explore Karnak Temple, the second most visited site in Egypt after the Pyramids of Giza.

Enjoy lunch on board as you set sail for Esna. Afternoon tea will be served, and in the evening, you can dance the night away at a disco party.

Day 5

Edfu temple – Kom Ombo temple (B,L,D)

After breakfast, embark on a tour of Edfu, home to the Ptolemaic Temple of Horus. Explore the temple and the ancient settlements, historically known as Apollinòpolis during Roman times.

Following this, set sail for Kom Ombo while enjoying lunch onboard.

­ 

Upon arrival, disembark to visit the Kom Ombo Temple, situated on a picturesque bend of the Nile where sacred crocodiles once basked in the sun. This temple is dedicated to the crocodile-god Sobek and the falcon-god Haroeris. Return to the boat for an onboard dinner and a galabeya party.

Overnight stay onboard in Aswan.

Day 6

The High Dam - the Temple of Philae - Unfinished Obelisk (B, L, D)

Sail to Aswan to visit the Unfinished Obelisk at the Aswan granite quarry, followed by a tour of the High Dam and the Temple of Philae.


Dedicated to the goddess of love, Isis, the temple is accessible only by boat and was converted into the Church of St. Stephen under Emperor Justinian.


Lunch will be served onboard the cruise ship. Enjoy afternoon tea and dinner back on the cruise ship as you overnight in Aswan.

This morning, an optional trip to Abu Simbel can be arranged upon request.


After breakfast, check out from your cruise ship cabin.


In the evening, transfer to Aswan train station to catch your overnight sleeper train.

Day 8

Transfer to Cairo airport (breakfast)

Arrive at Giza train station in the morning (the train typically arrives at 7:00 AM) and be picked up for transfer to Cairo airport.
