The trip to Alsace is a picture book trip! I was particularly impressed by the attitude to life that the city of Strasbourg conveys. All the bright colors, the live music, street artists and small antique markets on every street corner. The cycle route runs mainly on small asphalted side roads, on former railroad lines and occasionally on forest paths.
