From Krimml via Salzburg to Passau

Details of your cycle tour on the Tauern Cycle Path
Starting from picturesque Krimml, you cycle through the Hohe Tauern National Park on your first stage. Treat yourself to a refreshing dip in or at Lake Zell and spend the night in beautiful Saalfelden. The next day, you will pass the Seisenbergklamm gorge and have the opportunity to visit the famous Lamprechtshöhle cave. Once you arrive in Salzburg, it is worth taking a long walk through the old town and stopping off at a traditional restaurant.
During the third stage, you switch to the much flatter, but no less lovely Innviertel region. Before that, take a look at the "Silent Night Chapel" near Oberndorf and stop at Central Europe's largest castle complex in Burghausen. Now the final stage awaits you, where you can enjoy the views of Reichersberg Castle and the magnificent Silberzeile in Schärding before arriving in Passau. Once you arrive in Passau, you should get a good overview and enjoy the Bavarian culture, for example in the famous Scharfrichterhaus.

Today's stage takes you through the Hohe Tauern National Park and the Oberpinzgau. Snow-covered three-thousand-meter peaks will accompany you all the time.
