No Refunds or exchange can be made in sightseeing tours, transports or any other services which are included in the tour prices but not utilized by tour member.

More than 90 days before arrival: no cancellation charges

60-89 days before arrival: 30% cancellation fees

40-59 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fees

20-39 days before arrival: 70% cancellation fees

07-19 days before arrival: 90% cancellation fees

Less than 7 days before arrival: 100 % cancellation fees (no refund)
