DAY PLAN: 

• Upon arrival at Colombo CMB airport, you will meet your tour leader and you will be transferred to your hotel (we can pick you up from any hotel at Colombo or Negombo as well). The first destination will be Royal Kingdom of Sigiriya. Along the way through lush green rice paddy fields and coconut plantations, don’t forget to stop at a roadside stall to try out some king coconut water. 
• For day one, we haven’t planned any activity, thus you are free to arrive in Sri Lanka at any time. 
• Evening, you may enjoying the beautiful sunset and the pleasant evening atmosphere.

After enjoying a delicious breakfast with a hot cup of Sri Lankan tea or a coffee, you will take a wonderful journey across the stunning Sri Lankan countryside towards Habarana, which is the central point of the cultural triangle on the island.

DAY PLAN:

• After breakfast you will visit the famous Sigiriya Rock Fortress (UNESCO World Heritage Site), since it is the best time to witness and capture the sunset from the sumit. King Kasyapa (477 – 495 AD) built his palace on the top of this rock and decorated its sides with colorful frescoes. Known as one of the wonders of the world due to the amazing architecture & technology being used. 
• Thereafter, you'll enjoy a wonderful cultural village tour while exploring the beautiful countryside. It is a great opportunity to get close to unique local culture & life style of Sri Lankan people. It will start with a Tuk Tuk ride and a catamaran boat ride across the lake before reaching the farmer’s house where you will experience a Sri Lankan curry cooking demonstration & authentic countryside food.

DAY PLAN:

• After breakfast, visit Polonnaruwa (UNESCO World Heritage Site), in 1070 King Vijayabahu chose this place as his kingdom, one of the most ancient in the history of Sri Lanka. Cycling through Polonnaruwa's ancient locations is a wonderful experience(Optional).
• Upon arrival to your lovely beach resort, throw down a towel on the powdery white sands of Pasikudah Beach, sip a chilled cocktail beneath a swaying palm, and let the sea breeze melt your stress away. With a full day to relax, this is your time to soak in the quiet bliss of a tropical escape far removed from the chaos of everyday life. Whether you’re looking to soak up the sun or try something adventurous, Passikudah offers the perfect balance. DAY PLAN:

• En-roue to Kandy, you will enjoy by Hiking Riverstong Peak ‘The Knuckles’ In Matale. Riverstone is a favorite spot for hikers. It's part of the Knuckles Mountain Range, which has five beautiful mountain peaks and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Riverstone is between Matale and Kandy. People love it because the weather changes a lot, and sometimes you're above the clouds! It's a really peaceful and clean place, perfect for hikers. You can enjoy the fresh air, green trees, and mist. It feels like a piece of heaven on earth.
• Upon arrival to Kandy, check-in to your hotel and relax with the calm and quite surrounding nature.

After breakfast, proceed towards Kandy, the capital of the last Sinhalese kingdom. It's set on a plateau surrounded by mountains, which are home to tea plantations and bio-diverse rainforests. Kandy is also famous for its sacred Buddhist sites, including the Temple of the Tooth Relic.

DAY PLAN:

• Upon arrival, you will visit the Temple of Tooth Relic (UNESCO World Heritage Site) and Kandy viewpoint.
• Thereafter, you will visit the Peradeniya Royal Botanical Garden, which is known as one of the best botanical gardens in Asia. You will walk through it by exploring the 300 varieties of orchids, a stately avenue of royal palms, the extraordinary, aptly named cannonball fruit tree, and 40m-high Burma bamboo. Another big hit is the giant fig tree on the great lawn, with its colossal central trunk and umbrella-like canopy of branches.
• Evening, you’ll enjoy a walk around Kandy's busy city centre, including a tour of the Central Market, before engaging with a cultural dance show which is inspired by Sri Lankan arts, traditional dance and cultural heritage.

Today you will proceed towards Kitulgala forest, which is a major ecotourism venue in Sri Lanka. It is a real paradise for those who love adventures. 

DAY PLAN:

• Upon arrival to Kitulgala experience White Water Rafting in the picturesque Kelani River. The river and its surrounding will make you feel enchanted, with a memorable experience during your River Rafting Tour in Kitulagala. This activity is for anyone above the age of 16 years with all the safety measures. 
• Afterwards, trek to a natural rock pool, which is extremely beautiful and a gift of nature, where you will be able to experience sliding down an inclined 05-meter waterfall with safety gear into the rock pooL. NOTE: THESE ACTIVITIES INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE.
• Thareafter proceed towards Adam's peak

• Hiking to Adam’s Peak is definitely a very exciting activity for many adventure lovers (NOTE: the activity is subject to cancellation due to weather conditions). If you desire to be on top of the world, trek up to Sri Lanka’s most recognized mountain of Adam’s Peak, the second-highest mountain on the island and one of the most famous sacred sites in the Buddhist world as well. From a distance, this incredible mountain can be visible in a pyramid shape that rises impressively to a height of 2,243 m (7,359 ft).  The climbing of the mountain normally starts at night; ascent up 5000 stone steps to the top of the pyramid in time to witness a stunning view of the sunrise, a once-in-a-lifetime moment.  
• After breakfast, you’ll have a wonderful journey towards Sri Lanka's tea region of Nuwara Eliya. It is often referred to as “Little England” because many of the buildings in this city retain from the British colonial period, such as the Queen's Cottage, the General's House, the Grand Hotel, the Hill Club, and the Town Post Office.
• En-route to Nuwara Eliya, while driving through the cold and misty hills that host lush green tea plantations, stop at a tea factory to observe the rich tradition of making Ceylon tea kept alive up to date. Make sure to end your factory visit in style over a perfectly blended cup of tea.  
• Afternoon, you will enjoy walking through Nuwara Eliya city center and the fruit and vegetable market.

DAY PLAN:

• In the morning, you will enjoy a spectacular train journey from Nanu-oya station to Ella village. It is known as one of the most picturesque hill country train journeys in the world (Train tickets will be arranged at the station / Class category is subject to availability).
• Upon arrival explore the village, Ella is everyone’s favorite hill country village due to the fact that it’s a wonderful nature-friendly location. The Nine Arch Bridge, a major tourist attraction in Ella, is a massive bridge built entirely of solid rocks, bricks and cement without using a single piece of steel. 
• Afterwards, it's time to set your sights on the untamed beauty of Yala. Prepare for a scenic transition as you travel toward one of Sri Lanka’s most iconic national parks, where wild landscapes and elusive leopards await.

After breakfast, depart from Ella towards Yala National Park, the largest and most stunning national park in Sri Lanka. Yala National Park has divided into two sections thanks to a river running through it. Because the river makes crossing to the other side difficult, Yala is treated as two separate parks. But that doesn’t change the fantastic offerings! Encompassing a range of diverse ecosystems, the park has an impressive variety of wildlife, including sloth bears, leopards, and lots of colorful birds.

DAY PLAN:

• Start your day early with a jeep safari in Yala National Park. As the sun rises over the open land, the park slowly comes to life. You’ll drive through the wild, listening to birds singing and leaves moving in the breeze. If you’re lucky, you might even spot a leopard quietly walking through the trees. It’s more than just a ride, it’s a peaceful, exciting way to experience nature at its most real.
• In the evening, you’ll visit the famous Kataragama Temple, a sacred place where people of different religions come to pray. As the sun sets, the temple comes alive with lights, music, and the soft sound of prayers. You’ll have a chance to walk through the peaceful grounds, watch the evening rituals, and experience the deep spiritual atmosphere that makes this place so special.

After a fantastic journey through the coconut palms, mountains and waterfalls, you have finally will arrive at the world-famous beachside of Sri Lanka. Weligama/Dickwella is a delightful sandy beach that was a well-kept secret in the past, but now few restaurants and pubs are opening up to visitors. It's a magnificent place characterized by white sands and coconut palms growing right from the edge of the sea as if in imitation of a postcard of a perfect tropical beach. 

DAY PLAN:

• Upon arrival at your hotel, you may grab a towel to relax on the beach while enjoying a cocktail or a chill beer under the shade of a palm tree. 
• Next day early in the morning, hit back to the beautiful golden sandy beach and jump into a boat for an amazing ride on the sea to capture the blue whales and dolphins. Please note that whale watching is a SEASONAL activity.
• Optional activities, Jet Ski, Banana & Tube Boating, Diving, Snorkeling, Surfing, Fishing & Deep sea fishing are few among the popular list.

After breakfast, you will be heading towards Galle, a city well known for its Fort (UNESCO World Heritage Site). It is the intersection where classic Dutch and British architecture meets a tropical setting, creating a vivid atmosphere in beauty.

DAY PLAN:

• En route to Galle, stop at Matara to witness and take pictures of the most famous Sri Lankan stilt Fishermen.
• Upon arrival to Galle, walk through the Galle fort listening to the creaks of wooden saloon doors and observe how European architecture mingles with South Asian traditions nowadays flooding cultural enthusiasts on a global scale. Historical Galle Lighthouse stands proudly on the southeast tip of the fort. 
• Afternoon, you’ll visit a turtle hatchery center where baby turtles learn to take their first swim and injured adults are rehabilitated back into the ocean.
• Upon arrival at Colombo, you have the opportunity to visit all the highlighted places in the city such as Red Mosque, Gangarama temple, Independent square and so on.
• Thereafter, check-in to your hotel, grab a towel to relax on the beach while enjoying a cocktail or a chill beer under the shade of a palm tree.

Today, we will transfer you to Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB) in time for your return flight. Alternatively, we can drop you at your Colombo or Negombo hotel, based on your onward travel plans.
