Tour 1 — Drive of the majestic Grossglockner High Alpine Road
Leave Munich on a solid stretch of German autobahn through Bavaria and cross into Austria to experience the majestic Grossglockner Alpine Road (in German: Großglockner-Hochalpenstraße).
This fantastic road at the heart of High Tauern National Park goes up and down the the pyramid-shaped Grossglockner mountain over spectacular 48 kilometres and 36 turns. What starts out as a leisurely road trip from viewpoint to viewpoint will turn into a full-blown driving adventure, filled with superlatives. On its peak at 2,504 m (8,215 ft) you will enjoy Austria's highest view and see the longest glacier in the Eastern Alps — the "Pasterze".
Day 3
Tour 2 — Nockalm Road & Porsche Museum
Loop over the famous Nockalm Road, one of the most beautiful alpine roads in Austria with 52 bends on a gentle incline. Visit the first private Porsche Museum in Europe, which is also birthplace to the first car named Porsche.
Day 4
Tour 3 — Loop into the Italian Dolomites
Drive a exhilarating loop into Italy to conquer the Dolomite Mountains. Enjoy the 5 most exciting mountain passes nestled between limestone mountains, listed as one of the UNESCO world's loveliest landscapes.
Day 5
Tour 4 — The Grossglockner High Alpine Road in reverse
Today drive the Grossglockner High Alpine Road in reverse to get a completely different perspective of this spectacular mountain pass in Austria. Maybe this time let your co-driver experience steering along this fantastically beautiful road. Right after coming down the Grossglockner another varied high alpine road with elegat turns is awaiting you. The Gerlos Panorama Road is gently embedded into the alpine scenery and will take you past the spectacular 360 meters high Krimml waterfalls deep into the Austrian Tyrol.
