I accept Tour Radar's Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy; and Hotspots2c’s payment, cancellation and refund conditions.
> A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a Hotspots2c tour booking on Tour Radar’s platform.
> 5% non-refundable deposit due at least 30 days before departure.
> Full payment is due at least 8 days before departure.
> No shows are charged in full.
It is important to have your own personal travel insurance should you decide (or need) to cancel your booking for any reason. Cancellation fees shall apply for any date change or cancellation. Hotspots2c’s tour, privacy and indemnity terms can be seen online on their booking web page.
Cancellation Policy
· Cancel for 95% refund up to 7 days before departure = forfeit 5% fee of tour cost
· Cancel for 50% refund from 6 to 4 days before departure = forfeit 50% fee of tour cost
· No refund 3+ days before departure = forfeit 100% fee of tour cost
Scheduled group tours require a minimum number of travellers to operate. Departure dates will be marked as guaranteed once enough travellers have been reached. Tours may need be suspended if the minimum amount of travellers needed to confirm a specific departure date is not achieved. You will be informed of these changes at least 5 days before the trip start date. An alternative option, departure date or full refund will be offered in this case.
