The purchase of or participation in any of the trips published herein constitutes the express acceptance by the consumer of each and every one of the General Terms and Conditions set forth herein.

Corrections and Updates

Any errors or variations identified after the publication of this catalog will be corrected directly on our website and via the QR code provided to clients, and will be reflected in the My Trip documentation if you have purchased the tour. The purchase of any of our tours implies your acknowledgment and acceptance of such corrections.

Start and End of our Services

Europamundo’s services are land-based (including, where specified in the itinerary, air/train/cruise segments operated by the respective carriers). Services begin when the customer receives the first scheduled service provided by our company (always following completion of border and customs procedures) and end upon receipt of the last scheduled service (such as a transfer, breakfast, or any other service included in the purchased package).

Europamundo is not responsible for any consequences or circumstances arising from services not provided directly by our company, including but not limited to flight-related issues, loss or damage to baggage during air travel, customs or border delays, or problems related to travel documentation.

Included Services

Europamundo specifies the services included in each itinerary. All tours also include a travel assistance insurance. As a general rule, a strict interpretation applies: anything not explicitly listed as included in the price of the trip is excluded. If there are any doubts, travelers must consult their agent or our representatives before the trip to avoid future claims.

Services Not Included

In general, any service not listed as included in the program, contract, or information provided to the traveler is excluded. Flights (unless otherwise specified), airport taxes, cruise embarkation fees, visas, entry and exit taxes for countries, gratuities (which, as specified in your Service Summary, are mandatory in some destinations such as the USA, the Middle East, Asia, Africa, and cruises and must be paid directly at the destination), hotel extras, optional activities, and, typically, beverages during meals and admission fees (for museums, monuments, and other sites visited) are not included unless expressly stated in the itinerary.

Reservation Validity and Deposit Requirements

No reservation will be considered valid unless it has been made through the website www.europamundo-online.com. Clients can access and review their reservation details (names, dates, flights for transfers, etc.) through the "My Trip" page, created exclusively for them and accessible via their Service Summary confirming their services.

Our representative cannot consider a requested booking confirmed unless a deposit has been paid to the retail travel agency. The amount of this deposit will be determined by the regulations of the client's country of residence or, if no such regulations apply, by the travel agency itself. In any case, it must always be sufficient to cover any potential cancellation costs.

Cancellations

All cancellation requests must be processed exclusively through the platform available on the official website: www.europamundo-online.com. Europamundo will not consider any cancellation valid unless it has been formalized through this method.

Travelers may withdraw from the contracted services at any time and are entitled to a refund of the amounts paid. However, except in cases of duly justified and documented force majeure, they must compensate the agency for any cancellation fees incurred, as detailed below:

  • Fixed Cancellation Fees: An administrative cancellation fee of €25 (US$30) per booking will apply if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the tour start date. For the "Trip Styles" tours, this fee will apply in all cases once the booking has been made, regardless of how far in advance the cancellation occurs.
  • Non-Refundable Services Cancellation Fees: Additionally, charges for services that, due to their specific conditions, do not allow cancellation once processed (such as train tickets, ferries, pre-reserved admissions, and similar services) will be included.

In addition to the above-mentioned fees, a variable penalty will apply based on the tour type:

Penalty 1:

31 days or more: Euro 100

From 30 to 11 days before departure: Euro 100 + 10 % of booking cost (tour and any extra services booked)

From 10 to 01 days before departure: Euro 100 + 25 % of booking cost (tour and any extra services booked)

No show: 100 % of booking cost (tour and any extra services booked)

Penalty 2: Applied in tours including cruises, domestic flight incorporated, tours for private groups (privatized and Trip Styles) and the tours in Middle East, Asia, Africa, and Oceania.

31 days or more: Euro 100

30/21 days before the circuit starts: 100 euro + 10%

20/11 days before the circuit starts: 100 euro + 20%

10/3 days before the circuit starts: 100 euro + 30%

During the 48 hours before the circuit starts: 100 euro + 50%

No Show 100%

Penalty 3: Applicable to tours in Australia, Oceania, or as specifically indicated in the itinerary: An additional 20% penalty on top of Penalty 2 will apply

Penalty 4: Cruises Series tours or tours with cruises in the Mediterranean or Aegean.

45 days or less before the start of the tour 100 %

It is the responsibility of the selling travel agency to verify the applicable penalty level for a tour and to inform the client before making a booking.

The representative operator may also invoice any management fees incurred, in accordance with the legislation of the country where the sale takes place.

Please consult the cancellation conditions for groups of 12 or more passengers.

If the cancellation occurs before departure due to justified and demonstrable force majeure, only the cancellation fees will be charged.

If cancellation occurs after the tour has started (early termination by the traveler), any refund will be issued in the form of a credit note, to be used for a future trip. The refund will reflect the proportional value of the unused portion of the trip. Cancellation fees will still apply in all cases. For this calculation, only services provided by Europamundo (excluding airfares, unless included in the circuit) will be considered, and the refund will be based on the amount invoiced by Europamundo to the travel agency (subject to deduction of any agency commissions).

The deposit amount will be deducted from the new invoice or retained depending on the case. The Service Summary issued will be nominative and cannot be transferred to another passenger. The traveler may choose any tour from our catalog, with a maximum validity period of 2 years from the original start date of services.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance in all cases.

Prices for regular group coach tours are quoted per person based on the type of accommodation selected. In the event of cancellation or withdrawal during the trip, if the room/cabin occupancy changes (e.g., from double to single or from triple to double), the corresponding price difference will be deducted from the refund to the canceling passenger.

For "Privatizable" tours and "Trip Styles" packages, the final price per person is calculated once the definitive number of passengers is confirmed. It includes the proportional share of group expenses (transportation, guide, etc.) and the individual cost based on accommodation type, travel season, and any included flights or high-speed trains.

If a traveler voluntarily withdraws or cancels during the tour, no refund will be issued for the group expenses portion. However, a refund will be given for the unused portion of the individual's services based on the invoiced amount per person. Any costs incurred due to changes in room occupancy will also be deducted. Cancellation-related expenses will be invoiced in all cases.

Alterations

Any modification to the booking once it has been entered into the system – including, but not limited to, changes to the arrival or departure date, circuit substitution, or any other alteration to the originally requested services – may result in the application of the following cancellation fees:

  • Fixed cancellation fees: €25 (US$30) per file, for changes made less than 30 days prior to the start date of the tour. For "Trip Styles" tours, cancellation fees will apply as soon as the booking has been made, regardless of the departure date.
  • Non-refundable service cancellation fees: Cancellation fees will also apply to any services that cannot be modified or canceled once the booking has been confirmed, such as airline or train tickets, pre-booked admission tickets (e.g., the Alhambra in Granada), cruises, ferries, or other similar services.

Route changes during the tour: If a customer, while traveling on a regular coach tour or a mini-group tour (including “Trip Styles” circuits or privatized versions of regular circuits), wishes to alter the route of their tour once it has started, a penalty will be applied. The amount will be equivalent to cancellation costs and will be communicated at the time of the request.

Circuits including tickets, flights, trains, or boats: These services will be issued based on the personal data and documentation provided by the passenger. Europamundo is not responsible for any expenses incurred due to cancellations and re-issuance of tickets or passes if the information provided at the time of booking differs from that presented by the traveler at the time of boarding or use.

Stops en Route

On tours marked with the “Stop Yes” logo, travelers may schedule one or multiple stopovers along the route, rejoining their tour at the same location on a later departure date as per the calendar. Overnight stays during the stopover period are not included.

An additional fee of €42 / US$47 per person, per stop, will apply.

This fee will not apply if the traveler joins another Europamundo tour as an extension during the stopover.

Discount Policy

DISCOUNT POLICY

For any of the discounts offered by Europamundo to be applied, it is essential to provide a copy of the corresponding supporting document at the time of booking (e.g., Club Passanger card, passport, marriage certificate, among others). Discounts can only be applied prior to the start of the tour and will not be valid once the trip has begun. These discounts do not apply to additional supplements such as meal packages, stopovers, or other items not included in the base rate.

Unless otherwise indicated, optional excursions are also eligible for these discounts. Discount details will be specified in the description of each excursion, allowing the traveler to be informed before purchasing the service.

CHILDREN

Minors must always travel accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. If traveling with another adult, a signed authorization from the parent or guardian is required, confirming the minor is allowed to travel with the designated adult, who assumes full responsibility.

The following discounts apply only if requested before the start of the tour, and are valid for one child per adult, aged 3 to 15, and only combinable with the triple room discount:

  • Children under 3 years old: 80% discount. Includes a seat on the coach and travel insurance only (see coverage and exclusions). Any additional services (e.g., cribs) must be requested and paid directly to the provider by the parents or guardians. In Cruise Series tours, acceptance of minors is subject to request and availability of suitable cabins. Important: On Privatized or “Trip Styles” tours, it is mandatory to inform us in advance if a minor is traveling, as the tour’s feasibility depends on the availability of an approved child restraint system.
  • Children aged 3 to 8 years: 40% discount on regular group tours by coach (not applicable to privatized catalog tours or “Trip Styles” tours).
  • Children aged 9 to 15 years: 10% discount on regular group tours by coach (not applicable to privatized catalog tours or “Trip Styles” tours).

GROUPS

For groups taking a regular (non-privatized) tour, a minimum of 12 people traveling on the same tour, with the same services and identical arrival and departure dates (and using a single included arrival/departure transfer, if applicable), is required. Discounts and free spots will not apply if the group is confirmed less than 35 days before departure. These group discounts do not apply to groups of minors. Please refer to our group policy.

SHARED ROOM BOOKINGS

On many of our regular group tours, if a passenger is traveling alone, they are not required to pay the full single room supplement. Instead, they can pay a supplement of €35 (US$40) for Europamundo to find a same-gender roommate (age may differ) to share a twin room.

Shared room bookings are not accepted in the following cases:

  • "Mini-packages"
  • Packages including ferry trips through the Greek islands or Cruise Series
  • Privatized catalog tours or “Trip Styles” tours
  • Tours in the Middle East, Asia (except Japan, Korea, and China), Africa, and Oceania
  • Additional nights before or after the main tour
  • Tour segments shorter than 7 hotel nights

Important: In some hotel chains, a twin room may consist of one double bed and a sofa bed. Travelers opting for shared room arrangements must accept this possibility and resolve the sleeping arrangements amicably with their roommate, without the involvement of Europamundo or the hotel.

Guaranteed Departures

All our tours in Europe, the Americas, Japan, Korea, and China have guaranteed departures with a minimum of two travelers. However, if the total number of travelers booked on a tour is fewer than five (i.e., up to four people), Europamundo may offer one of the following solutions:

  • A similar tour to the one originally booked (operated by Europamundo or another company);
  • A similar tour with all or part of the services provided using public transportation;
  • A change of travel dates for the same tour;
  • A refund of the amount paid, issued as a travel voucher that grants a 10% discount on the value of the unused tour, applicable to a future trip.

Guaranteed departures may be canceled without compensation or liability on the part of Europamundo in the event of exceptional circumstances of force majeure. This refers to any situation beyond the control of Europamundo or its suppliers, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all reasonable measures had been taken.

Examples include war, acts or threats of terrorism, civil unrest, major health risks such as disease outbreaks or pandemics in the destination country, or natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, or weather conditions that make it impossible to travel safely to, or remain in, the tour destination.

Air Transport not Contracted through Europamundo for Joining or Leaving a Tour

Europamundo’s services are primarily land-based and do not include flights for joining the tour or for returning after its completion (although some packages may include certain air, train, ferry, or cruise segments as explicitly stated in the itinerary).

In the event of airspace closures due to exceptional circumstances (such as health emergencies, volcanic activity, weather conditions, strikes, etc.) that affect the traveler’s ability to join a Europamundo tour or return home after the tour, Europamundo will provide all possible and necessary assistance to support both arrival and departure.

In such cases, any additional costs incurred must be paid directly by the traveler to the airline or relevant service providers.

Inclusion of Air Sections, High-Speed Trains, Ferries, or Cruises

Tours that include air travel, ferry crossings, or high-speed train segments are subject to limited availability. If no spaces are available at the time of booking, an alternative option—such as a different schedule, class, or transport provider—may be offered. In such cases, the itinerary may be modified accordingly.

Air and high-speed train services included in our tours have a luggage allowance of 20 kg per person. Any extra charges resulting from excess baggage must be paid directly by the traveler to the transport provider at check-in.

These tours are subject to special cancellation conditions, and flight/train tickets are non-refundable.

Flight and train reservations will be issued based on the data and documentation provided at the time of booking the Europamundo tour. Any errors in this information, or presenting different documents at check-in, may result in the invalidity of the ticket and the need to issue a new one. Europamundo will not be held responsible for any cancellation or re-issuance fees. Please note that rebooking may result in a lack of availability on the originally planned flight.

Cruises: For safety reasons, and depending on water levels (caused by flooding, drought, or other force majeure events), the cruise operator or ship captain may be required to modify ports of call, the itinerary, or the cruise schedule. Navigation times and arrival schedules are indicative, as they are affected by tides and river conditions.

In the event of a closure that affects any flight, train, or cruise segment included in the booked package, Europamundo will provide all possible assistance to help passengers rejoin the tour, relocate them to similar itineraries, or offer necessary support to arrange their return to their home country.

Price Review

Tour prices are calculated based on various factors, including departure dates, currency fluctuations, fuel costs, applicable taxes, and peak travel periods. As a result, prices may vary depending on the departure date and are only valid at the time of inquiry.

Any quote generated in the system will remain valid for a maximum of 3 days. Once the booking is confirmed, Europamundo will not modify the confirmed price.

2026 Pricing

The prices shown in this catalog are for reference only and are valid until March 31, 2026. To check departure dates and prices for each tour, services must be quoted through our website: www.europamundo.com, or alternatively, through integrated and authorized platforms.

If a customer wishes to book a tour in 2026 with a start date after April, Europamundo will honor the price indicated in this catalog for tours in Europe, the Americas, and Japan/Korea/China, provided that the reservation is confirmed (pending-name bookings will not be accepted) and a deposit is received before January 15, 2026. Supplements may be charged for departures during special periods (e.g., Easter, public events, etc.). These bookings do not allow any changes to itinerary, passenger names, or departure dates.

For this type of early booking, both travel agencies and final customers must be aware that, although the season begins on April 1, the update of routes will take place in the months leading up to the new season as services are gradually confirmed. Europamundo is not responsible for any consequences arising from route changes between seasons (including tour cancellations, changes to dates, hotels, itineraries, meal plans, etc.) or for bookings made on non-existent dates without prior consultation with Europamundo.

It is the responsibility of the operator and travel agency to inform the customer—if they purchased the trip months in advance of the new season—that they must review, understand, and accept the final version of the tour services before starting their trip by accessing the “My Trip” section on the Europamundo website or app.

Non-Acceptance of Passangers

A moderate level of health and physical ability is required to participate in our tours. Europamundo is not equipped to provide assistance to individuals with physical or mental special needs. If required, such individuals must travel with a companion who can ensure their care and support during the tour. All related costs must be covered by the passengers themselves.

In cases where passengers with special travel needs or elderly travelers choose to join a tour under the stated conditions, Europamundo shall not be held responsible for any difficulties or limitations they may experience while participating in the scheduled activities included in the package. Europamundo is not obliged to provide any special assistance to support their adaptation to or continuation of the tour.

Please note that our coaches are not equipped with wheelchair-accessible ramps. If a passenger requires special assistance and this need was not communicated to Europamundo at the time of booking, any additional expenses arising from such assistance will be billed directly to the selling agency.

Europamundo reserves the right to reject a reservation or to interrupt the tour of any passenger whose physical or mental condition makes their participation extremely difficult or potentially unsafe for themselves or others. In such cases, the passenger must always be accompanied by someone who can ensure the necessary care and assistance for proper adaptation to the tour. Europamundo also reserves the right to remove any passenger who significantly disrupts the smooth operation of the trip.

Europamundo must also be informed at the time of booking if any passenger has a level of obesity that would prevent them from occupying a single seat on the coach without causing discomfort to other passengers.

Pets are not allowed under any circumstances, due to the group nature of our tours, coach and hotel restrictions across borders, and the obligation to ensure the comfort and safety of all travelers.

Travel Documentation

All travelers must carry valid and up-to-date documentation (passport, special permits for minors, visas, insurance, and health certificates where required). It is the sole responsibility of each traveler to ensure compliance with these requirements, and Europamundo will not be held liable for any issues arising from failure to meet them.

Please note that, on occasion, even with valid documentation, border authorities may deny entry to passengers if they suspect the trip was purchased for purposes other than tourism (e.g., immigration). Europamundo cannot manage or reimburse any services lost in such cases.

It is the passenger’s responsibility to safeguard their documentation at all times.

The interruption of services due to lack of required documentation, or denial of entry at borders for this reason, is not considered "force majeure" and will not entitle the passenger to any refund or compensation.

In the case of Russia, the invitation letter required to process a visa (if applicable) will be issued based on the passport information provided at the time of booking. Europamundo will not consider the situation as "force majeure" if the traveler uses a different passport and entry is denied as a result.

In destinations where Europamundo offers visa application or pre-authorization services, the company accepts no responsibility if the visa is not granted.

Please be aware that entry into Iran, Dubai, or any Emirate may be denied by local authorities if the passport contains Israeli entry or exit stamps.

Europamundo Product Conditions

Europamundo has developed a wide and diverse range of travel itineraries—not only throughout Europe but also across many destinations around the world. Each tour has been carefully designed to include the essential services that will allow travelers to make the most of their travel experience.

We invite you to compare the quality of our offerings—from transfers and guided tours to added excursions and carefully selected hotels. Discover everything that is included and see for yourself why Europamundo offers one of the best value-for-money travel experiences in the market.

Europamundo offers two distinct product lines:

Regular group tours by coach.

Private services, which include “Trip Styles” programs and privatized versions of regular tours using private vehicles.

Both product lines feature local, regional, or multi-country itineraries across all continents. In every Europamundo tour, we focus on offering the best quality/price ratio, with accommodation plans tailored to each series, always including breakfast, along with essential activities for discovering each destination—such as panoramic tours, evening transfers, and sightseeing walks.

Tours for Peace, Tolerance, and Cultural Exchange

Our tours are multicultural, and you will likely share your journey with travelers from different parts of the world. This will not only enhance your experience of the destination but also provide a unique opportunity for cultural exchange—an invitation to discover not only new places, but also the diversity of the people you travel with.

Itineraries

Europamundo offers extensive itineraries designed to allow travelers to fully experience the destinations they visit.

On www.europamundo.com, as well as on the app and the personalized “My Trip” website created upon tour confirmation, travelers will find not only their main itinerary but also the detailed itinerary (indicative in the case of Privatized Regular tours and not available for “Trip Styles” private tours). This includes information such as services included, final hotel list, distances per stage, estimated schedules, landscapes, descriptions of included visits, and more.

As part of our commitment to traveler safety, Europamundo will always follow the current laws and health protocols established in each country. Passengers are responsible for adapting to and respecting the customs and cultural norms of the countries visited. In some destinations, this may include requirements such as removing shoes, covering shoulders, or wearing garments below the knee, particularly when entering temples, mosques, or certain monuments.

Through the “My Trip” app and website, passengers can also access the full list of optional excursions available on their tour, including descriptions, durations, prices, and the minimum number of participants required. It is strongly recommended that travelers reserve their preferred activities in advance via the app to guarantee availability. Otherwise, some excursions may no longer be available due to limited capacity. Plan ahead to ensure your participation. In the event that an optional excursion must be canceled due to force majeure, the full amount paid will be refunded through the original payment method.

If a traveler wishes to cancel an optional excursion booked through the website or app, they must do so directly via the “My Trip” platform. Cancellations are free of charge if made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the activity. Europamundo cannot process cancellations outside of this platform or timeframe.

Meeting point and departure location: Unless otherwise indicated, the meeting point for both regular group tours and privatized regular tours is the confirmed hotel for the tour (or for any additional nights booked). It is important that passengers check the Service Summary to verify whether a different meeting point has been designated. For “Trip Styles” private tours, the starting point and time will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Failure to appear at the specified time and place—whether at the start of the tour, during the tour, or for optional excursions—may result in the loss of services booked without the right to a refund.

Europamundo reserves the right to modify the schedule or order of visits listed in the detailed itinerary due to operational reasons, seasonal changes, or exceptional circumstances (e.g., breakdowns, heavy traffic, weather-related disruptions, or complex local conditions). In most cases, if such changes are anticipated, this will be noted in the observations section of your Service Summary.

In some instances, when the number of passengers in a given sector of a coach tour is very low, the services may be adjusted:

If fewer than 5 travelers (up to 4 people) are registered for a tour or a specific segment, Europamundo may offer one of the following options:

  • A similar tour (by Europamundo or another company) with the same dates and start/end points;
  • A similar tour operated fully or partially by public transportation;
  • The same tour on a different date;
  • A refund of the amount paid, issued as a voucher granting a 10% discount on a future tour.

If 4 to 7 passengers are registered, the tour or segment may be operated in a van with 8–9 seats, driven by the accompanying guide. In this case, certain services may be substituted (e.g., instead of a local guide, the accompanying guide may conduct the panoramic visit using the private vehicle).

From 8 travelers onward (or slightly more, depending on local regulations), the tour will be operated using coaches or minibuses.

Privatized Regular Tour Itineraries: While the general route of a privatized regular tour is the same as the standard group tour, the detailed schedule is a suggestion and may vary slightly. These private tours may involve changes in some services compared to those provided in standard group tours. Panoramic visits are usually led by the accompanying guide, and optional activities may be adjusted. Some services—such as the Garda Lake cruise, Cinque Terre train, boat in Portofino, Orta and Pisa train, and entrance to Eperlecques—may not be included.

Europamundo accepts no responsibility if museums or monuments cannot be visited due to national holidays, strikes, weekly closures, or other force majeure circumstances during the tour.

We strongly recommend that passengers carefully read the itineraries and detailed itineraries, as well as all related information available on the app and the website www.europamundo.com and “My Trip”

Assistance - Accompanying Guides

All our tours, whether group or private, include the presence of accompanying guides and local guides where specified. Due to Europamundo’s international approach, groups may be bilingual (typically Spanish/Portuguese or Spanish/English). In such cases, they may be accompanied either by two separate guides—one per language—or by a single guide providing explanations in both languages.

For coach tours, depending on the itinerary, passengers may be accompanied by a single accompanying guide or by several guides who may change throughout different stages of the journey. For private tours (whether based on regular itineraries or “Trip Styles”), the same accompanying guide is expected to accompany the group for the entire trip, and in many cases, this guide will also be the driver of the vehicle.

In combined tours through Israel, Jordan, and Egypt, it is necessary to change buses and guides at border crossings due to legal requirements. In these cases, guides are not permitted to assist travelers during border formalities but will provide as much information as possible in advance regarding procedures. Please note that crossing these borders may involve long delays.

Europamundo accompanying guides are always present during included visits. During periods where no services are scheduled, our guides may be performing other assigned tasks.

Assistance from accompanying guides begins once the included services of your program commence.

Europamundo accompanying guides will not be present on days involving additional nights, nor during cruises, flights, trains, regular transport, or in independently arranged travel packages (such as stays on the Greek islands or similar). In such cases, assistance is provided by transport staff or the local service representative.

Please note that, in a few tours from “Trip Styles” or those in the East, if no Spanish- or Portuguese-speaking guides are available, the tour may be conducted in English. Please consult the Important Notes section of your tour program.

Hotel Information

Hotel information for all tours is available on our website, www.europamundo.com, and in the mobile app. The list of hotels provided is for reference only and corresponds to the expected category. The final list of assigned hotels will be available in the “My Trip” section, accessible via the website or app in the days leading up to the start of the tour. We recommend downloading or printing the final list at least 48 hours prior to departure, or following the confirmation of hotels through the app.

The hotels provided for our regular coach tours, whether privatized or group, may vary depending on the series contracted.

For “Trip Styles” private tours, due to the wide variety of routes offered, hotels are selected based on specific criteria according to the type and content of each tour. You will find the planned hotels listed for each itinerary. These hotel indications should be considered as approximate, as availability may vary. In some cases—due to the size and number of hotels in a destination, or during special events, fairs, or local holidays—accommodation may be substituted with other hotels of similar category and comfort, either in the same city or nearby.

Location and Comfort: Europamundo selects hotels that offer the appropriate level of comfort and allow guests to enjoy the city they are visiting. While comfort and location may vary between tour series, the hotels are always (except in exceptional circumstances) located in the destination cities—sometimes centrally, sometimes near the center, and sometimes in outlying areas with public transportation access to the city center. Our tours aim to provide excellent value for money.

Except in some cases within the “Trip Styles” tours (which vary depending on the nature of the trip), hotels are always (except in exceptional situations) located in the destination cities, as described above.

Our hotels are not luxury establishments. Please keep in mind that official hotel ratings, as well as room and bed sizes, vary by country.

All rooms include a private bathroom and television. Some may also include a minibar, safe, and hairdryer. Many hotels in Northern Europe do not have air conditioning, or it may only be available during certain periods, as determined by local regulations. In some itineraries, the standard of accommodation may vary significantly between cities.

Room Types: Europamundo acts as an intermediary between hotel establishments and the passenger. For this reason, Europamundo cannot guarantee the availability of a specific type  of room (double with one bed, twin with separates beds, or triple), as this depends exclusively on the configuration, policies and availability of the contracted hotel. Europamundo will request the type of room as indicated and preferred by the passenger, but the final  assignment will be subject to confirmation by the establishment and cannot be considered a guaranteed contractual condition.

For this reason, Europamundo cannot guarantee the availability of double or twin rooms (two separated beds, which in some cases may consist of a double bed and a sofa bed) but we must adhere to the availability provided by the hotel.

In many hotels, triple rooms either do no exist or are very limited in number, and they are usually a double room (with one or two beds) with an additional bed, which in some cases may be foldable or a sofa bed. In other cases, a double and a single room will be offered instead of a triple. On overnight ferries and cruises that allow triple cabins, these will consist of two twin beds and a bunk bed. We do not recommend booking a triple room unless traveling as a family with children, as these rooms are often less confortable.

In most hotels in Europe, the maximum number of people allowed per room is three, including children. Therefore, we recommend two double rooms to be booked if the family unit consists of 4 people, with one or two children under the age of 3.

Programs in the USA and Canada offer differentiated prices for triple and quadruple rooms, indicated on a trip-by-trip basis, and usually consist of rooms with two Queen size beeds.

Room use start and end times: The usual hotel check-in time is around 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. If a guest wishes to access the room earlier or extend their stay after services have ended, we recommend booking an additional night to guarantee availability.

Breakfasts: Breakfast is included throughout the tour as well as during any additional nights booked. It is typically served as a cold buffet, although the format may vary depending on the hotel category and location. Breakfast is not included on the first day of the tour.

For organizational reasons, many hotels designate specific areas for group breakfasts. Please note that breakfast is not included on some overnight ferries.

Taxes: Hotel taxes are always included in group bookings and for additional nights.

Changes: Due to our policy of maximum flexibility and real-time availability, hotel changes may occur, sometimes just days before arrival, especially in high season. We recommend updating your confirmed hotel list through the app or printing it from the “Hotels” section of the “My Trip” platform 48 hours before your departure.

In rare cases (e.g., major events, religious celebrations, exhibitions, beatifications, or major sporting events), Europamundo may change the accommodation location to nearby cities. In these cases, the tour itinerary will remain as unchanged as possible, and transport to and from the city listed in the program will be provided (this does not apply to additional nights).

Responsibility: Europamundo carefully selects hotels in accordance with the expected quality standards of each category. However, Europamundo is not responsible for hotel maintenance. If a guest finds the room to be in poor condition or lacking in hygiene, they must inform their accompanying guide, who will assess the situation with hotel staff and report it to us as necessary.

Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to hotel/cruise property, for smoking in non-smoking rooms, and for any harm caused to other travelers or third parties, including any fines or charges that Europamundo may be required to pay on the traveler’s behalf.

For safety reasons, we recommend that guests use the in-room safe to store valuables or money. Travelers should also be especially careful with personal belongings in common areas (reception, breakfast rooms, etc.), as these are public spaces and neither the hotel nor Europamundo can be held responsible for thefts occurring in those areas.

Additional Nights

For our regular coach tours and privatized tours, passengers may request additional nights to extend their stay at the beginning or end of the trip.

Please consult the applicable supplement for additional nights.

Additional nights must be immediately before or after the start or end of the tour and cannot be booked under the "room-share" option.

We guarantee the advertised price for each series for up to 4 additional nights, except during exceptional dates such as trade fairs, congresses, and other high-demand events. Please note that Europamundo does not have pre-reserved allocations for these nights. If availability is limited, additional nights will be booked in different hotels, and priority for room assignments will always be given to travelers with services included as part of a tour. For this reason, the final hotel assignment for additional nights may only be confirmed at the last minute, even while the passenger is already traveling on their tour.

We recommend booking additional nights through Europamundo when only one night is required before or after the tour. Please keep in mind that our hotels are selected based on group logistics (large capacity, accessible by coach, etc.), and in some cities, they may be located outside the city center. If your pre- or post-tour stay exceeds one night, especially in major cities (such as Paris, Rome, London, or New York), we suggest considering alternative accommodation options that are more centrally located or better suited to your specific needs and preferences.

Transportation: Coaches and Private Vehicles

The services provided by Europamundo Vacations are land-based and operated using coaches or private vehicles, depending on the product purchased.

Regular and Privatized Group Tours

Most travel segments are carried out on highways or express roads, generally covering stages of 3 to 6 hours, although some stages may last 8 to 9 hours. You can check the detailed itinerary at www.europamundo.com or on the “My Trip” platform, where approximate distances and travel times for each stage are specified.

Europamundo operates with a team of professional drivers and a modern fleet of coaches, ensuring safety and full compliance with current regulations (braking systems, safety axles, speed control, tachographs, rest periods, etc.).

The comfort features of our coaches adhere to standard tourist coach specifications, including: panoramic windows, climate control and air conditioning, DVD player, PA system, reclining seats, individual reading lights, armrests, and trays for small hand luggage, among others. The free Wi-Fi service (30 MB/day/device) is subject to availability depending on the destination country and the unit assigned. Our coaches are not equipped with wheelchair-access ramps.

Coach seats are standard and cannot be reserved, nor is there a formal seat rotation system.

Not all of our coaches have onboard toilets. When available, toilets may operate on a paid-access system to allow moderate use and minimize inconveniences (odors, emptying, and cleaning challenges). Regular stops at service areas are scheduled for restroom use.

For tours in the “Other Destinations” series, the comfort level and the interior and exterior appearance of the coaches used for transfers, excursions, and circuits may vary depending on the regulations of each country and may be lower than the standard commonly used in Europe. In most destinations within this series, coaches do not have onboard toilets or Wi-Fi service.

The size of the vehicle used will depend on the number of passengers, using larger or smaller coaches with similar features as required. In exceptional cases, where a sector of the tour has 7 or fewer travelers, and in order to maintain our guaranteed departure policy (or for Privatized Regular Group Tours), private vehicles driven by the accompanying guide will be used.

For itineraries marked with a specific icon, passengers may change coach and/or guide one or more times during the group tour.

Trip Styles Private Tours

Depending on the route selected in our “Trip Styles” product line, travel will take place via highways, expressways, or regional roads, with variable stage durations.

For these tours, Europamundo uses standard private vehicles, driven by our accompanying guides, in compliance with local transport regulations.

Transfers

Each itinerary specifies whether arrival and/or departure transfers are included. If not included, passengers may book this service separately according to the rates published on Europamundo’s official website.

The execution of the transfer service is subject to Europamundo’s receipt of complete and accurate information regarding the service, including flight or train number, airport or station, time of arrival, and corresponding hotel. This information must be entered into the system no later than 4 calendar days before the service begins (7 calendar days for tours in Japan). The responsibility for providing and verifying this information lies solely with the passenger or the travel agency. It is recommended to check that the data is correctly shown in the Service Summary. Europamundo accepts no responsibility and will not issue any refunds or compensation if the required information is missing, submitted late, or contains errors.

Upon arrival, the transfer driver will be waiting after you have collected your luggage and passed customs, holding a sign with your name or “Europamundo,” at the designated exit gate of your flight, which is usually the nearest gate to the baggage claim area. Please check your Service Summary to see if you are instructed to go to a specific meeting point to find your driver. Transfers may be private or shared with other passengers/shuttle, and only one transfer is provided per booking.

The transfer driver is not your accompanying guide, but a transport professional assigned to take you from one point to another (e.g., airport/train station to hotel). They may not speak the client’s language, and the service may be provided in English or another language. Do not expect explanations or check-in assistance from your driver.

Important: If you experience a delay upon arrival (e.g., customs hold, lost luggage), miss a connection, or have a flight change, you must immediately notify your driver (contact information is in your Service Summary) or call Europamundo’s emergency number. If no notice is given, the driver will wait 1 hour at airports and 30 minutes at train stations before leaving, and the transfer service will be considered forfeited.

If a departure transfer has also been booked, you must reconfirm the pickup time with your accompanying guide on the day of your flight.

Transfer services will not be provided if the client only books a segment of the tour or if there are intermediate nights between the passenger’s arrival and the start of Europamundo’s services. Included transfers are valid only from a hotel, station, port, or airport in the city where the tour services begin, and only to the hotel listed as the starting point of the tour—or vice versa. Only airports/ports located within a 40 km radius of the city center will be considered. Please consult rates for more distant airports frequently used by low-cost airlines.

If the passenger begins the tour in a city different from the one scheduled in the program (e.g., a rotating itinerary beginning at an alternate location), Europamundo may not offer transfers in that city. In such cases, if the program includes a transfer, the Service Summary will indicate that the passenger must take a taxi, and the accompanying guide will reimburse the fare upon presentation of the receipt.

Meal Plan

Our tours are generally offered on a bed and breakfast basis. However, the meal plan varies depending on the tour and may include tours with some included lunches or dinners.

Tours in the Middle East, Asia, Africa, and Oceania series typically include several lunches or dinners, on most days of the itinerary.

You will find information about the locations where included meals are served on the Europamundo website and in the “My Trip” platform once your booking has been confirmed. Please note that both the restaurants and menus listed are indicative and may be substituted with similar alternatives.

Meals are usually served with a fixed menu, meaning that customers do not choose their own dishes. Beverages are often not included. If the passenger has any allergies or special dietary requirements, they must inform their travel agency in advance. However, menu modifications are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Given the diversity of nationalities and cultures in our groups, it is difficult to meet all individual preferences. Europamundo provides the opportunity to experience local cuisine in the destinations visited, although some meals are based on international cooking styles. You may consult the list of restaurants and the sample menus for each tour in the “My Trip” section of our website.

Luggage Policy

The luggage compartment capacity in group tour coaches and private vehicles used in Privatized Tours or “Trip Styles” tours is limited. For this reason, Europamundo imposes luggage restrictions per passenger, as follows:

Coach tours (regular group tours): Maximum of one suitcase per person, with a maximum weight of 30 kg (66 lbs).

Privatized Regular Tours and "Trip Styles" private tours (conducted in private vehicles): One medium-sized suitcase per person, with maximum dimensions of 60 cm / 24 in height x 34 cm / 17 in width.

For operational and safety reasons, small wheeled suitcases are not permitted inside the vehicle, as there is no designated space for storing them. The coach or private vehicle luggage compartment is sized to accommodate only one standard suitcase per passenger. If the total volume of luggage exceeds the available capacity, Europamundo reserves the right to deny transport of the excess luggage. In such cases, passengers are solely responsible for arranging shipment of excess luggage using external courier or delivery services, covering the associated costs and logistics.

Additionally, for tours that include high-speed train segments or internal flights, the maximum luggage allowance is 20 kg (44 lbs) per passenger, in accordance with the policies of the transport companies involved. Failure to comply with this limit may result in extra charges or refusal of the luggage by the carrier.

In the event of lost luggage under Europamundo’s custody, or due to an error on our part, Europamundo’s insurance provider will assume responsibility according to the coverage terms stated in the basic travel insurance policy included in all our tours.

Please note that, due to space limitations, carry-on luggage taken into the coach or private vehicle must be very small, as there is no designated overhead or under-seat storage. This luggage remains under the sole responsibility of the passenger at all times, and it is strongly recommended to keep it under personal supervision throughout the journey.

Europamundo assumes no responsibility for lost, misplaced, or stolen luggage, including carry-on bags, whether occurring in hotels or inside the coaches.

Travel Insurance

Europamundo has arranged a basic travel assistance insurance policy with the company EUROP ASSISTANCE for all its travelers. The insurance coverage becomes valid upon arrival at the destination, once Europamundo’s services begin, and it ends upon completion of the tour. Therefore, this policy does not cover incidents that may occur during air travel or before or after the tour if those segments are not contracted with Europamundo.

Procedure:

In case you require assistance during the tour, you must first contact your accompanying guide, who will begin the assistance process. If this is not possible, you must contact the insurance provider directly to coordinate the support required.

It is not just music or dance; it is a profound expression of the Spanish people´s character, a unique language conveyed through notes and body movements. Flamenco is pure passion and feeling, artistically accompanied by guitars, castanets, percussion, clapping, and the frenetic and resonant footwork. We cannot forget the timeless beauty of the flamenco dresses, iconic and constantly evolving, yet always true to their roots.

They will showcase few of its most well-known artistic forms: bulerías, seguidillas, fandangos, and sevillanas.
