Day 1

Arrival to cairo

Arrive at Cairo International Airport. After clearing customs, you will be greeted by your tour representative who will assist you with your luggage.
• Enjoy a comfortable private ride to your  hotel in Cairo.
- Accommodation: Check-in at a well-appointed Cairo hotel, where you can relax and refresh after your journey.

Day 2

Nubian style luxury accommodation& sailing to Nubian village

•Morning: After breakfast, take a domestic flight from cairo airport to Aswan airport.
•arriving at aswan airport ,you will be met by your guide and make check in at luxury Nubian house.
•Enjoy a delightful lunch featuring traditional Nubian dishes.
•afternoon, Nubian Village Tour: Explore a colorful Nubian village, where you’ll learn about the rich culture and traditions of the Nubian people.

Day 3

Philae Temple & Nile cruise

•Morning: Visit the Philae Temple .

Day 4

Abu simbel & Kom Ombo & sailing from aswan

•Morning: ( an Optional )excursion to the stunning Abu Simbel temples, known for their colossal statues of Ramses II.

Day 8

Old Cairo and Departure

•Afternoon: Wrap up your incredible journey as you prepare for departure. Your guide will assist you with your transfer to the airport for your flight home.

Terms and Conditions:

The purchase of our tours, packages, day trips and cruises (hereinafter referred to as “services”)

offered by AB Worldwide Voyages Ltd., constitutes a contract between you (the “customer” or

“customers”) and AB Worldwide Voyages Ltd., which includes the terms and conditions

described hereinafter. Please ensure you read and understand these terms and conditions prior to

booking.

Deposit:

A deposit of $250.00 plus full payment of Insurance (cancellation insurance) is required at the

time of booking.

Final Payment:

The balance of payment is due 60 days prior to departure, immediately if booked within the 60

days of departure. If final payment is not paid by the required time AB Worldwide Voyages Ltd.,

has the right to cancel the booking and keep the non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations:

In the event of cancellation, the agent or customer must contact AB Worldwide Voyages Ltd.,

immediately. Cancellation charges are dependent on the date the cancellation is received by AB

Worldwide Voyages Ltd., and will be billed as follows:

Up to 60 days prior to departure…………………. loss of deposit

59-45 days prior to departure…………………….50 % non-refundable

45-15 days prior to departure…………………… 75 % non-refundable

Within 15 days prior to departure…………………100% non-refundable

Any extra’s that were pre-booked and paid for are 100% non-refundable.

Hotel Changes:

We at AB Worldwide Voyages Ltd., will do everything within our ability to provide the services

as booked. In the event a hotel is unavailable we reserve the right to make a change within the

same category of hotel and room choice. Hoteliers and Cruise lines are solely responsible for the

room assignment or cabin allocations, should the customer wish to alter the assigned room or

cabin, the changes will be subject to availability and payment of additional fees paid directly to

the provider.

Nile Cruises:

We reserve the right to change the Vessel that will be used on tour should that Vessel be

unavailable at the time. If this situation occurs, we will do everything in our power to provide an

alternate Vessel that is of equal or better quality than the one that is unavailable.


Changes requested by Customer or Agent of Customer:

Will be subject to cancellation penalties as listed above and are at the sole discretion of AB

Worldwide Voyages Ltd. Changes are subject to the rates of the new products booked as of the

date of booking said changes.

Cancellation by AB Worldwide Voyages Ltd.

Cancellation of tour program by AB Worldwide Voyages Ltd., will result in a full refund of the

amount collected from the customer. These returned funds will constitute full settlement of any

claim you, the customer, might have against AB Worldwide Voyages Ltd., for the cancellation of

a tour.

Insurance:

TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE IS MANDATORY! Insurance for medical purposes is

highly recommended. Speak to your agent or request a quote when booking via the link

provided.

Travel Documents:

A valid Canadian or US passport is required to travel to Egypt (must be valid for a least 6

months after date of return), Tourist Visas are also now required to be processed prior to

departure. Link to visa application provided in booking information. Other nationalities must

check requirements prior to booking. Passport information required at time of booking.

Force Majeure:

AB Worldwide Voyages Ltd., shall not be liable for any claim, loss or damage to a person or

persons, or to property, of for the cost, expense, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment or of time,

disappointment, or frustration, either mental or physical, resulting from delay, cancellation or

accident, illness, injury or death due to:

 An act of God or force majeure, or a third party.

 A war, revolution, insurrection, riot, blockage, terrorism, or act of terrorism, or any other

unlawful act against public order, or authority.

 Fire, flood, explosion, earthquake, volcanic eruption, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine,

public health emergency, storm, lighting, hurricane, tornado, tropical storm or any other

adverse weather condition.

 Accident to or failure of an aircraft or a ship or any equipment used in connection

therewith, loss of or hijacking of an aircraft or a ship, or any shortage of or inability to

provide labor, fuel or facilities:

 Any strike, lockout, or labour dispute or other industrial disturbance whether involving

AB Worldwide Voyages Ltd., its officers, directors or employees, or the employees,

directors, employees, agents or any other parties connected to a service provider that AB

Worldwide Voyages Ltd., relies on to conduct business.

 Any other causes beyond the reasonable control of AB Worldwide Voyages Ltd., actual,

threatened or reported, which may interfere with the operations of AB Worldwide

Voyages Ltd., or of any of its service providers.


 Any default from a supplier or service provider upon whom AB Worldwide Voyages ltd.,

relies for the performance of the whole or part of the services described and provided

herein:

Customer Responsibility:

Customers are responsible for advising the agent of their intentions, expectations and needs, as

they relate to the proposed travel, before the reservation is completed.

Health:

Customers whose physical condition so requires, must ensure they have a sufficient quantity of

any required medications; they must hand carry these medications at all times. It is the

customers’ responsibility to insure they are fit to travel.

Excursions:

The Customer may want to participate in excursions, optional tours and activities (collectively,

the “excursions’) that may be offered for an additional fee by AB Worldwide Voyages Ltd., on

behalf of local suppliers. These excursions are purchased at the Customers’ sole risk, and AB

Worldwide Voyages Ltd., shall not be held liable for the quality or safety of such excursions.

These excursions that are organized and conducted by a third-party supplier, and according to the

security standards and norms that may differ, from those in the country of origin of the Customer.

Any written or oral contract deemed to have been made by the Customer and Supplier of such

excursions and shall be undertaken at the Customers own risk of loss, damage, or injury, and AB

Worldwide Voyages Ltd., shall not be liable in any manner, for any complaints or claims, that

may arise as a result of participation in any such excursions.

Confidentiality:

AB Worldwide Voyages Ltd., protects the confidentiality of the personal information of its

customers in accordance with applicable laws.

Comments and Claims:

In destination a customer must speak to the AB Worldwide Voyages ltd., representative, to assist

with remedy to any problem without delay. When the service issue is not with AB Worldwide

Voyages Ltd., they must contact the local representative tour guide, hotel staff, or airline

involved. If this still is unresolved the Customer is then requested to email his/her comments to

the following email, [email protected] within 30 days of return.
