Mandara Hut to Horombo Hut
On day two, the landscape undergoes a dramatic change as you leave the rainforest behind. The path winds through the heath and moorland zone, offering sweeping views of the mountain's dramatic terrain. Your destination is Horombo Hut at 3,720 meters (12,205 feet), where you'll enjoy stunning vistas of Mount Kilimanjaro.
Horombo Hut to Kibo Hut
This day presents the shift into the alpine desert, where you'll encounter rock and snow. Your journey culminates at Kibo Hut, situated at 4,700 meters (15,420 feet). This is your base camp for the upcoming summit attempt, offering a restful and awe-inspiring environment.
Summit and Descend to Horombo Hut
The most challenging day of the trek arrives as you begin your summit attempt under the cover of night. You'll ascend to Uhuru Peak, the highest point on Mount Kilimanjaro, at 5,895 meters (19,341 feet), to witness the unforgettable sunrise. After your victorious summit, you'll descend to Kibo Hut before continuing your journey down to Horombo Hut.
Horombo Hut to Marangu Gate and Departure
Your final day marks a descent from Horombo Hut to the Marangu Gate, where you'll be presented with your summit certificates, commemorating your incredible achievement. Your Kilimanjaro adventure concludes as you head to Kilimanjaro International Airport or your hotel in Moshi, leaving with a profound sense of accomplishment and unforgettable memories.

Reservations that are cancelled, reduced in length of stay or reduced in numbers are subject to Cancellation and No Show fees if cancelled within 14 days of the arrival date:
Booking means 30% advance payment none refundable 70% remaining balance to be paid at least two weeks before starting of the tour. No refund if tour cancelled one week before departure
