You will picked up from Delhi airport/ Railway station/ or any other location point in delhi and will be transferred to your hotel, Later o­n Your adventure begins as you’re picked up from your accommodation in Delhi. You will be subject to a cancellation penalty charge for booked and paid trips/tours, according to the following:

• Cancellation with 60 calendar days or more before the date of arrival at the travel destination –You will have a penalty of 15% of the total amount

• Cancellation with 30 - 59 calendar days before the date of arrival at the travel destination - You will have a penalty of 25% of the total amount.

 Cancellation with 22 - 29 calendar days before the date of arrival at the travel destination - You will have a penalty of 35% of the total amount. 

• Cancellation with 15 - 21 calendar days of the date of arrival at the travel destination -You will have a penalty of 50% of the total amount. 

• Cancellation with 04 - 14 calendar days of the date of arrival at the travel destination - You will have a penalty of 100% of the total amount.

Cancellation After arrival at the travel destination (or without notice) - no refund. 

• An administration cost of $100 usd will apply for all cancelled trips.

A booking can be made up to 12 months before the start date of the trip. Similarly, a booking can be made at least 1 day before the trip start time (subject to the availability of resources for which booking is required). An initial deposit must be paid by the customer for their reservation. The amount of the deposit is calculated based on the services contracted by the client. Services such as air tickets, train tickets will require 100% prepayment and Hotel booking may require 50% to 100% payment in the hotel policy booked.

Advance payment can be made through our online credit card payment gateway, bank transfer or Paypal, and the respective transaction will be charged extra for the booking amount

Prior to the end of the trip, full and final payment has to be made, India by Car and driver reserves the right to ask you to pay the remaining amount (total price quoted less advance payment made) at any time during the trip will depend on your Preferred payment method, or final cash payment will be required to the driver just before departure.

Changes to the booking include the change in the date of arrival or departure, and in case of any modification we will try our best to amend modifications in the same reservation as the existing reservation will be cancelled and a new reservation will be created, and Cancellation policy will apply.
