The Rush Lake Trek is a breathtaking journey in the northern region of Pakistan, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains and the majestic Rush Lake, which is one of the highest alpine lakes in the world. While the complete trek takes several days and involves moderate to challenging terrain, if you're short on time, you can opt for a shorter version of the trek. Here's a condensed itinerary for a shorter Rush Lake Trek:

Islamabad Arrival
Start point
Islamabad International Airport, Airport Avenue, Rawalpindi, Punjab, Pakistan
Day 2
Islamabad to Chillas/Naran
• Breakfast & departure for Chillas. Enjoy the most scenic drive. Lunch at Naran/Besham.
• After lunch drive to Chillas via Lulusar Lake & Babusar Pass/ Karakorum highway.
• Arrive at Chillas and meet Karakoram High way the eighth wonder of the world.
• Arrive at the Hotel for dinner & night stay.
Day 3
Chillas to Hoper Valley
• Breakfast & drive to Hunza Valley. Stop at Nanga Parbat 8126m view point. Drive to the world's three mountain junction points, Karakoram, Himalaya & Hindukush.
• Arrive at Gilgit city for Lunch, after lunch, we will start our journey toward Hunza Valley. Stop at Old Silk Route, & Rakaposhi 7788m view point.
• Arrive at Hunza for dinner & night stay
Day 4
Hoper Valley to Barichkor
• Breakfast & trek to Barichkor. We will cross Hoper Glacier and Mair Glacier
• Arrive at the camp lunch free time. Dinner & nights stay.
Day 5
Barichkor to Rush Lake
• Early breakfast and trek to Rush Lake. Today’s trek is steep from the camp to Ruska Lake.
• We will have lunch at Chidin Harai.
• Arrive at the camp and rest for dinner & night’s stay.
Day 6
Rush Lake Peak & Chidin Harai
• Early breakfast & trek to Rush Peak 5098m. You will be rewarded with some of the most amazing views. Visible from the apex of Rush Pari Peak are Dastgil Sar, Kunyang Chhish 7,823 meters (25,666 ft), Trivor Peak 7,728 meters, Bualtar Peak, K2 861m, Broad Peak 8052, Gasherbrum II 8034, Snow Lake, Biafo Glacier, Hisper La, Laila Peak.
• Trek back to Chidin Harai for dinner & night stay.
Day 7
Chidin Harai to Hapakun
• Breakfast trek back to Barichkor, Lunch and we will cross white glacier.
• Arrive at the camp for dinner & night stay.
Day 8
Hapakun to Gilgit
• Breakfast & trek back to Hoper Valley.
• Arrive at Hoper for lunch.
• Drive back to Gilgit for dinner & night’s stay.
Day 9
Gilgit to Islamabad
• Early breakfast & drive back to Islamabad via Karakorum Highway
• Stop for lunch & photography.
• Arrive at Islamabad in the evening for dinner & night stay.
Day 10
Fly back sweet home
• Breakfast & Drop at the airport as per flight time.
