Welcome to Rio de Janeiro! After your arrival at the airport, please make your way to your chosen accommodation. If you prefer, there is an optional airport transfer available for an additional cost. Alternatively, you can easily catch a taxi to your accommodation (taxi fare not included). Your accommodation is situated in Lapa, Rio’s vibrant bohemian center, known for hosting many of Carnival’s major events and block parties. This neighborhood is brimming with samba clubs, theaters, capoeira halls, trendy antique stores housed in historic buildings, and funky bars, offering plenty for you to explore and discover. Feel free to arrive at your convenience, but please note that check-in is available from 3PM onwards. Our dedicated team will be eagerly awaiting your arrival to ensure a seamless experience, including showing you to your room.

In the evening, we recommend adding the samba parade to your itinerary. Witness the awe-inspiring performances of the Samba Schools as they showcase their talents and compete for the title. Monday is the perfect day to experience this vibrant display, as you’ll have the opportunity to see the previous year’s Samba School Competition winner. Additionally, one of the VIP parties included in your package will take place on Sunday night, adding to the excitement of the festivities.

Rio Carnival ExperiencE

After a night of exhilarating Sambadrome festivities, enjoy a leisurely morning to relax and recharge.
