An initial deposit must be paid by the customer for their reservation. The amount of the deposit is calculated based on the services contracted by the client. Services such as air tickets, train tickets will require 100% prepayment and Hotel booking may require 50% to 100% payment in the hotel policy booked.
Advance payment can be made through our online credit card payment gateway, bank transfer or Paypal, and the respective transaction will be charged extra for the booking amount
Prior to the end of the trip, full and final payment has to be made, India by Car and driver reserves the right to ask you to pay the remaining amount (total price quoted less advance payment made) at any time during the trip will depend on your Preferred payment method, or final cash payment will be required to the driver just before departure.
