Day 1

Pick Up from Airport

On your Arrival, you will be picked with our Company driver to your Hotel at Arusha, After briefing of your holiday, you will have a chance roam on street with company city tour Guide, you will visit Local Food & Spices Markets, African Galleries, Tanzanite's shops, Curiosity & Craft Shops, Local Museums, Canoeing at Lake Duluti depends on your time, and you will have local lunch such as ``chips Mayai`` or ``Ugali`` before back at your hotel for next day Scheduled.

Arusha to Marangu Gate to Marangu Hut

Pick up from your hotel at Arusha after breakfast and drive 2 hours to Marangu Gate. Meet Colobus Monkey on your way as you hike through the trail of rainforest.

Day 3

Marangu Hut to Horombo Hut

After breakfast continuing with the rainforest Area until the forest trails open into the open Moorland Zones, enjoy your first view of Kibo & Mawenzi, two of 3 volcanic peaks.

Day 4

Horombo Hut to Kibo Hut

After breakfast we pack and continue through the Alpine desert Zone. This is the last place where water is available.

Day 5

Kibo Hut to Summit to Horombo Hut

Wake up at 2300Hrs, this is the most hardest night, as you walk to Gilman`s point you will normally encounter the snow on your way up to Uhuru peak, after spending some time in uhuru peak you will walk 3 hours down to Horombo Hut

Day 6

Horombo Hut to Marangu Gate to Arusha

Your final day on the trek, departing after breakfast we descend a further 1740m to Marangu Gate to pick up your summit certificates from the Park Headquarters. Your driver will be waiting for you for transfer to Arusha preparing for next day Safari

Day 7

Arusha to Lake Manyara NP


Early After breakfast drive to Lake Manyara national park from Arusha, it is well known by its abundance of birds, There are also different varieties of Trees which include Sausage trees, umbrella trees, baobabs and palms, Lake Manyara hosts over 400 species of birds, some example are pink Flamingo, Yellow-Billed storks, heroin and corkscrew, it is a small park with mammals including Zebras, Lions, Baboons, Impala, wildebeest, hippos, elephants and buffaloes, it is the perfect place to rest and tranquillity because it guarantees you a relaxing ambience to enjoy, The word Manyara comes from the word “Maa” which is the language of Masai which is the tree plants used to create hedges, Two-third of the park is alkaline lake, so the place is mostly submerged in alkaline water, if you are adventurous, thrill-seeking and nature-loving person this is heaven for you, Dinner and Overnight at Fig Tree Campsite.

Day 8

Lake Manyara to Central Serengeti 132 km, 3 hrs 5 min

Leave Campsite after breakfast in our opened roof 4wd Headed to Endless plains of Serengeti, you will expecting to see wide diversity of wildlife found within the park, Also the park host the greatest show on the planet, Because of its biodiversity and ecological significance, the park has been listed by the united nations Education, Scientific and Cultural Organization as UNESCO world heritage sites, The Maasai people had been grazing their livestock in the Serengeti which the named “Open plains” when the first European explorer Austrian Oscar Bauman visited the area in 1892. In the afternoon you will reach the destination of the day, Dinner and Overnight at Seronera Campsite.

Day 9

Central Serengeti

A morning game drive at Serengeti national park, all three biggest cats are easily seen, Lions are everywhere and are often found on kill, Cheetah is very common in the southeastern Plains, Leopard can often be found lazing in big trees along the Seronera River. Great Herd of Buffalo, smaller group of Elephant and Giraffe and thousands upon thousands of Eland, Topi, Kongoni, Impala and Grants gazelle are resident of Serengeti by any time of the year, Later after Launch you will drive in the direction of Ngorogoro crater, As soon as you have Reached the Edge of the crater, you will have a remarkable view of this impressive natural wonders, Dinner and overnight at Seronera campsite.

Day 10

Central Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater

Day 11

Ngorongoro Crater to Tarangire NP 139.1km, 2 hrs 53min

After smelling early morning coffee all your senses will be involved and experiencing the thrill of kill to chill of a morning game drive, Estimated 7,000 wildebeest, 4,000 zebras, 3,000 eland, 3,000 gazelles, 600 hyena, 200-300 elephants, over 60 lions, 30 rhinos, and many others. In all over 25,000 wild creatures call the Ngorongoro Crater home. For friends of the winged ones, look no further. Within this caldera you will find 500 bird species, Ostriches, kori bustards, secretary bird and more other. Visit from November to April and witness the myriad migratory birds that take up residence here. Indigenous tribes are permitted to live in a conservation area and local Maasai graze their livestock on the crater floor in harmony with nearby Herds of Buffalo and Wildebeest. Later we drive to the campsites.

Day 12

Tarangire NP to Arusha Town

We enjoy an early morning game drive in the Tarangire National Park, The beauty of the park will offers you an unparalleled game viewing you have never seen and during the dry season Elephants abound, Families of the ancient trunks of Baobab trees and strip acacia bark from the thorn trees, Breathtaking view of the Maasai steppe and mountain in the south makes a stopover at Tarangire a memorable experience, you can see herds and group of animals like Elephant, followed by Zebras, Buffalo and oryxes who venture from Maasai to the Tarangire in search of water, There are also few Lions prowling around looking for unexpecting preys around the jungle, There are more breeding species of birds found in Tarangire national park than anywhere else on the planet, Therefore from here Nothing left unseen on your 8 days tour. Later you will drive back to Arusha with the full of stories to tell.

Day 13

Arusha to Arusha National Park to Moshi

Get out of the city and enjoy Tanzania’s nature on this half-day tour of Arusha National Park. Depart from your hotel or airport in a private vehicle with a driver and head to the national park. Accompanied by your guide, spot some of the rich wildlife in the park, possibly including giraffes, zebras, warthogs, and elephants. then later you drive back to Arusha for Overnight.

Day 14

Arusha to Materuni Village and Chemka Village

From Moshi, drive up to the slopes of Mt Kilimanjaro, toward the village of Materuni. You’ll visit a coffee farm and learn how coffee is grown, harvested and processed. Try your hand at roasting and preparing a fresh cup of coffee the Chagga way. After a delightful coffee break (so much better than the ones at work!), you’ll take a beautiful 45-min hike through the hills and valleys en-route to the Materuni Falls. You’ll pass through banana and coffee plantations, and up and down mini-valleys. Along the way, your guide will teach you about local plants and how they are used for food and traditional medicine. You’ll hear the falls before you see it. The falls are hidden away in a pristine valley with cliffs towering to 200ft overhead. The mountain-water falls straight down in a shimmering curtain to splash in the rippling pool where you can float, take a swim and chill out. You will have a local food buffet before driving back to Kikuletwa hot pool where you can swim until the evening.

Day 15

Moshi to Kilmanjaro/Arusha Airport

The last day after your 2 weeks trip with us, you will be tranfered to Kilimanjaro/Arusha Airport for the Departure.

Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to any tours booked with Click Expedition, a local owned adventure travel company based in Moshi, Tanzania. These Terms & Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Click Expedition and yourself. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as by booking any tour with Click Expedition you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you have confirmed a booking on any tours with more than one client named and booked on such a booking, you shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all clients named in the booking (including minors and those with a disability) and therefore all clients in that group indicate their acceptance and agreement to these Terms and Conditions. The client who confirmed the booking is considered to be the selected contact person for all other clients named in that booking.

Price:

All prices are based on prevailing at the time of publication of the price list. This can change without notice. However, once a holiday has been paid for we will guarantee the price, unless it is subsequently affected by the Government action or other influence beyond the control of Click Expedition clients will be informed as quickly as possible in case of this eventuality.

Reservations:

Your booking request has to be made in writing and a 45% deposit is required (If you are doing a Budget Camping Safari) and if you are doing a Lodge/Luxury Tented Camp 50% deposit is required. The balance not later than 35 days before the tour begins. Notwithstanding any prior confirmation arrangements, the right is reserved not to execute a tour if the payments have not been received in accordance with the foregoing.

Cancellations: after 23/03/2023 

Cancellation fees (% of tour package will be forfeited)

31 or more days prior to tour: 15%

30 - 25 days prior to tour: 40% 

24 days- 10 days prior to tour: 60%

10-7 days prior to tour: 80%

7 or less: 100%

Cancellations: prior to 23/03/2023 

In the event of cancellations, a notice of which should be given in writing, the deposit may be refunded minus the charges for reservations that have been processed, a cancellation fee in posed by the hotels/campsites/lodges/Special Camp fees and transporters, and any other relevant expenses. If cancellation is received within 25/30 days of the commencement of the tour, a cancellation fee of 40% of the total land arrangements will be charged. And the charge of 30% if cancelation is made within 7/10 days of commencement. We recommend that you purchase full trip cancellation insurance.

Rates:

Rates include all the expenses in connection with the vehicle and driver/guide for the itinerary as set out, hotel accommodation with full board table hotel meals while on safaris (arrangements are on full board basis while on safari unless otherwise stated), all government hotel taxes, hotel services charges, and game drives as applicable to the itinerary and all the entry fee except where these are specifically quoted separately in the price list are included. Not included are any departure taxes, visas, gratuities (other than service charges), beverages, laundry, and other personal expenses. All rates are based on standard rooms or tents unless specified. Triples and singles are not guaranteed. Special room types carry extra supplements.

Accommodation:

Wherever possible, we book rooms with private baths throughout on basis of two people sharing the room. Single rooms or rooms with a private bath cannot be guaranteed.

Transportation:

A Safari four-wheel drive vehicle will be provided according to the route and the number of participants. The right is reserved to employ the service of a subcontractor. English/French/Spanish/Germany/Italy speaking driver/guides are provided.

Danger:

From wild animals is minimal on safari as most creatures avoid direct contact with humans unless threatened. Respect the advice of your guide who is experienced with the environment and has your best interest and safety at heart. Believe it or not, the most dangerous animal you are likely to encounter in Tanzania is the mosquito!

Cuisine:

There is a variety of food. You’ll find international cuisine in the hotels, restaurants, and lodges. On the coast, fish, and lobsters with local dishes such as Biryanis and meat or fish curries. Specialties: Spices tea or coffee and “Halua”, a sweet dessert with almonds. Drink only boiled or bottled water.

Cancellation Of A Tour By The Client

If the client is prevented through reasons completely beyond such client’s control from proceeding with a tour as booked the client may, if possible, transfer his/her tour booking to a person who satisfies all the conditions applicable to the tour, provided that the client gives notice to Click Expedition of the client’s intention to transfer no less than 14 days before the date when the tour departure is due to take place. Where such a transfer is made, the transferring client and the transferee client shall be jointly and severally liable to Click Expedition for payment of the price of the tour (or, if part of the price has been paid, for payment of the balance) and for any additional costs arising from such transfer. For private tours, Click Expedition can also reserve the tour for a client should they decide to postpone the tour to a later date. The client however will be responsible for paying cancellation fees as per the cancellation policy and also for any unforeseen extra costs which arise until the client does the tour at a later date (i.e – accommodation costs, transportation costs, fuel costs, dues, taxes or fees chargeable for services such as third party supplier costs, currency and exchange fluctuations, park fees, increases in taxes, or government action which impacts the price of the applicable tours).

Terms and Conditions prior to 09/12/2022

Cancellation & Refund Policy: We have a Cancellation and Refund Policy to protect the investment of other guests on the tour, and to cover our costs for tour expenses. All cancellations are subject to a $150 cancellation fee per person. Any balance of your deposit is refundable if requested more than 60 days prior to departure. Cancellation fee is 50% between 30 and 59 days from tour. No refunds of any kind can be made for any reason within 30 days of the tour, including, but not limited to, Acts of Terrorism and War, as well as personal or family emergencies. Our tours are designed to run from start to finish, so there is no credit for partial tours. Tours are transferable from one person to another with no service charge. Purchases at our company store are final, as all goods are produced for each individual order. No exceptions for any reason.

Deposit & Reservations: Your reservation is confirmed with full payment on any 2 or 3 day tour, and with a deposit on any 4 day or longer tour. Final payment is due 30 days prior to departure. Secure credit card payment can be made , or you may print a registration form and mail a check.
