Namibia is synonymous with breathtaking landscapes and unique wildlife. We explore the red sea of dunes in Sossusvlei, the rugged Atlantic coast near Swakopmund and, of course, Etosha National Park. This trip also has culinary highlights and interesting encounters in store! Let us surprise you.

Tour program

Day 1

Arrival in Windhoek

In the evening you fly to Namibia.
We leave the coast and head inland to the Erongo Mountains with their surreal landscapes and huge granite boulders. At the San Living Museum on the Omandumba farm, we gain an interesting insight into the ancient hunter-gatherer culture and the original way of life of the indigenous people. On the one hand, the aim is to give the children of the San the opportunity to rediscover their ancient, forgotten culture. On the other hand, the San have created a source of income for themselves with the Living Museum. In the late afternoon, we take a short hike to a viewpoint from where we can watch the sunset. 220 km (F, A)
We drive on towards Etosha National Park. If time permits, we will make a flying visit to the national park today. Alternatively, we can relax in our accommodation with a view of the Mopane landscape. 350 km (F, A)
The wilderness is calling! In the morning, we drive with local rangers in an open vehicle into Etosha National Park and, with a bit of luck, spot antelopes, elephants, rhinos, lions and leopards. The park is one of the most beautiful nature reserves in Africa and is home to an impressive variety of wild animals, bird and reptile species. Have your camera ready! In the afternoon, our tour guide will take you into the park again in your own vehicle. After an unforgettable day, we return to our accommodation in the late afternoon. (F, A)
We leave the Etosha region behind us. On the way to our accommodation near Otjiwarongo, we visit Ombu Village, a museum where we gain an insight into the culture of the Herero people. We meet the Herero women with their colorful dresses and eye-catching headdresses, reminiscent of cattle horns. They are an essential element of their traditional dress. We are also initiated into the secret of the sacred fire. We spend the night on Namibia's oldest game farm with an area of over 12,000 hectares of untamed bushveld. 300 km (F, A)
Arrival in the morning and individual journey home. Flight schedule, hotel and program are subject to change. (F=breakfast, A=dinner)
