Itinerary

The Annapurna Base Camp (ABC) trek is one of Nepal's most famous treks, as it takes you to the most astonishing land of the Himalayas, where you will experience culture and nature diversions and trek to some of the world's highest mountains, something that all adventure seekers who like diverse nature and culture should try at least once in a lifetime. This trek is about seeing the mountain and enjoying the gorgeous waterfalls, awe-inspiring landscapes, traditional settlements, flora, and fauna. The entire Annapurna mountain range is mesmerizing while trekking on this trail. The trek commences in Pokhara Valley after you drive or fly from Kathmandu to Pokhara, one of the most astonishing tourist spots in the entire Himalayas, with marvelous views of the Annapurna Himalayas.

Tour program

Day 1

Kathmandu – Pokhara 850 m /2788 ft- 7 hrs drive by tourist bus

We will have an early morning scenic drive by a tourist bus from Kathmandu to Pokhara through the Prithvi highway. Reaching the Pokhara, we will visit beautiful tourist towns and lakeside areas and stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 2

Pokhara –Nayapul 1 hrs drive by taxi and Trek to Ghandruk 1910m/3810ft

After breakfast, we will drive from our hotel to Nayapul by taxi at about 1:30. Our trek will start from Nayapul and go to Ghandruk, which will take us around 3-4 hours to reach Ghandruk village of Ghandrukthe of Ghandrukthe. Drive Ghandruk is one of the largest Gurung settlements of the Annapurna region, where we can explore the unspoiled tradition and culture of the Gurung people and their lifestyle; today’s overnight will be accommodated over a trekking lodge. Today, it includes food such as lunch and dinner (L+D)

Day 3

Trek Ghandruk to Chhomrong (2170m) - 5/6 hrs walk approximate

Today, we start our day after a cup of tea and breakfast. Firstly, we ascend for about an hour, gradually up to the Ghandruk top, and then descend steeply to Kimron Khola (River). After crossing the suspension bridge,  start climbing again to Chhomrong village, Chhomrong, Chhomrongthe another beautiful Gu-rung village of Annapurna region mountain; it's situated on the top of the hills in the lap of mighty Annapurna south offers an outstanding steep view of Annapurna south, Machhapuchare (Fishtail) Himchuli and Nilgiri and green valley. Today's overnight will be accommodated over a trekking lodge, including using food such as breakfast, lunch, and dinner (B+L+D)

Day 4

Trek from Chhomrong to Himalayan Hotel (2920m)

Today, we have an exciting day to walk through the lush forest over stone steps across Chhomrong Khola and then uphill through the bamboo and rhododendron forest to the village of Bambo and Doban; we take our lunch somewhere between before reaching Himalaya; the trails follow continually upwards Modi river and water streaming section in the jungle area, during the hike we can enjoy the beautiful waterfalls and view of Machhapuchare, as we reach Himalaya, we set up our sleeping bags and down jacket while resting here because it’s quite a cool place, we stay Overnight at Lodge, Included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Lodge. (B+L+D)

Day 5

Trek from Himalayan to Annapurna Base Camp (4130m)

After breakfast at our lodge, our journey starts towards Machhapuchare base camp then Annapurna base camp walking through the narrow gorge Modi Khola glacier valley past the base of Machhapuchhre which ultimately takes us to Annapurna base camp. Walking in this area we will get an excellent chance to see the Annapurna glacier which is very close to us. Making ascend continually, we will, mountain reaching, be able to see a breathtaking view of surrounding panoramic mountain peaks on a backdrop, Reaching Annapurna base camp, we can’t believe it while visiting a 360-de view of untouchable mountains like Hiunchuli, past Annapurna South to Annapurna I (8,097m/26,566ft) and Khangsar Kang, Gangapurna, Annapurna III and Machhapuchhare. Today’s overnight will be accommodated over a trekking lodge with including food such as breakfast, lunch, and dinner (B+L+D)

Day 6

trek from ABC to Bamboo (2,340 m)

Today, we enjoy the striking sunrise view over the Annapurna Himalayas at Annapurna base camp, and it is. Then spectacularly. We have our breakfast. After having breakfast at our lodge,  we retrace Bambo, following the same trek as we go up to Basecamp while crossing the places of MBC, Deurali, and the Himalayas. we arrive at Bambo; today’s overnight will be accommodated over a trekking lodge, including food such as breakfast, lunch, and dinner (B+L+D)

Day 7

Trek from Bamboo to Jhinu Danda (Hot Spring) (1755m)

After breakfast at Bambo, we trek to Chomrung, following the same trekking path as we did while trekking up to Base Camp. Walkthrough the jungle while climbing up and down the valley, crossing the beautiful Gurung village of Sinuw, and eventually going down from Sinuwa to River. Then, we crossed the suspension bridge and started climbing up again. After finishing our climbing a few steps, we will take a lunch break at Chhomrong village. Before we reach Jinu Dada, we can observe the sensational mountain view of Annapurna South and Machhapuchare from our lunch place. After lunch, we constantly go on the downhills until the Jhinu dada. Jinu Dada is another excellent place where we can have a refresher in the natural hot spring and chill out a bit while enjoying the scenery; today’s overnight will be accommodated over a trekking lodge with including food such as breakfast lunch and dinner (B+L+D)

Day 8

Trek from Jinu dada to Nayapul (1050m/) 4/ 5 hrs

Today is eventually the last day of our trek in the Annapurna region. It’s a short trek down to Siwai. From Siwai, we take a local jeep to Nayapol for 1 hour. Then after, we will be picked up by our taxi and drive back to Pokhara, which will take approximately 1 hour or something; as we arrive in Pokhara, there is still a Namastechance to explore or come back to Kathmandu on the same day; it depends on you, our representative leader will be glad to help you as per your preferences. 

Note: All the above-mentioned trekking hours are approximate, and it’s absolutely for general ideas only, Namaste!

Travel Insurance:

Travel insurance is compulsory for all the Clients undertaking any activities. It will be provided adequate protection tour to cover personal injury, death, medical expenses, repatriation expenses, helicopter rescue, and any kind of illness will be cover in the insurance package. Alpine Ramble Treks strongly recommends you to buy an insurance package through a reliable insurance company in your city or country.

Passport and Visa:

All clients must have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the return date. Nepalese visas can be obtained from the Nepalese Consulate in your country or arrival in Kathmandu Airport. Nepalese visas costs are the sole responsibility of clients’ part of their development process.

Cancellation your trip book and policy:

Once you have done booking your trip with Alpine Ramble Treks and some reason if you would like to cancel the booking then the following percentage will be charged as for cancellation.

  • If you cancel the trip 40 days or +  days before the trip departure date: 35%
  • If you cancel the trip 39-21 days before the trip departure date: 70%
  • If you cancel the trip 20-8 days before the trip departure date: 85%
  • If you cancel the trip 7 days or less before the trip departure date: 100%

If Alpine Ramble Treks Pvt. Ltd. cancels your trip due to unforeseen circumstances like war, natural disasters, conflict, unfavorable climate etc, then the refund will be in full. We would also be happy to refer you alternative trip if it does fit your personal interest.

Payments method:

To process the trip booking 10% of the total trip amount, 30 days prior a non-refundable booking deposit is required for every our trip booking per person. Regarding the Deposit, you can be made an authorized official Bank account of Alpine Ramble Treks or another easy way to reach us through the Western Union money transfer with without any hassle and hesitation.

You are required to Email by scanning copy of each passport to our official email address: [email protected] for booking a trip in advance. 

Note: you will have to make the deposit of 10% of the trip cost at the time of booking and the remaining 90% amount is payable upon your arrival in Kathmandu, Nepal and before the trip departure from Kathmandu.

as you are required to make the 10% payment in advance in order to confirm the Tour and once you pay the amount then you will receive the Invoice for your payment then we will communicate through email for the further steps.

Physical Fitness:

Health is wealth; Of course, you should be prepaid by physical and mental fitness to conquer this trip in Himalaya. You should prefer your current health and conditions, we don’t want to waste your time here we would always concern to make your trip remarkable and memorable in a lifetime with us.

Guaranteed trip departure:

we made your trip reservation for a date of departure we would not cancels the trip even there is minimum people in your group due to the made trip cancellation by the number of people we will run the continuing. Alpine Ramble Treks team will focus on your trip according to your time and Schedule. 

Risk and & Liability:

We are committed to offering the top level services by performing our duties sincerely and seriously to make your holidays pleasant for the free hassle. We are proudly announced that we are the team of highly dedicated and professional team which makes your trip more comfortable and enjoyable once in a lifetime. However, Alpine Ramble Treks P. Ltd and its related organization shall not be responsible for any changes in the itinerary due to unavoidable circumstance beyond our control such as govt. restriction, Land slide, road blockage, flood, snow political unrest, cancellation of flight, delay, sickness or accident and The nature of some of our trips are adventurous and risky as well, therefore may involve a personal risk. We would like to inform you that you have to take all risk on yourself such as damages or injuries or death resulting from uncertain and inherent circumstances. Additional cost incurred during this time should be borne by the clients themselves during the trip.

Amendment in Cost:

Alpine Ramble Treks Pvt. Ltd. Reserve the right to revise prices posted on our website. That at any time in response to any unforeseen circumstances or due to the pressure of various external factors that are beyond our control e.g. sudden changes in exchange rates, government action etc. However, we make every effort to mention the published prices. We have the seasonal trip discount on your trip cost, Alpine Ramble Treks organize your trip according to your budget and time.

Injuries and evacuation:

Alpine Ramble Treks would not be responsible for any issues like injury, physical conditions or other conditions during the trip. Similarly on our package cost does not include any personal clients insurance.

Be responsible for your trip:

In the mountain region can affect by domestic flights delays due to the bad weather, particularly in the Everest trek region and Jomsom trek in Nepal. In the adventure of delayed domestic flights, Alpine Ramble will meet departing city accommodation and food prior to your trip.

Alpine Ramble Treks will reserve the right to reroute treks or use road transport for extended delays without any impact on the trip cost or change your trip to another region in Nepal. Alpine Ramble  Treks do not accept any responsibility for costs incurred as a result of missed international flight connection but we will assist to make alternative arrangements what a possibility with extra costs.

Responsibility for the client:

Our tour/trek leader who represents Alpine Ramble Treks have complete authority during your trip. If you commit any unlawful act, you will be obliged to leave the tour. No refund will be made in such a case.

Publicity

Alpine Ramble Treks might use the client’s photo and the videos to our advertisement on our sites, without any notifications but we will keep the personal privacy.  

Last minute booking 

Alpine Ramble Treks accept your last minute booking with 100% payment for any activities in Nepal.

Service missed or unused:

No refunds will be made if you voluntarily leave a trip for any reason after the trip has begun, No refunds will be made for any accommodation, transport, sightseeing, meals or services not utilized.

Your personal belonging:

In any trip, Alpine Ramble Treks team will make sure that you have everything safe with you. Perhaps, in any trip, if you loss or damage to your luggage or property belonging to you, we will not be answerable for any things in this case.

Privacy:

During the trip booking process, we have to ask you any questions in order to collect the necessary information from you to obtain permits and arrange your trip. No private or personal information that you supply to us will be used at any other time, for any other purposes nor will it be disclosed to third parties.
