The Annapurna Base Camp trek is one of Nepal's most popular destinations. Towering Himalayan peaks surround Annapurna Base Camp (ABC). However, this trek can be done within six days, as we designed a high altitude-friendly ABC trek. It is the best way to immerse in the beauty of nature and culture and be part of this fantastic trekking experience at least once in a lifetime.

Annapurna base camp trek is one of the most popular and unique treks in Nepal that takes you through the diverse landscape and culture, complete with rich mountain vistas, terraced fields, quaint Gurung villages, and a wide variety of flora and fauna. You will be thankful for these mesmerizing views of  Mt. Annapurna (8091m) of Nepal is the 10th highest mountain in the world, and the journey to its base camp, which is at 4130m/13549ft six high, is one of the most popular walks on earth. Moreover, we reached our destination via Mt. Machapuchhre (Fishtail), which the Nepalese revere for its unique beauty. Plan today and travel later with us; we have been a truly trusted local trekking partner for a long year.

During the trek in Annapurna, you will get close to people of different ethnicities. Most of the people you meet at the Nepalese revere, villages like Chhomrong, have beenforfamousand druk are Gurungs. The locals are always cheerful and are ready to serve you as usual with warm hospitality.

Tour program

Day 1

Drive from Kathmandu Pokhara by tourist bus- 7 hrs approx

Our representative guide from your hotel'll pick you up and together transfer to Pokhara, The hotel scenic drive will take you to the beautiful city of Lake Pokhara, where you will have some leisure time walking on the lakeside street and doing some boating stuff on Spree time,  the drive between Kathmandu and Pokhara is about 6 hours, but sometime it might be a little more due to the unstoppable traffic along,

Overnight at the hotel!

Start point

Tribhuvan International Airport (KTM) त्रिभुवन विमानस्थल, त्रिभुवन विमानस्थल, Kathmandu, Bagmati Zone, Nepal

On the second day, our journey starts right after breakfast; all of you, including your guides, travel to Siwai by private transfer, from where we begin the trek forward. A 3-hour drive from Pokhara to Siwai gives you excellent mountain drives through the beautiful greenery hills while enjoying the views of the mountains. From here to Chhomrong, where we stay overnight, is just about 4 hour's walk on the gentle climb crossing the Jinu dada; the views along the way are breathtaking; you will be enjoying the magnificent white snow views of the Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, Fishtail Mountain (Machhapuchhre), and Ganggapurna.

Reaching the tiny mountain settlement of the Gurung community at Chhomrong is a beautiful feeling; with the surrounding mountains and greenery hills, the people are warm and welcoming and offer excellent hospitality.

On the third day of the trek, start descending via 2000 stone steps and cross the bridge above Chhomrong Khola after having our breakfast. From here it is an uphill climb to Sinuwa. Next, we pass through a beautiful forest to Kuldihar followed by an easy downhill walk to Bamboo from here the further approach to Himalaya takes us another 2 hours, the most of today's hike would be through the dense forest and streaming water, enjoying the sound of birds along with the mountains scenery, you will also see more hiking fellows along the way.  once you arrived in the Himalayan Lodge, set up the time for the night and ready for the next day, a big day of the whole trip.

As our day's final destination for the trek, we started a bit earlier than usual just because we couldn't afford the much faster pace than we wanted in the high altitudes. Reaching the base camp means spending more time with these outstanding views of the alpine glacier and Annapurna massif.

However, the first phase of the trek from the Himalayas is gentle through the side of the river, the trail slowly approaches you to the high terrain lands with fewer trees, and plans are being seen,

The hike from Bagar to Machhapuchhre Base Camp is somewhat strenuous. From Machhapuchhre base camp, we get excellent views of the majestic Machhapuchhre along with Mt. Hiunchuli, Annapurna South, Annapurna I, Gandharvachuli, Annapurna III, and Gangapurna which is certainly a rewarding experience where you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset views. The vegetation disappears on our way to ABC, and the path widens as we enter the Annapurna sanctuary. We again savor mesmerizing views of the Machhapuchhre, Annapurna South, Annapurna I, Hiunchuli, and other peaks from the base camp. Have the best dinner with views Overnight at Annapurna Base Camp.

After a short excursion hike from your hotel to the viewpoint, you will descend to Sinuwa. However, we retraced our steps from the Annapurna base camp to Bamboo. Today’s trek is downhill, so it shouldn’t be  . Besides, we will always have the company of the extraordinary landscape to cheer us up.  Overnight in Sinuwa, enjoy dinner with a cup of tea and sleep overnight at the lodge.

On the final day, we enjoyed the last breakfast at our best lodge and took some time to capture the photographs on our camera and phone, and then we said goodbye. Thengoodbye to these fantastic and adorable mountains that accompanied and gave us overjoy from the begging to the end.  We come back to Siwai following the same trail and catch a local jeep or taxi to Pokharabeginning; in the evening, we have time to eat some fantastic street foods in Pokhara, and later, we all go to the restaurant for our farewell dinner to celebrate our success on this trek.
