• Cancellation with 60 calendar days or more before the date of arrival at the travel destination –You will have a penalty of 15% of the total amount
• Cancellation with 30 - 59 calendar days before the date of arrival at the travel destination - You will have a penalty of 25% of the total amount.
Cancellation with 22 - 29 calendar days before the date of arrival at the travel destination - You will have a penalty of 35% of the total amount.
• Cancellation with 15 - 21 calendar days of the date of arrival at the travel destination -You will have a penalty of 50% of the total amount.
• Cancellation with 04 - 14 calendar days of the date of arrival at the travel destination - You will have a penalty of 100% of the total amount.
Cancellation After arrival at the travel destination (or without notice) - no refund.
• An administration cost of $100 usd will apply for all cancelled trips.

An initial deposit must be paid by the customer for their reservation. The amount of the deposit is calculated based on the services contracted by the client. Prior to the end of the trip, full and final payment has to be made, India by Car and driver reserves the right to ask you to pay the remaining amount (total price quoted less advance payment made) at any time during the trip will depend on your Preferred payment method, or final cash payment will be required to the driver just before departure.
