Today you will be escorted to visit the Roman Site of Tipaza. You will see the ancient Rome Colosseum, grave, and bathhouse from over 1200 years ago. After the visit, you will be taken back to Algiers. On the way back, you will stop to visit a local small museum and the royal mausoleum of Mauritania (Tombeau de la Chrétienne), the largest surviving Roman tomb in North Africa which is also a UNESCO Heritage. Your guide will introduce its history and stories to you.
