Rakaposhi Base Camp Trek

From Minapin Village, start your trek towards Hapakun, a small settlement located on the way to Rakaposhi Base Camp. The trail takes you through beautiful forests, terraced fields.. Continue your trek from Hapakun towards Rakaposhi Base Camp. The trail gradually ascends through rocky moraines and along the glacier, offering increasingly spectacular views of Rakaposhi and the surrounding mountains. The approach to the base camp is filled with awe-inspiring scenery, culminating in the breathtaking sight of Rakaposhi’s north face. On Day 4, begin your journey with a descent from Rakaposhi Base Camp, heading towards Hunza Valley. The trek back takes you through the dramatic landscapes of the Karakoram, offering fresh perspectives on the breathtaking scenery you experienced earlier. As you retrace your steps, the views of Rakaposhi and the surrounding peaks will continue to captivate you.

Upon reaching Minapin Village, where you’ll transfer to a jeep, you will drive through picturesque mountain roads towards Hunza. The journey to Hunza Valley reveals a dramatic change in scenery, with lush green valleys, terraced fields, and charming villages. Arrive in Hunza in the evening and check into your accommodation. Take some time to relax and soak in the beautiful surroundings of this enchanting valley, known for its stunning landscapes and warm hospitality. On the final day of your trek, depart from Hunza early in the morning and begin your journey back to Skardu. The drive offers one last opportunity to take in the stunning scenery of the Karakoram Mountains and the beautiful Hunza Valley. As you travel, you’ll pass through dramatic landscapes, including terraced fields, lush valleys, and winding mountain roads, all framed by the towering peaks of the region.
