Additional charges that may occur due to; missing fuel (refuelling charge); dirty vehicle; lost car documents, registration plates or keys; etc.

The insurance does not cover all damages caused to the vehicle while using it in a non – asphaltic roads or when violating the traffic law (i.e. driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, exceeding the speed limit, red light etc.). Tyre, undercarriage, interior & glass damages, malfunctions and damages caused by wrong fuel, reckless driving, unauthorized driver are also not covered.

Extra charges should apply if the pick-up and drop-off points are different, there is a delay of more than one hour or the car is delivered outside working hours (office working hours 09:01-18:59)
