Lawar, pesan telengis, pelecing, urab, sate and other traditional dishes you must try. Beside getting a cook traditional Balinese food yourself, you will also get the chance to make one of the traditional Balinese alcoholic drinks 'The Arak'. All reservation will be proceeding if you fill completely our Reservation Form. Your reservation will be reply within 1 x 24 hours. If your reservation is not confirmed our staffs will inform you and give the other suggestion. To secure your reservation we request down payment trough bank transfer.
Payment
We request full payment for all tour and activities.
Accomodation
Hotel accommodation is subject to availability at the time of reservation. If diwiratravel.com is unable to confirm the hotel(s) listed in our quotation, we will attempt to secure space at a similar hotel of equal standard and cost. In the event a similar hotel is not available, a supplement may be charged. Some hotels require non–refundable and non–transferable deposits in order to guarantee a booking. In such cases, diwiratravel.com will notify the tour organizer and require reimbursement for any payments and expenses incurred if the group subsequently fails to materialize or the tour organizer for any reason cancels the tour.
Cancellation & Refund
The Cancellation Policies listed below apply to all reservations. We will impose cancellation charges as follows:
6 days or less prior to departure - Non-refundable
7-15 Days Prior to Departure Date - 50% of total purchase amount can be refunded
16-24 Days Prior to Departure Date - 75% of total purchase amount can be refunded
25 or more Days Prior to Departure Date - 100% of total purchase amount can be refunded

We will send your Confirmation Number & Performa Invoice by e-mail when your reservation is already confirmed. Note: Please mention your Confirmation Number if you have any other inquiry such as Optional or Package Tours or any other arrangement.
Travel Documents
Each traveler shall be responsible for obtaining the appropriate visa (s) and carry a valid passport at all times. All travelers to Indonesia must be in possession of passports with at least six months validity beyond anticipated return date and have proof of onward journey, either return of through tickets.
