Itinerary

From Budapest, fly to Istanbul, where East meets West in a city rich with history, from the Hagia Sophia to the bustling Grand Bazaar. Then, journey to Cappadocia, a land of surreal landscapes, ancient cave dwellings, and the unforgettable experience of a hot air balloon ride over its unique rock formations.

Tour program

Day 1

Prague - Cesky Krumlov - Vienna

Our guide will pick you up at 08.30 AM from your hotel in Prague to go and see the most interesting historical sights of Prague. You will visit the Prague castle area. Our guide will highlight all of the important historical details of Prague Castle’s role in Czech history and its splendid architectural styles. Then you will continue to the Charles Bridge and to the Old town square. Here you can admire Tyn Church, St. Nicholas Church and the Astronomical clock on the Old Town. Free time for lunch and then depart for Vienna. On our way, we will visit another beautiful city - Český Krumlov. With a sightseeing tour visit Český Krumlov Castle, the old town, Latrán, St. Vitus Church, Cloak Bridge. 

Dinner will be in Cesky Krumlov or on your way to Vienna. Overnight in Vienna.

Day 2

Vienna, Bratislava, Budapest

Start the day with a delicious breakfast in Vienna and then continue on a tour to see Austria’s elegant capital , Vienna - city tour with visiting the most iconic church of Austria, St. Stephen’s Cathedral, Hofburg Palace, Heldenplatz, Vienna State Opera. Free time for lunch and then continue our way to Slovakia’s picturesque capital. Sightseeing tour through the Bratislava charming Old Town and Michael’s Gate, St Martins Cathedral, UFO Observation Deck, Cumil’ statue, National Theatre followed by some free time and then transfer to Budapest. Dinner will be in Bratislava or on the way to Budapest. Overnight in hotel in Budapest.

Day 3

Budapest-City tour & Boat Cruise included

After breakfast, pick up from the hotel and start the city tour to see the beautiful Budapest and its magnificent sights from land and water, without the hassle of walking through the crowds. Enjoy our 3-hour live guided city tour with local guide and then an unforgettable sightseeing cruise on the Danube. You will pass by the iconic Parliament building before crossing the Danube River by the Margaret Bridge. The coach will take you to the Royal Castle area on the Buda side, where you will enjoy a short walk to the Fisherman’s Bastion and to see the exterior of Matthias Church. 

Next, the tour continues up the Gellért Hill, where you will have a photo stop and time to take in the great views over all of Budapest. After this stop the coach will take you across the Elizabeth Bridge and along Andrássy Avenue to Heroes’ Square. 


The Boat tour starts downtown at the Vigadó Square dock no.6 MAHART terminal. Passing by the imposing building of the Parliament you can admire the panorama of the Margaret Island. The Castle District – the Royal Castle – the Matthias Church & the Fisherman’s Bastion are located on the Castle Hill, the Liberty Monument and the Citadel are on the Gellert Hill. The day ends at Vigadó dock no.6 MAHART cruise terminal.

Day 4

Budapest- Szentendre tour Optional

After breakfast, you will have free time in Budapest or you can join the optional half-day Szentendre tour with pick up from hotel.


If you're feeling tired of Europe's big and crowded cities, Szentendre offers a charming escape—a fairytale town where you can step back in time by a few hundred years. Located just 40 minutes from Budapest along the Danube River, Szentendre’s Mediterranean atmosphere, vibrant art scene, and abundance of souvenir shops make it a favorite destination for visitors.

Flight to Istanbul

Begin your day with a hearty breakfast before transferring to the airport for your flight to Istanbul (included, with variable times). Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel and enjoy some free time to explore the city on your own. Overnight in hotel in Istanbul.

Day 6

Istanbul

After a delicious breakfast at your hotel, pick up for a half-day guided city tour of Istanbul’s most iconic landmarks. Visit the magnificent Hagia Sophia, explore the stunning Sultan Ahmet Blue Mosque, and discover the historic Hippodrome. Experience the bustling atmosphere of the Grand Bazaar. Conclude your day by enjoying the vibrant nightlife of Istanbul.

Day 7

Istanbul to Cappadocia (by Flight)

Early in the morning, transfer from your hotel to Istanbul Airport for your flight to Kayseri. Upon arrival, meet your guide and transfer to Cappadocia (North of Cappadocia). Discover the region’s natural wonders including Devrent Valley, Zelve Open-Air Museum, Monk Valley, Goreme Open-Air Museum, Pigeon Valley, and Uchisar Castle. After the tour, check into your cave hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 8

Cappadocia to Istanbul (by Flight)

After breakfast and checking out of your hotel, enjoy a second-day tour of Cappadocia, visiting Kizilcukur, Cavusin Village, Derinkuyu Underground City, Ortahisar, and Catalkaya.

For an additional experience, join an early morning hot air balloon ride(optional) at 05:30 am.

After the tour, transfer to Kayseri Airport for your flight back to Istanbul, arriving at 20:50.

AJDINIS TRAVEL TERMS AND

CONDITIONS

1. Booking and Reservation

1.1. To secure a reservation, a non-refundable deposit is required. The

amount will be specified in the booking confirmation.

1.2. The remaining balance must be paid by 3 days before tour prior to

the commencement of the tour.

2. Cancellations by the Client

2.1. Cancellations must be made in writing and will be effective on the

date received by Ajdinis Travel.

2.2. The following cancellation fees apply:

• 60 days or more before departure: 10% of the total tour price.

• 31 to 60 days before departure: 25% of the total tour price.

• 15 to 30 days before departure: 50% of the total tour price.

• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.


3. Cancellations by Ajdinis Travel

3.1. Ajdinis Travel reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen

circumstances, insufficient bookings, or any other factors beyond our

control.

3.2. In the event of a cancellation by Ajdinis Travel, clients will be offered

an alternative tour or a full refund of the tour price.

4. Changes to Itinerary

4.1. Ajdinis Travel reserves the right to make changes to the tour

itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified of any

significant changes as soon as possible.

5. Travel Insurance

5.1. It is strongly recommended that all clients purchase comprehensive

travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including trip

cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel disruptions.

6. Responsibility

6.1. Ajdinis Travel acts as an intermediary between clients and thirdparty service providers. We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or

damage sustained by clients during the tour.

7. Acceptance of Terms

7.1. By making a reservation with Ajdinis Travel, clients acknowledge

that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and

conditions.

8. Force Majeure

8.1. Ajdinis Travel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in

performing its obligations under these terms and conditions due to

causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of

God, natural disasters, terrorism, war, strikes, and other unforeseen

circumstances.

9. Health and Special Requirements

9.1. Clients are responsible for ensuring that they are in good health and

capable of participating in the tour activities. Any special requirements,

such as dietary restrictions or mobility issues, should be communicated

to Ajdinis Travel at the time of booking.

10. Passport and Visa

10.1. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that they possess valid

passports and any required visas for the duration of the tour. Ajdinis

Travel is not responsible for any expenses incurred due to insufficient

travel documentation.

11. Conduct

11.1. Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner

throughout the tour. Ajdinis Travel reserves the right to remove any client

who disrupts the enjoyment or well-being of others, with no refund

provided.

12. Accommodations

12.1. While every effort is made to provide accommodations as

described in the itinerary, Ajdinis Travel reserves the right to substitute

accommodations of a similar standard if necessary.

13. Transportation

13.1. Transportation during the tour is provided by third-party operators.

Ajdinis Travel is not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or

changes in schedule by transportation providers.

14. Photography and Marketing

14.1. Ajdinis Travel reserves the right to use any photographs or videos

taken during the tour for marketing and promotional purposes unless

otherwise specified by the client in writing.

15. Governing Law

15.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in

accordance with the laws of North Macedonia. Any disputes arising out

of these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction

of the courts of Gostivar.

16. Travel Documents

16.1. Clarify the responsibility for obtaining and carrying necessary

travel documents, such as tickets and travel vouchers, and emphasize

that clients are responsible for any consequences of not having the

required documents.

17. Client Responsibilities

17.1. Outline specific responsibilities of clients during the tour, including

adherence to local laws and regulations, respect for cultural norms, and

cooperation with the tour guide and fellow travelers.

18. Substitutions

18.1. Specify your policy regarding substitutions. For example, if a client

needs to be replaced by another person, outline any associated fees or

requirements for such changes.

19. Complaints and Disputes

19.1. Provide a clear process for clients to follow if they have complaints

during the tour. Outline how disputes will be resolved and whether any

alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation, will be used.

20. Intellectual Property

20.1. If your tour includes any unique intellectual property (such as

guided content, written materials, etc.), specify who retains ownership of

these materials and whether clients are allowed to use or reproduce

them.

21. Insurance Coverage

21.1. Clarify whether your tour prices include any form of insurance

coverage (e.g., travel insurance, medical coverage) and encourage

clients to obtain additional insurance as needed.

22. Minimum Participation

22.1. If your tours have a minimum participant requirement, explain the

conditions under which a tour may be canceled if the minimum is not

met, and any associated refund policies.

23. Additional Costs

23.1. Clearly state what costs are included in the tour price and whether

clients should expect additional expenses for optional activities, meals,

25. Termination of Services

25.1. Clearly outline the circumstances under which Ajdinis Travel

reserves the right to terminate its services for a client, such as noncompliance with terms, disruptive behavior, or failure to make payments.

26. Local Laws and Customs

26.1. Remind clients to familiarize themselves with and respect local

laws and customs at the destinations they will visit. Highlight that noncompliance may result in consequences for which Ajdinis Travel is not

responsible.

27. Emergency Contact Information

27.1. Provide emergency contact information for clients during the tour,

including a contact person at Ajdinis Travel and local contact information

at each destination.

28. Weather and Natural Events

28.1. Clarify the policy regarding changes to the itinerary or cancellation

of activities due to adverse weather conditions or natural events. Specify

any refund or alternative arrangements in such cases.

29. Liability Waiver

29.1. Include a liability waiver stating that clients understand and accept

the inherent risks associated with travel and activities included in the

tour, and that Ajdinis Travel is not liable for any injuries, losses, or

damages.

30. Child and Minor Policy

30.1. If your tours involve minors, outline any special requirements or

conditions for travelers under a certain age. Include information about

the responsibility of accompanying adults or guardians.

31. Social Media and Reviews

31.1. If your clients are encouraged to share their experiences on social

media or leave reviews, provide guidelines for responsible and

respectful sharing. Mention any specific hashtags or mentions you'd like

them to use.
