This adventure will take you on a journey through some of Tanzania's most iconic destinations, including Tarangire National Park, Mto wa Mbu, and Ngorongoro Crater.

At Tarangire National Park, get ready to witness the Big Five, lions, leopards, elephants, buffalos, and rhinos - up close and personal. You'll also get a chance to see other fascinating wildlife such as giraffes, zebras, and various species of antelopes. Tarangire is also known for its beautiful landscape, with its towering baobab trees and the Tarangire River flowing through the park.

Next, head to the multicultural town of Mto wa Mbu, which is home to over 120 different tribes. Mto wa Mbu offers an opportunity to experience the vibrant Maasai culture and learn about their customs, traditions, and way of life. You can also explore the town's incredible biking trails, which take you through banana plantations, rice paddies, and local villages.

Finally, make your way to the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most breathtaking natural wonders of the world. The crater is home to over 25,000 large animals, including elephants, hyenas, wildebeests, and zebras. The crater's unique ecosystem also supports the highest density of lions in Africa. The stunning views of the crater and its wildlife are sure to leave you in awe.

Day 1

Arrival In Arusha

Welcome to Tanzania! You will be picked up from the airport by a African Polecat Safaris representative and driven to your accommodation in Arusha. Depending on your arrival time, you will hopefully have time to relax and prepare for the adventure of a lifetime!

Day 2

Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Buckle up for a scenic 2-hour drive that traverses breathtaking terrains, offering glimpses of Tanzania's natural wonders along the way.

On arrival at Tarangire, be captivated by the majestic presence of elephant herds, diverse wildlife, and majestic baobab trees. Indulge in a delightful picnic lunch amidst the wild surroundings before resuming your game drive, exploring the Tarangire riverbanks. Keep a vigilant eye out for lions, leopards, giraffes, zebras, and antelope species. Picture this: Every evening, a crackling campfire lights up the night sky, setting the scene for sunset. If the weather's right, we'll dine al fresco under the twinkling stars, making memories that will last a lifetime.

Day 3

Lake Manyara National Park

We will ride our bikes to Lake Manyara after breakfast at 8:45 am and a brief recap of the excursion. Along with the breathtaking vistas of Lake Manyara, you will have access to zebras, wildebeest, antelopes, and gazelles. 

From 12:00 am until 1:45 pm, we then proceed for lunch and a little break. Following that, we travel to a maasai village for a cultural tour where you will learn about their lifestyle and their daily activities.

NB. A tuk-tuk is a free mode of transportation for the young and old unable to use or ride the bike.

Day 3

NGORONGORO CRATER -ARUSHA

Get ready for an epic day of adventure! Our safari kicks off bright and early between 6:00-6:30 am as we descend into the Ngorongoro Crater. The earlier, the greater our chances of spotting the elusive black rhinos!

Picture yourself in the comfort of our open-roof 4x4 land cruiser, ready to explore the wonders of the Crater. Standing 600-650 meters high, it's like stepping into a natural zoo! The landscape here changes with the seasons, offering scenes you'll only find in Tanzania.

After a thrilling morning of wildlife encounters, we'll pause for a picnic lunch by the famous hippo pool – a spot teeming with life and excitement. With satisfied appetites, we'll embark on more game drives, soaking in the beauty of this unique ecosystem.

After our exhilarating day, our guide will drive you back to Arusha
