11:00 AM - 12:00 PM: DAVID SHELDRICK WILDLIFE TRUST
You will be picked by our driver guide at your hotel and therefore head to to sheldrick wildlife trust. A visit to the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust in Nairobi, Kenya, is a heartwarming experience for animal lovers and conservation enthusiasts. The sanctuary is dedicated to the rescue and rehabilitation of orphaned elephants, and visitors can watch the elephants being fed, playing, and interacting with their keepers. Expect to learn about the organization’s efforts in elephant conservation, including their work on anti-poaching and habitat preservation. It’s an incredible opportunity to witness these gentle giants up close and support their rehabilitation into the wild. Visitors can also adopt an elephant, helping fund its care and future release.
1:00 – 2:00 – GIRAFFE CENTER
Giraffe Center After you exit Nairobi National Park, proceed to Giraffe Center. Giraffe Center is where you get intact with the Giraffes. Opportunity to take photos while feeding the giraffes pellets using your hand or mouth. Get into the cultural center surrounded by the standing podium to learn about the conservation stories. You will also spot some wild pigs and dozens of birds perching in the trees. After having a good experience from the sanctuary, it will be a good time to break for lunch before being dropped back to your place of stay with lifetime memories.
