Terms & Conditions

A - Booking

1. Your contract in respect of your tour is made with El-Goléa Tourism & Travel (‘the agency‘), located and registered in Algeria and all bookings are subject to these terms and conditions.

2. All the correspondence in relation to your tour will be sent to the address in Algeria.

3. Bookings are made through authorised representative our agency deals with and they must be completed and submitted together with a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the booking.

4.Confirmation of the booking is to be confirmed by the staff via a written notice (email). The total amount should be paid in full before the departure date. In contrary, the agency reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure the payment in full by the due date.

5. Dietary requirements or other special needs  should be cleared during the booking and before the start of the tour.

B - Price Policy

The agency notifies the client in case of any increase in prices before the tour begins. The price of any tour is subject to the possibilities of surcharges in certain circumstances. But if the visitor pays in full at the time of booking there will be no additions surcharge, which will only be levied for variations in transportation costs, taxes, and services as taxes at airports. Take in consideration that we try as a travel agency to absorb the maximum of these surcharges. The agency accepts the cancellation of the booking and the client gets the full refund of the payment.

C - Canncellation & Refund Policy

As a team of EL-GOLEA Tourism & Travel agency , we are very pleased to be chosen by travellers to serve them during their visit to Algeria and we consider them as our guests during the whole duration of the trip. In case of non-majeure force, any cancellation of a tour, the below measures are applied :

• 45 days before the start date of the tour – loss of deposit
• 30 days before the start date of the tour – 50% of tour cost
• 15 days before the start date of the tour – 75% of tour cost
• 7 days before the start date of the tour - No refund.

D - Client’s Responsibilities

1. As a client you are responsible for the arrengement of your own travel insurance related to the requiremments of the Algerian laws which will be prior of the final phase of booking through ensurance that the insurance cover applies to the criteria and we are very keen to help by giving information and logistic assistance.

2. Documents as a valid passport,checking flights ,delays ,services not included in the tour package , visas and all necessary documentation to enter Algeria is not the agency responsibility and any consequence should be borne by the client.

3. We await from each client of our tours to behave in an orderly manner and not to disrupt the enjoyment of others, to affect or damage others’ personal equippments, or to make our reputation in question. Any breach of agreement and regulation might lead to bad consequences that we do not bear its responsibility as El-Goléa Tourism & Travel.

4. Our clients should inform us on any pre-existing medical condition before the tour begins. Therefore, any health problem should be notified before to take precautions and its the client responsibility of any danger that may affect them if we are not informed during the booking process.

E. Disclaimer

َAs a tourism & travel agency, we make all reasonable efforts to check the accuracy of the information that our website contains and we accept the responsibility when it is delivered in a written format contract.

F. Complaints

During the tour If any problem affects it negatively, the client can inform us immediately to take the necessary procedures to resolve it, otherwise, it might be impossible to take actions in favour of the agency and our client. In case, your complaint is against the agency, it is essetial to notify us in written within a month of returning home. Disputes that arises are governed by Algerian laws and according to the jurisdiction of the local courts in case the situations requires.

G. Data Protection Act

All information given by El-Goléa Tourism & Travel agency during the whole period of a tour process are to the best of our knowledge and in good faith and are to be used honeslty and confidently. To fulfill its task,it might be noticed that some personal information will be requested. The collected information will be kept confidently by our agency and to be passed to the suppliers or authorities if they are demanded to fulfill the duty related to the tour.
