Nach dem Frühstück brechen Sie zu einem halbtägigen Ausflug zu den Elephanta-Höhlen auf. Die Elephanta-Höhlen liegen auf einer Insel und können mit der Fähre erreicht werden. Sie gehören zum UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe und sind ein Beispiel für die in Felsen gehauene Kunst und Architektur der mittelalterlichen Ära Indiens. Sie ist Lord Shiva gewidmet, der der Schöpfer, Beschützer und Zerstörer ist.
Am Nachmittag kehren Sie mit der Fähre von den Elephanta-Höhlen zum Gateway of India zurück. Anschließend besuchen Sie den Jain-Tempel. Der Rest des Tages steht Ihnen zur freien Verfügung. Sie können am Strand spazieren gehen und dort einige schöne Stunden verbringen. Sie können auch in den berühmten Einkaufszentren von Mumbai einkaufen gehen, darunter Colaba Causeway, Linking Road, Hill Road, Natraj Market, Crawford Market und Chor Bazaar. Dort können Sie Antiquitäten, preiswerte Vintage-Artikel, Bücher, Poster, Kleidung, Schuhe, Handtaschen und modische Accessoires kaufen.
Am Ende des Tages fahren Sie zurück zum Hotel, um dort zu übernachten.

Nach einem köstlichen Frühstück im Hotel begeben Sie sich auf eine Besichtigungstour durch Udaipur. Sie werden den Stadtpalast besichtigen. Er wurde über einen Zeitraum von 400 Jahren von den 22 Generationen der Mewar-Dynastie erbaut. Die Erweiterungen erfolgten nach seiner Erbauung. Die Paläste, Balkone, hängenden Gärten, Terrassen und Höfe wurden dem Stadtpalastkomplex im Laufe der Jahre hinzugefügt. Er liegt eingebettet in den Schoß der Aravalli-Hügel. Der Baustil dieses königlichen Palastes ist eine perfekte Mischung aus mittelalterlicher, europäischer und chinesischer Architektur. Er beherbergt Amar Vilas, Bhim Vilas, den Fateh Garh Palace, Manak Mahal und das City Palace Museum.
Das Stadtpalastmuseum beherbergt die schönsten Sammlungen von Rajput-Kunst, Silberartefakten, farbenfrohen Gemälden, Miniaturmalereien und auch Freizeitgegenstände der Royals wie Artillerie, Schwerter und viele andere Antiquitäten.
Anschließend gehen Sie zum Saheliyon Ki Bari, einem majestätischen Garten in Udaipur, der auch als Hof der Rajputen bekannt ist.

Nach dem Frühstück fahren Sie zum Amer Fort. Es handelt sich um ein massives Bergfort, das im 16. Jahrhundert von Raja Man Singh erbaut wurde. Dieses Fort beherbergt verschiedene prominente Monumente wie private Hallen, Pavillons, private Gemächer für den König und die Rajputenfrauen. Es ist ein Zeugnis der goldenen Ära der Rajputenherrschaft in Jaipur. Das Spiegelbild dieses Forts, das sich im Maota-See spiegelt, ist wirklich faszinierend. Genießen Sie hier einen Elefantenritt zum Fort und zurück. Als nächstes besuchen Sie den Stadtpalast. Dies ist der königliche Palast von Jaipur, der am Ufer des Pichola-Sees liegt. Beginnen Sie heute Ihren Tag mit einem schönen Lächeln, denn Sie werden die Schönheit des ikonischen Taj Mahal bewundern. Dieses elegante und verführerische Monument ist eines der Sieben Weltwunder. Es wurde von Shah Jahan zum Gedenken an seine geliebte Frau Mumtaz erbaut und gilt als das schönste Bauwerk der Mogul-Architektur. Es ist ein Inbegriff der unsterblichen Liebe. Das Mausoleum befindet sich am Ufer des Yamuna und ist aus weißem Marmor erbaut. In dieses prächtige Bauwerk sind Schnitzereien und Kalligraphien eingraviert.
Nachdem Sie die majestätische Schönheit dieses architektonischen Wunders erkundet haben, machen Sie sich auf den Weg zu einem weiteren Wunderwerk der Stadt, dem Agra Fort. Dieses Fort ist auch unter dem Namen Rotes Fort bekannt, da es aus rotem Sandstein erbaut wurde. Genauer gesagt ist das Fort eine ummauerte Stadt. Diwan-e-Am, Diwan-e-Khas, Sheesh Mahal und Moti Masjid sind berühmte Bauwerke im Fort. Die Moschee ist auch als Moti Masjid bekannt. Diese prachtvolle Masjid sieht in einer mondbeschienenen Nacht wie eine Perle aus. Das Taj Mahal und das Agra Fort gehören zum UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe.
Anschließend fahren Sie nach Neu-Delhi und checken im Hotel ein.
Neu-Delhi
Als nächstes betreten Sie den Qutub Minar, der ein perfektes Beispiel für den afghanischen Architekturstil ist. Er ist auch bekannt als der von Qutb-Ud-Din Aibak erbaute Siegesturm. Er ist ein UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe. Am Fuße des Turms befindet sich eine Quwat ul Islam Moschee, die aus den Ruinen von 27 Hindu- und Jain-Tempeln errichtet wurde. Sie wurde an der Stelle eines großen Tempels in der Mitte der Zitadelle errichtet.
Danach erkunden Sie die bezaubernde Struktur des Roten Forts, das von Shah Jahan erbaut wurde. Dieses Fort besteht aus massiven roten Sandsteinmauern und zeigt auch die Geschichten über den Ruhm der Mogulkaiser. Es beherbergt Mumtaz Mahal, Rang Mahal, Khas Mahal, Moti Masjid, Hira Mahal und viele weitere schöne Bauwerke. Die Marmor- und Bodenverzierungen sind ein Beispiel für die Architektur der Moguln. Das Rote Fort ist ein Zeugnis der langen Geschichte und Kunst des alten Indiens.
Gehen Sie nun zum India Gate, das auch als All India War Memorial bekannt ist. Es erinnert an die 70.000 Soldaten der britisch-indischen Armee, die während des Ersten Weltkriegs ihr Leben verloren. Danach erweisen Sie der Jama Masjid, einer der größten Moscheen Indiens, Ihre Ehrerbietung. Der Innenhof dieser Moschee bietet Platz für bis zu 25.000 Gläubige.
Anschließend besichtigen Sie das Humayun-Grabmal, das von der Königin Haji Begum, der Frau Humayuns, erbaut wurde. Es war das erste Gartengrab. Sehen Sie auch das Präsidentenhaus, die offizielle Residenz des indischen Präsidenten.

Booking:
On confirmation of booking your contract is with Amazing India Tours.. A contract exists between us when we confirm your tour/travel services and have received the deposit amount from your end.
Payment:
For the services contracted, a minimum deposit of 30% of the total cost is to be paid by you to Amazing India Tours. The deposit is required to hold the booking on confirmed basis 30% amount of total tour cost is non refundable and Non Transferable.
Balance Payment:
Balance payment is to be made 90 days prior to the date of start of services. Any booking made within 90 working days of the date of services would be considered to be a late booking and for same the full and final non refundable payment is required to be made at the time of booking itself.
Note:
• Apart from above, in case of bookings for special train journeys, hotel or resort bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, Holi, New Year, Pushkar Fair, Diwali etc) full payment is required to be made at the time of booking itself.

Payments Procedure:

Policy Regarding Cancellation / NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE:
In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:
For bookings made before 7th June, 2021, 30% of the deposit amount will be non refundable after confirming the booking.
For bookings made after 7th June, 2021, 30% deposit amount of total booking amount will be non- refundable after confirming the booking.
If Pax cancel the booking 90 days prior to the date of arrival in India, there will be 100% cancellation charges apply. There will not be any refund by Amazing India Tours.
Note: To guarantee any/all bookings during Pushkar and Christmas & New Year the hotels require a 100% non-refundable deposit 90 days prior to the arrival for FIT clients and GIT.
Group
To Guarantee the services for group (More than 2 people) we need full advanced payment 120 days prior date of arrival In India and 50% Advance deposit of total tour value require to confirm the booking which is non transferable and non refundable.
RESPONSIBILITY, LIABILITY, EXTRA COST, PRICES AND BROCHURE ACCURACY – CHANGES & ERRORS:
Amazing India Tours rights is reserved to cancel or alter any package as conditions require due to any reason. Neither Amazing India Tours nor the participating suppliers/hotels will be responsible for the additional expenses due to loss, delay or damage caused by accident, illness, bad weather, strikes/riots, road block etc. Traveller does not hold any right to claim compensation and refund from Amazing India Tours
Train & Flight, Safari etc
For Safari, Train Booking and Flights additional activities that are booked in advance there will not be any refund if you change the date of tour..
In case of Train journey and flights if seats are not get confirmed or Train/ Flights got cancelled due to any reason best possible alternative transportation will be provided at additional cost. For any changes in Tour Programme Amazing India Tours has right not to give any compensation and Refund to travelers
You are responsible for checking in flights at correct time and for presenting yourself to take up all pre booked components of your arrangements. Amazing India Tours cannot accept the responsibility for client missing flight as a result of late check in and no credit or refunds will be given if you fail to take up any component of your travel arrangements. No credit or refunds will be given for lost, mislaid or destroyed travel documents..
Our Packages does not include Domestic flight and International flight that will be on additional cost
Airfare is dynamic and subject to change with prior information which is non transferable and non refundable
Please Note:-
• In case you cancel the trip after commencement there would be no refund possible and for unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
• In case of special train journey (like Palace on Wheels, Royal Rajasthan on Wheels, Deccan Odyssey, Golden Chariot, Indian Maharaja & Maharajas Express) - a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which would be advised as and when required).
• Please note that if booking for following period is/are cancelled, due to whatsoever reason, no refund would be made for said cancellation.
• High Peak Season bookings (from 20th Dec to 15th Jan)
• Festival Period Bookings (Festivals like -Diwali, Duseera, Holi, Pushkar fair etc).
• Long Weekends Bookings.
Unused Services
In regards to refund of unused / unutilized services during the tour or before the tour there will be no refund by Amazing India Tours or by any service provider
You acknowledge that the nature of adventure travel requires flexibility and acknowledge that you will permit reasonable alterations to products, services or itineraries by the Tour Operator. The route, schedules, accommodations, activities, amenities and mode of transportation are subject to change without notice due to unforeseeable circumstances or events outside the control of the Tour Operator (including but not limited to Force Majeure, illness, mechanical breakdown, flight cancellations, strikes, political events and entry or border difficulties). No reimbursements, No compensation, No discounts or No refunds will be issued for services that are missed or unused after departure due to no fault of the Tour Operator, including your removal from a Tour because of your negligence or breach of these Terms.
Arrival and Departure Policy:

Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night. that will be on additional cost
Check-Out Timings: 1000 - 1200 Hours
Late check-outs are available on request and subject to availability and that will be on additional cost.
Amazing India Tours is not liable and responsible for early check in and late check out from hotels
Extra Usage of Vehicle:
Please note that the cost of extra usage of vehicle (cars / coaches with the driver) is not included in the services and hence extra usage of Vehicle after transfer or after sightseeing is not allowed. Extra usage of Vehicle can be provided at additional cost.
Purchasing /Shopping
Amazing India Tours and Service providers will not be responsible/liable at any place if any kind of purchase/shopping done by travellers during the tour they are solely responsible for their purchase/shopping.
Personal Information:
Kindly do not share your personal and any confidential information to guides and driver like emails, personal contact no. and social media channels as these people work with us as freelancers we do not want you to face any issues or any problem while travelling or after completion of your tour so Amazing India Tours will be not be responsible nor liable for this.
Medical/Fitness
You are responsible for assessing whether a Tour is suitable for you. You should consult your physician to confirm your fitness for travel and participation in any planned activities. You should seek your physician’s advice on vaccinations and medical precautions. The Tour Operator does not provide medical advice. It is your responsibility to assess the risks and requirements of each aspect of the Tour based on your own unique circumstances, limitations, fitness level and medical requirements.
Travel with the Tour Operator may involve visiting remote or developing regions, where medical care may not be easily accessible and medical facilities may not meet the standards of those found in your home country. The condition of medical facilities in the countries you may visit on your Tour varies and the Tour Operator makes no representations and gives no warranties in relation to the availability or standard of medical facilities in those regions Amazing India Tours will not be responsible/liable for this.
Lost of Belongings
Amazing India Tours/Service provider will not be liable/responsible if you loose and forget any of your personal belongings at any place during the tour (for Example Passports. Wallets, Credit card, Money, Valuable, Baggage, Baggage Damages items etc).
Acceptance OF RISK:
Traveller must aware that Tour they are taking such as that Traveller are undertaking involves hazardous activities, with a risk of illness, injury or death which may be caused by forces of nature, animals, insects or flora, the negligence of Amazing India Tours, or other persons and companies known or unknown, or of willful or criminal conduct of third parties. Traveller aware that weather conditions may be severe, adverse and/or unpleasant. Traveller also aware that medical services or facilities may not be readily available or accessible during some or all of the time during which Traveller participating on the trip. In order to partake of the enjoyment and excitement of this trip Traveller willing to accept the risks and uncertainty involved as being an integral part of adventure. Traveller here by accept and assume full responsibility for any and all risks of illness, injury or death and of the negligence of Amazing India Tours and Traveller agree to hold harmless and release Amazing India Tours from claims of third party negligence.
You agree to accept the authority and decisions of our employees, tour leaders, and agents whilst on tour with us. Our customers are expected to conduct themselves in an orderly and acceptable manner and not to disrupt the enjoyment of others. If in our opinion or in the opinion of any hotel manager or any other person in authority, your behaviour or that of any member of your party is causing or is likely to cause damage, distress, danger or annoyance to any other customers or any third party, we reserve the right to terminate your booking with us immediately. In the event of such termination our liability to you and/or your party will cease and you and/or your party will be required to leave your accommodation or other arrangements immediately. We will have no further obligations to you and/or your party. No refunds and compensation for lost accommodation or any other arrangements will be made, and we will not pay any expenses or costs incurred as a result of termination under these circumstances. You and/or your party may also be required to pay for loss and/or damage caused by your actions, and we will hold you and each member of your party jointly and individually liable for any damage or losses caused. Full payment for any such damage or losses must be paid directly to the hotel manager or other supplier prior to departure. If you fail to make payment, you will be responsible for meeting any claims (including legal costs) subsequently made against us as a result of your actions together with all costs we incur in pursuing any claim against you.
We cannot be held responsible for the actions or behaviour of other guests or individuals who have no connection with your booking arrangements or with us.
Authority on tour
Our trips are run by a group leader. The decision of the group leader is final on all matters likely to affect the safety or well-being of any traveller or staff member participating in the trip. If you fail to comply with a decision made by a group leader, or interfere with the well-being or mobility of the group, the group leader may direct you to leave the trip immediately; with no right of refund and any kind of compensation we may also elect not to carry you on any future trips booked. You must at all times comply with the laws, customs, and foreign exchange and drug regulations of all countries visited.
PHOTOGRAPHIC & Videos : Amazing India Tours may take photographs or video of its trips and trip participants grant Amazing India Tours permission to do so and for it to use same for promotional or commercial use without payment of any compensation to Traveller/Participants. Traveller can not claim compensation or any legal action to Amazing India Tours for using such photographs & Videos
RELEASE FROM LIABILITY:
Amazing India Tours, its shareholders, directors, officers, employees and affiliates, (collectively "Amazing India Tours ") does not own or operate any entity which is to or does provide goods or services for your trip including, for example, ownership or control over hotels or other lodging facilities, airline, vessel, bus, van or other transportation companies, local ground operators, providers or organizers of optional excursions or equipment used thereon, food service or entertainment providers, etc. All such persons and entities are independent contractors. Independent contractors may utilize the Amazing India Tours on signage or uniforms solely for identification purposes which does not signify Amazing India Tours ownership, management or control. As a result, Amazing India Tours is not liable and Responsible for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any such person or entity, or of any other third party. Without limitation, Amazing India Tours is not responsible and liable for any injury, loss, or Physical abuse, Sexual Abuse, Sexual Assault, Molestation damage to person or property, death, delay or inconvenience in connection with the provision of any goods or services occasioned by or resulting from, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of government, force majeure, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, or the threat there of, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, structural or other defective conditions in hotels or other lodging facilities, mechanical or other failure of airplanes or other means of transportation or for any failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart timely or safely, diseases and dangers associated with or bites from animals, pests or insects, marine life or vegetation of any sort, dangers incident to recreational activities such as swimming, kayaking, sailing, canoeing, rafting, hiking, walking, bicycling, etc., sanitation problems, food poisoning, lack of access to or quality of medical care, difficulty in evacuation in case of a medical or other emergency, illness, epidemics or the threat thereof or for any other cause beyond the direct control of Amazing India Tours. In addition, Traveller /any family member/any minor/third parties is not liable to claim any compensation/refund or take any legal action against Amazing India Tours. Amazing India Tours will not be liable and Responsible for the mentioned above.
Emergency Contact Details: It is recommended that you provide emergency contact details prior to travel. The reason we collect this information is to be able to get in contact with family or friends in the rare case of an emergency.
Car Rentals: Amazing India Tours is not responsible for the services and policies imposed by car rental companies. It is important to review the details of your rental agreement provided locally. Car rental companies typically require drivers to provide a valid license, major credit card and meet a minimum age requirement. Additional fees may apply for changes in rental length, drop off location, additional drivers and optional additional insurance coverages. Passengers are responsible to become familiar with local traffic laws and road signs. Amazing India Tours is not responsible for any expenses, fines or administrative fees for traffic violations, damage to the vehicle, theft of items of Travellers inside the vehicle or of the vehicle itself. Amazing India Tours/Local Handlers/ Service providers is not liable and responsible for travelers luggage lost, Damage, Stolen during the tour

Amazing India Tours will not allow traveller to make any changes after confirmed the bookings
Change of itinerary
You appreciate and acknowledge that the nature of this type of travel requires considerable flexibility and you should allow for alternatives. The itinerary provided for each trip is representative of the types of activities contemplated, but it is understood that the route, schedules, itineraries, amenities and mode of transport may be subject to alteration without prior notice due to local circumstances or events. While we Endeavour to operate all trips as described we reserve the right to change the trip itinerary. Traveller has to accept the changes in tour programme without claiming any compensation/refund and will be charged whatsoever will be additional cost for the changes.
Passport Visas
It is your responsibility to obtain information and to have in your possession all the required documentation and identification required for entry, departure and travel to each country or region you visit on your trip. This includes a valid passport and all travel documents required by us and/or the relevant governmental authorities including all visas, permits and certificates (including but not limited to vaccination or medical certificates) and insurance policies. You accept full responsibility for obtaining all such documents, visas and permits prior to the start of the trips, and you are solely responsible for the full amount of costs incurred as a result of missing or defective documentation. You agree that you are responsible for the full amount of any loss or expense incurred by us that is a direct result of your failure to secure or be in possession of proper travel documentation. Amazing India Tours is not liable / Responsible.
Price Changes.
All prices published in our marketing material and on website are for guidance only and are based on exchange rates in effect on the publication date. Although every effort is taken to ensure prices are accurate at the time of publication, we cannot guarantee these prices. Amazing India Tours is liable to cancel the tour after confirmed booking due to change in price which may occur due to any reason Amazing India Tours does not hold any liability for any kind of compensation claimed by Traveller, Any family member, third parties, and minor member.
Insurance
It is a condition of booking that you have or arrange adequate insurance cover for personal liability, medical (including repatriation) and holiday cancellation, to be valid from the date when the contract between us comes into existence until the holiday is completed. When obtaining travel insurance you must ensure that policy is adequate for the specific holiday and that the insurer is aware of the type and destination of travel and any activities which you plan to undertake that may be considered high risk such as skiing, scuba diving, white water rafting, travel by light aircraft, paragliding, kite surfing, wind surfing, safaris, or mountain trekking. Please ensure that you are fully covered, in particular with regard to the maximum cancellation amount. We may need to refer to this if you are involved in an accident. If you do not arrange the aforementioned cover, Amazing India Tours may, if it chooses, refuse your booking or cancel your holiday. In any event, Amazing India Tours will not be held responsible for any expenses, loss or damage you incur as a result of your failure to comply with this clause or the requirements of your travel insurance policy.
Travel insurance is mandatory for all our travellers and must be taken out at the time of booking. Your travel insurance must provide cover against personal accident, death, medical expenses and emergency repatriation with a recommended minimum coverage of US$200,000 for each of the categories of cover. We also strongly recommend it covers cancellation, curtailment, personal liability and loss of luggage and personal effects. You must provide your travel insurance policy number and the insurance company's 24-hour emergency contact number on the first day of your trip; you will not be able to join the trip without these details. If you have travel insurance connected to your credit card or bank account please ensure you have details of the participating insurer, the insurance policy number and emergency contact number with you rather than the bank's name and credit card details
We reserve the right to cancel the booking, without any liability for refunds, of any customer who cannot satisfy us that they have purchased suitable travel insurance in accordance with this clause. Furthermore, if you choose to travel with inadequate insurance cover, we will not be liable for any losses
Amazing India Tours will not responsible and liable for compensation if we cancel your tour.
Online bookings
Auto-generated e-mails are sent immediately after payment is made to confirm payment has been received. Online bookings are not confirmed until a personalised e-mail detailing that a booking is confirmed is sent by Amazing India Tours Members
Changes & Cancellation by us
Occasionally we may have to make changes and correct errors in our booking information both before and after bookings have been confirmed. We may also have to cancel confirmed bookings due to factors outside our control due to any reason so Amazing India Tours is not liable to any kind of compensation to travellers or any third parties.
If the minimum number of bookings required for a particular holiday have not been met. Whilst we always endeavour to avoid changes and cancellations, we reserve the right to do so. Which depend on a minimum number of bookings (which is not achieved), In this event, we will run the tour on private basis and we will not be liable for any kind of compensation and refund claim by travellers.
Special Requests
Any special requests must be advised to us at the time of booking e.g. diet, room location, room type i.e. twin/double, a particular facility at a hotel etc. i.e. swimming pool, gym, etc. You also need to confirm your requests in writing. Whilst every effort will be made by us to try and arrange your reasonable special requests, we cannot guarantee that they will be fulfilled. The fact that a special request has been noted on your confirmation itinerary or any other documentation or that it has been passed on to the supplier is not confirmation that the request will be met. Failure to meet any special request will not be a breach of contract on our part and we do not accept bookings that are conditional upon any special request being met. Therefore Amazing India Tours is not liable and responsible for any compensation to travellers.
Liabilities & limitations:
Please note that after the finalization of the tour/service cost, if there are any hikes in entrance fees of monuments/museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges by the Govt. of India, the same would be charged as extra.
Amazing India Tours rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such change - the rates quoted by us before modification can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or airlines.
Amazing India Tours shall not be responsible for any delay or change in programme or expenses incurred or special / consequential loss, injury and damage - directly or indirectly - due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures, acts of God, perils incident to the sea, floods, fire, acts of Government or any other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control or any untoward incidents or any such causes whatsoever including any liability or extra expenses sustained by the Clients. Further, the Clients shall be liable for the liability or extra expenses incurred by him / her as a result of the forgoing causes.
Amazing India Tours shall not be responsible and shall not accept any liability towards the Clients or his/her legal representative for any loss of property or damages resulting from death or injuries including loss of services which the Clients may sustain on account of act, negligence or default by any transportation Company, hotel agents or any other body of persons, its agents or service providers providing such services or facilities or arising out of or while engaged in any tour, means of transportation or other services, whether due to ownership, maintenance , use, operation or control of any automobile, bicycle, boat, motor, or other vehicle in common carrier or otherwise and whether due to its or there negligence or otherwise or regardless of how caused. Clients using sporting equipment, bicycles, sailing boats, scuba diving gear, hired or supplied by hotels or rental bodies shall do so at their own risk.
Amazing India Tours reserves the right to cancel any services in case it deems that the tour, trip or passage is impracticable for any reason or should circumstances warrant such action, upon refunding the value thereof and the Client shall not have any other or further claim against the company by any reason thereof.
Amazing India Tours reserves the right to refuse to carry out its contract with any person whom it may consider to be undesirable in its absolute discretion and it shall not be required to show any reason for doing so.
Jurisdiction Clause :
All the disputes arising out of this agreement or any other subsequent agreement would be subject to Agra (India) Courts only.

Möglicherweise ist es nicht immer möglich, einen frühen Check-in für Sie zu arrangieren; in diesem Fall können Sie in einigen Hotels nicht sofort nach Ihrer Ankunft einchecken. Stattdessen können Sie Ihr Gepäck aufbewahren und Ihr neues Reiseziel erkunden.

Wir werden unser Bestes tun, um Ihnen das gleiche Zimmer für den gesamten Aufenthalt zur Verfügung zu stellen.
Internet : Je nachdem, in welchen Gebieten Sie reisen, haben Sie möglicherweise nur begrenzten Zugang zum Internet. Die Hoteliers verlangen oft Gebühren für die Verbindung (stundenweise oder täglich).
- Die angegebene Art der Unterkunft ist ein Richtwert. In seltenen Fällen, wenn die vorgeschlagenen Hotels aufgrund der hohen Nachfrage nicht verfügbar sind, werden wir ähnliche Alternativhotels für Sie buchen.

Alle Transfers und Besichtigungen in einem klimatisierten Fahrzeug mit einem englischsprachigen Fahrer. Die Fahrer unserer Fahrzeuge sind erfahren, kennen die Straßenverhältnisse gut und sind gut ausgebildet. Die zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrzeuge sind wie folgt:

Alle Reisenden, die auf dem Formular Teilnehmerinformationen aufgeführt sind, müssen im Besitz eines gültigen Reisepasses und aller relevanten Visa sein. Es liegt in Ihrer Verantwortung, sicherzustellen, dass Sie über gültige Reisedokumente verfügen, einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf Pässe und Visa, die den Anforderungen der Einwanderungs- und anderer Regierungsbehörden an jedem Reiseziel entsprechen.
