TERMS & CONDITIONS

APPLICABILITY: These tour conditions apply to Fonte Tours Travel Agency "hereafter called FONTE TOUR" and the Tour participant "hereafter called member".

VISAS AND DOCUMENTATION: Each member must have a valid passport. All persons are responsible for obtaining information about entry requirements and the documentation necessary to enter those countries to which they are traveling.

INSURANCE: FONTE TOUR provides no insurance for passengers due to loss on the trip herein. Passengers are advised to obtain their own insurance for health while traveling and / or baggage loss. Insurance is also recommended to provide coverage to passengers if refunds pursuant to the final payment and cancellation clause below are unavailable due to the terms of that clause.

PRICE GUARANTEE: Once you book and pay in full for a tour, your tour price is guaranteed, regardless of exchange rates or fuel price changes.

TIP & TAXES: Baggage handling, gratuities and hotel taxes are often included. Minimal gratuities are included in all trips. Additional taxes, security charges and other fees collected by governments, airports, airlines and other entities are not included unless specifically listed as included features. These amounts will appear on your bill and must be included with the final payment.

NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR RATE: The following is a list of some major items not sokincluded in the tour rate: excess baggage charges, room service charges, items not on portions of menus reserved for FONTE TOUR passengers, laundry, beverages, alcoholic and otherwise, items of a personal nature, airport to ship pier transfers if air transportation is not purchased as a part of a cruise package and foreign airport departure taxes. Port taxes on cruises are not included.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: Payment of the final balance is due sixty (60) days in advance of departure, regardless of when reservations are made. Credit cards are accepted, only VISA and MASTERCARD.

CANCELLATION: Reservations may only be canceled by written notice sent by certified mail (return receipt requested) to FONTE TOUR.

- 120-90 days prior to departure: No Penalty

- 89-60 days prior to departure: 15%

- 59-45 days prior to departure: 30%

- 44-30 days prior to departure: 50%

- 29-20 days prior to departure: 75%

- 20 days & After No refund

RESPONSIBILITIES AND LIABILITY: The responsibility of FONTE TOUR and / or its agents is limited. FONTE TOUR and its agents act only as agents for passenger in regards to travel whether by air, railroad, motorcoach or any other conveyance and assumes no defect, through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying members or in carrying out the arrangements of this tour, or as a direct or indirect result of acts of God, dangers incident in the sea, or air, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of governments or other authorities, de jure or de facto wars, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations or from any other causes. FONTE TOUR can accept no responsibilities for loss or additional expenses to members due to delay or changes in schedule. Tour services included but not limited to guide services, hotel accommodations, meals and other services are furnished by third parties who are independent and do not act for or on behalf of FONTE TOUR and with whom FONTE TOUR TOURS has no relationship as joint venture or otherwise. Therefore FONTE TOUR shall not be liable or responsible in any way whatsoever for any inconvenience, loss, damage or injury arising out of or in connection with such tour services, whether same shall be the result of changes in hotel accommodations, food, baggage handling, tour guiding or any other matter related thereto. All such losses or expenses will have to be borne by the passengers. Each passenger waives any claim against FONTE TOUR for any delay, inconvenience or damage, loss of property or baggage or injury to or deaths of persons due to the acts or omissions of said third parties. Any airline / transportation company concerned is not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not aboard their aircraft or conveyances. FONTE TOUR further reserves the right at any time to change any part of the itinerary, or the carrier, or the aircraft utilized, or the hotel accommodations utilized, or any other.

Each person is also personally responsible for any hotel expenses, theater tickets, souvenirs, gifts, clothing, glasswork, art or any and all other items of personal property or services purchased by such person. Each person making reservations for or participating in the trip described in these folders or flyers understands and agrees to all terms, conditions and limitations set forth herein.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES AND FEATURES FONTE TOUR reserves the right to cancel the entire trip (or optional additional trips offered in connection with the trip) for any reason at any time prior to the start of the trip. If there is any money received by FONTE TOUR for the travel of the person in question, which is not or should not be returned to the person in question in any other way, it will be liquidated by being returned to each possible participant. We reserve the right to change any part of the itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control (strike, war, epidemic disease).
