Casablanca > Rabat > Chefchaouen
When you arrive in Casablanca, your driver will be there to meet you and start your 7-Days Morocco trip. Once we leave the city, it's about a five-hour drive to Chefchaouen. If you arrive early, we could include a visit to the Hassan II mosque. We travel north along the Atlantic coast to the imperial city and capital of Rabat, where we can stop for lunch if you wish. Continuing on, we reach wooded slopes and lakes, which means we're approaching the blue city of Chefchaouen. You'll stay in a typical hotel and spend the night exploring.

Today you have the morning free to discover this magical medina with its unique urban landscape. Then after lunch, we leave to visit the Roman ruins of Volubilis, an important city with many well-preserved artifacts. Passing through fertile farmland and villages, we reach the ancient city of Fez and its medieval medina. Here, you'll spend the night in Riad in Old Medina.

After breakfast in your riad, you'll begin a sightseeing A half day tour of the city with a local guide. Visit then the Medina (old town) on foot. You'll visit the Bouanania and Attarine Medersas built in the early 14th century by the Marinids, the Karaouiyne / Karaouine Mosque and University (the former center of Islamic learning) and the Nejjarine marble fountain. Stop for lunch in a typical Moroccan restaurant. Continuing your half day tour, you'll see the decorated gateway of Bab Boujeloud, the medieval tanneries and the Royal Palace. Then visit the souks (local markets) where merchants and craftsmen sell their handmade jewelry, leather goods, copperware and pottery. After the tour, you'll be taken back to your riad.
After breakfast, leaving Fez, we head for the great cedar forests and alpine villages of Ifrane and Azrou. In the forest, you're sure to catch a glimpse of the macaque monkeys that live there. Midelt is called the Apple capital, because it grows so many varieties. Then lunch is served here. Later the scenery changes many times, from large rivers to mountains and palm groves. The Ziz Valley is an impressive sight. Next stop is the Erfoud fossil and mineral workshops. The region has unearthed many amazing fossils and even dinosaur bones. You'll start to notice the colors changing, and soon you'll be able to see the dunes from afar. Arrive in the Merzouga dunes, a welcome cup of mint tea will be waiting for you in your Luxury Desert camp, have a camel ride for sunset time, stroll around the area and enjoy the silence of the desert. An early call for attention ensures that the desert dawn is not lost; it's a magical sight worth waiting for. After breakfast in your Luxury Desert Camp, leaving the Moroccan desert behind, our first stop is the shopping town of Rissani, where you can visit its colorful souks. The nearby ruined town of Sijilmassa was an important part of this region's history. We travel west to Tinejdad and Tinghir, passing through palm groves and adobe villages. From here, we climb the mountains to see one of nature's wonders, the Gorges du Todra, a 300-meter-high fault with a crystal-clear river at its foot that has cut through the mountain to form this gorge. Back in the valley, we continue on to Boumalne Dades and take to the road again to discover another incredible wonder at the Dades Gorge. Here, you'll spend the night in a Luxury Hotel with dinner and breakfast.
After breakfast, we'll take you to see the incredible rock formations and kasbahs hidden in this gorge. Back in the Dades Valley, we continue our journey, passing numerous adobe kasbahs and the Rose Valley, where the Damask rose grows and transforms the flowers into many different products. Leaving this valley, we pass the ancient palm grove of Skoura with some impressive kasbahs and arrive in Ouarzazate; the capital of cinema. Here are several film studios where movies like Cleopatra were made. We continue on to the famous Ksar of Aït Ben Haddou, which was used in the film Le Gladiateur, as well as many other films. You can stop here for a visit and lunch. In the afternoon, we cross the High Atlas Mountains, with Berber villages and farms dotting the hillsides and rivers carved into their paths. We cross the Tizi n'Tichka pass at 2260 m altitude and descend on the return roads to Marrakech by night.

Marrakesch > Casablanca
Today, after breakfast, our 7-days Morocco tour ends with your transfer to Casablanca airport. But befor you may have time to explore the fascinating souks (indigenous markets) that are the city's main attraction. Don't miss the Babouches (shoes) souk, the open-air Chouari (carpenters) market, the El-Attarine (perfumes) market and the city market, El-Attarine (perfumes and spices), the Cherratine (leather) souk and the narrow streets around Djemâa El-Fna square. Transfer you to Casablanca airport for your departure flight, and that's the end of your Tour.
