This “Terms and Conditions” are the rules and regulations of using the website address: relaxgetaways.com which legally binds each and every user. Read This "Terms and Conditions" carefully before registering an account with us. You are required to agree to this "Terms and Conditions" and it is a legal contract between You and Relax Getaways Pvt. Ltd.

OBJECTIVES

The objectives of this “Terms and Conditions” are to legally bind each party involved in the use of the website; relaxgetaways.com and enforce the rules and regulations for the use of the intellectual properties on this website.

DEFINITIONS

This “Terms and conditions”, “Terms of use” or “Terms of Service” has the use words having the following meaning: 

Product: Product(s) means the specified service(s) described in the offer/ Website in exchange for a Voucher.

Register: Register means filling a form with your Legal name, email address, city, and selecting a username and password to create a user account on this Website

Offer(s): Offer(s) means offering Voucher for sale on the Website or by email in exchange for Products provided by Relax Getaways.

You: You means the user of the Website and the buyer of offers/Vouchers/ product.

We/ Us: “We” and “Us” means Relax Getaways Pvt. Ltd. trading as Relax Getaways, a private company duly incorporated in accordance with the Company Act 2063 ( Amendment 2074) of Nepal. 

Voucher(s): Voucher means a prepaid credit voucher which is subject to this "Terms and Conditions", which, if bought by You, allows You to redeem it with indicated Merchant in exchange for Products/ Services.

Website: Website means the Website located at http://relaxgetaways.com

Coupon: A coupon means a discretionary discount provided by Relax Getaways, usually with a limited validity having a fixed US Dollar Value or percentage.

Referral Benefit(s): Referral Benefits mean the benefits which the buyer of the voucher(s) gets by using the Refer Code(s). Only one code can be redeemed for a single product or service.

GENERAL TERMS

The content of this Website can be used for your own personal, non-business, and/or information purposes only.

To buy a Voucher, You must be at least 18 years old. After buying the Voucher, you are legally bound as the age above 18 whether you are mature or minor.

This “Terms and Conditions” is the legal contract between You and Us.

This “Terms and Conditions” is governed by the Companies act 2063( Amendment 2074), Contract Act 2056, and other related laws of Nepal.

BUYING A VOUCHER

You may use a credit card, Electronic Funds Transfer, and/or Relax Getaways reward points when buying a Voucher on the Website.

When You use a credit card to buy Vouchers, your credit card details are transmitted by the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). At no time are your credit card details stored on our server.

You will receive an email with a Voucher after You have paid for it and it then becomes your property until the voucher expiration date. 

REDEEMING A VOUCHER

By email, you will receive the Voucher, you must email the voucher details to the email address mentioned in the voucher to confirm the booking of Services and products. 

You must present the printed Voucher to redeem it at the time of delivery of the product and services. 

Or ask for a refund with a reasonable percentage on the amount You paid for the Products having regard to the extent of the Merchant’s failure to provide a satisfactory Product.

The Voucher is redeemable by any person who presents the Voucher to the Relax Getaways. It is your sole responsibility to keep the voucher safe.

Do not copy the Voucher and redeem the same Voucher more than once.

Do not sell the Voucher to any other person but You may give it away as a gift.

By this “Terms and Conditions”, You agree

not to access (or try to access) any part of the Website by any means other than the interface provided by us.

not to use this website to distribute or commercialize content except as permitted by this agreement, by law, or with our prior written consent.

Due to factors beyond our control, we don’t guarantee that the use of this Website will always be uninterrupted or that it is free from becoming infected by viruses.

Access to this Website may sometimes be restricted due to repairs or maintenance of the Website and server. We will try to restore your access as soon as We can.

We do not bear responsibility for the lack of functionality which is dependent on your browser and location or other third-party software.

You, without our consent, can’t use our intellectual properties or that of third parties/merchants for any purposes whatsoever.

VOUCHER / DISCOUNT COUPON

Relax Getaways will have additional ad hoc discounts in the form of coupons. Coupon code is provided in different media, and this code needs to be applied when checking out. Coupons will be often offered as fixed value coupons or percentage coupons.

Discount Coupons are supplied at Relax Getaways' sole discretion and We are entitled at any time to correct, cancel or reject a Coupon for any reason.

The general rules, unless specified on the specific Coupon itself:

Each Coupon can be used only once

Must use only one Coupon per order not more

Only one Coupon can be used on the website per person per campaign or as specified on that coupon.

Must use the discount coupon at the check-out – it cannot be used later on existing orders

the value of the Coupon will be set off against the value of your shopping value and the balance remaining, if any, will be payable by you.

Should you require a refund on the purchase where a coupon was applied, only the cash value paid at checkout will be refunded.

Coupons cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash or credit.

Once a purchase is confirmed using the promotional coupon, no refunds will be delivered in order for a larger discount coupon to be applied to the same deal/purchase.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

At Relax Getaways, we acknowledge that unforeseeable circumstances such as weather disruptions or trip cancellations beyond our control or that of our clients may occur. In such situations, we offer a refund of the initial payment under specific terms and conditions. Various factors such as religious, cultural, economic, political, and social influences may contribute to the cancellation of a trip. Under such circumstances, local authorities may restrict travel participation, and Relax Getaways will not be liable. We strongly recommend that our clients adhere to the guidance provided by our guides and other local support personnel regarding weather and trail conditions. Disregarding such guidance could result in injuries or health hazards for which we cannot take responsibility.

TRIPS CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENTS

If you cancel your trip after making full payment, you may be eligible for a refund, but you must inform Relax Getaways or your travel agent in writing and receive acknowledgement from the company. The company may charge a cancellation fee, which will be a percentage of the total cost of the trip listed on the website brochure, in this situation.

Before 30 Days - 30 % of the full amount

In less than 30 Days - 50 % of the full amount

If a client decides to leave the trip for any reason after it has started, no refunds will be issued for the trip cost. Additionally, no refunds will be given for any portion of the trip that was not used, such as accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, meals, or other services. We recommend that clients carefully review the cancellation policy before making reservations..

CANCELLATION  OF TRIP BY A COMPANY

If circumstances beyond the company's control, such as natural disasters, or government intervention, pandemic force them to cancel your trip, you will receive a refund of only the trip price. The same refund applies if the company cancels your guaranteed departure trip, and you can choose an alternative trip of the same value. 

It's worth noting that the company is not responsible for any incidental expenses or losses incurred, such as visas, non-refundable flights or rail, vaccinations, non-refundable car parking, or other fees, and loss of possessions resulting from the trip booking.

DISCLAIMER

For orders made on Relax Getaways, the prices listed at the time of your order on the product page are applied. The prices are final prices inclusive of GST/ VAT (where applicable).

REWARD POINT

Relax Getaways gives a certain reward to the buyer(s) of the voucher(s) as a “Reward Point”. Those “Reward point(s”) has a monetary value that is redeemable against the ‘product(s)’.

The earning of Reward Points is proportionate to the Voucher price. the availability of the Reward points and the terms of redemption are as per prescribed by the Relax Getaways. 

Reward points are not applicable if you using the discount voucher/ Coupon

Except as otherwise elsewhere, any acts and actions related to the Website are regulated by this “Terms and Conditions”.
