Tag 1

Willkommen in der Kaffeezone

Sie können sich jederzeit vom Flughafen abholen lassen und werden direkt zu Ihrer Unterkunft in der Kaffeestadt Viterbo gebracht .

Bei der Ankunft am Eingang dieser traditionellen Kaffeestadt fahren Sie durch einen beeindruckenden Tunnel aus Bäumen. Die Straße ist als "Tunnel der Samaner" bekannt und wird von riesigen Samaner-Bäumen gesäumt, von denen einige fast 100 Jahre alt sind. Entlang dieser Passage werden Sie auch erstaunliche Kunstwerke entdecken. Ihr Fahrer wird es langsam angehen lassen, damit Sie genügend Zeit haben, um Fotos vom Fahrzeug aus zu machen. Aber machen Sie sich keine Sorgen, wenn Sie welche verpassen, denn in ein paar Tagen werden Sie durch diese Bäume wandern

Handwerkliche Kaffee & Kakao Tour + Ausritt

Nach dem Frühstück geht Ihre Tour weiter über eine weitere Schotterstraße zu einer wunderbaren Finca, die nicht nur preisgekrönten Kaffee, sondern auch wunderbaren, süßen Kakao und eine unvorstellbare Vielfalt an Bio-Früchten produziert. Sie werden mit einem Lächeln und einem erfrischenden, frisch gepressten Saft begrüßt, bevor Sie Ihre Tour durch diese erstaunliche Farm beginnen.

Wenn Sie ins Tal hinuntergehen, werden Sie sich wie auf einem anderen Planeten fühlen, umgeben von Kakao, Kaffee, exotischen Früchten, wunderbarer Natur, Vögeln und wildem Bambus. Während Sie durch dieses üppige Paradies wandern, erklärt Ihnen Ihr Reiseleiter den gesamten Prozess der Kakao- und Kaffeeproduktion. Sie überqueren eine kleine handgefertigte Brücke, um Ihre Reise durch die Plantagen und in einen Wald mit dichtem Bambus fortzusetzen.

Als Nächstes führt Sie Ihr Weg hinauf und aus dem Tal hinaus, wo Sie weitere Bäume mit exotischen Früchten und viele wild wachsende Früchte wie Ananas entdecken. Sie kommen zu einem 120 Jahre alten Haus aus Bahareque (eine Mischung aus Holz, Bambus, Lehm und Rinderdung für den Bau der Wände). Hier wird man Ihnen nicht nur alles zeigen, sondern Sie werden auch bei der Röstung der Kakao- und Kaffeebohnen auf dem 100 Jahre alten Herd dabei sein und den frischesten Kaffee zubereiten, den es gibt, sowie eine der reichhaltigsten Schokoladen, die Sie je probiert haben.

Dies ist nicht nur eine Tour, bei der Sie diese wunderbaren handwerklichen Methoden sehen und lernen. Es ist ein Erlebnis, bei dem Sie die Gelegenheit haben, den Kaffee und die dunkle Schokolade so herzustellen und zu genießen, wie es seit Hunderten von Jahren üblich ist.

Nach dem Mittagessen und ein wenig Entspannung fahren Sie zu einer Finca nur 10 Minuten außerhalb der Stadt, um Ihren neuen vierbeinigen besten Freund zu treffen, der Sie auf den nächsten 3 Stunden Ihrer Reise durch diese üppige Landschaft begleiten wird.

Sie sind bereits gesattelt und bereit für den Ausritt. Sie werden Ihrem Pferd vorgestellt und erhalten bei Bedarf eine Einweisung in das Aufsitzen und Reiten dieses wunderschönen Tieres.

Zu Beginn Ihres Rittes auf den Schotterstraßen werden Sie die vorbeiziehenden Landschaften mit Bergen von Wäldern und Plantagen mit Kaffee, Kochbananen, Avocados und vielem mehr genießen. Ihr Weg führt Sie vorbei an traditionellen Fincas und über kleine Bäche, die bei starken Regenfällen manchmal die Straße überschwemmen.

Tag 3

Belalcázar, vom Kopf des Jesus + Thermalbäder

Sie fahren über eine kurvenreiche Straße zwischen Kaffee- und Platano-Plantagen (ähnlich wie Bananen) hinauf zum Gipfel des Cerro del Alto del Oso und der spektakulären Aussicht auf Belalcázar. Auf dem Weg dorthin werden Sie fantastische Aussichten erleben, aber nichts ist vergleichbar mit dem spektakulären Blick vom Gipfel des Berges.

Hier finden Sie eine riesige, 45,5 m hohe Christusstatue, die in einem Zeitraum von 7 Jahren, von 1947 bis 1954, in der Hoffnung errichtet wurde, das politische Blutvergießen zu beenden und den Frieden in Kolumbien wiederherzustellen.

Nach dem Mittagessen setzen Sie Ihre Reise durch die Zona Cafetera mit einem Halt an den Thermalbädern von Santa Rosa fort. Die heißen Quellen, die in einem von tropischem Regenwald und einem magischen Wasserfall umgebenen Tal liegen, sind wirklich einer der malerischsten Orte, die Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts in Kolumbien besuchen können, und schlichtweg beeindruckend!

Sie können sich durch die Becken bewegen, um Ihre perfekte Temperatur zu finden, da das kochend heiße Wasser in der Mitte und das kühle, erfrischende Bergwasser an den Seiten eintritt. Sie werden sich absolut in den erstaunlichen Wasserfall verlieben, den Sie unbedingt besuchen sollten.

Nachdem Sie alle Vitamine und Mineralien dieses Heilwassers aufgesogen haben, setzen Sie Ihre Reise nach Salento fort. Hier geben Sie Ihr Gepäck ab und genießen einen geführten Rundgang durch diese wunderbare Bergstadt. Sie entdecken den Mirador (Aussichtspunkt) und die vielen Kunsthandwerksläden, Cafés, Bars und Restaurants, die Ihnen ein Stück kolumbianische Kaffeekultur näher bringen.

Tag 4

Wachspalmen & Filandia

Nach dem Frühstück machen Sie einen Ausflug in das üppige Cocora-Tal und eine geführte Tour durch den Wachspalmenwald. Dieses Tal ist schon für sich genommen spektakulär, aber in Kombination mit dem Wald, der mit den höchsten Wachspalmen der Welt gefüllt ist, wird es zu einer fast spirituellen Erfahrung. Sie werden einige Stunden damit verbringen, durch diese friedliche Gegend zu wandern, mit weiteren schönen Aussichten in alle Richtungen.

Die heutige Reise führt Sie weiter in eine der farbenprächtigsten Städte Kolumbiens: Filandia. Berühmt für seine Gastronomie, die wunderbare Architektur der kolumbianischen Kultur und die fabelhaften Aussichten, werden Sie in einem der vielen wunderbaren Restaurants zu Mittag essen und einen Rundgang machen, bei dem Sie viele Fotos von den schönen Gebäuden machen können. Außerdem machen Sie einen Ausflug zum Mirador (Aussichtspunkt), wo Sie von den spektakulären 360°-Aussichten begeistert sein werden.

BnB Colombia Tours Customer Terms and Conditions

Please note that no exceptions can be made to these conditions once a booking has been confirmed.

By placing a booking with BnB Colombia, Inc. you (the client) and your booking party agree to all of the following terms, conditions, and policies as set out below. During any of the tours, you agree to abide by the subsequent conditions as set out below. If you have any questions about booking with us, please contact us before making a reservation.

Traveling Details Form:

Prior to accepting any reservation, we require all travelers to complete our Travelers Details Form. All sections must be completed and a copy of each traveler’s passport photo page must be provided (can be in black and white).

Why do we ask for this?

Colombian regulations require hotels, tour operators, and travel agencies to keep a copy of customers’ passports on file and to provide them to authorities on request. Without this documentation, we may not be able to honor your reservation.

For example, if the transportation is stopped by police, the driver must know who they are transporting, and to be able to provide the information to the police at this time.

Foreign residents are also exempt from a 19% IVA (VAT) tax.

By providing a valid overseas passport we do not charge this 19% IVA tax.

Without this documentation, we are required to charge you this tax.

Payments and Service Fees:

Private Package Tours: At the time of booking a 30% deposit is required to guarantee your reservation and tour date. The remaining balance is to be paid 60 days before the tour start date.

Group Package Tours: At the time of booking a 30% deposit is required to guarantee your reservation and tour date. The remaining balance is to be paid 60 days before the tour start date.

Changes to Tours:

We reserve the right to make small changes during your tour or prior to your tour date. This may be caused by extreme weather, safety or health concerns, traffic delays, changes to operational hours of experiences and destinations, other logistical issues, or just recommendations from previous clients that will improve your experience. You will be advised of any changes that may be made.

After payment has been received, you may request changes to your itinerary. If available, these changes will be provided with an additional cost that must be paid prior to the tour date. Changes to your itinerary cannot be requested after the tour start date.

If a tour finishes early, any additional experiences requested will require an additional payment.

If time permits during transfers small stoppages are permitted for photos or bathroom breaks.

Longer stops of 15 minutes or more will require an additional payment unless pre-arranged in the itinerary.

Additional tours during the process of a transfer are not permitted.

Photos taken during Tours:

We reserve the right to use any photos and or videos taken during transfers or tours in future social media posts or in the publication of our tours. These photos and or videos may or may not include travelers. If you do not wish to be included in any photos or videos please put this in writing to your destination expert or email [email protected].

Cancellation, Non-Arrival (No-show), and Refund Policy:

All cancellations must be made in writing to [email protected] and will not be accepted via telephone. In case of a cancellation or change to plans already booked, we advise clients to contact us immediately for a solution, however, cancellation fees may apply.

Day Tours & Private Transfers:

If you wish to change or cancel your reservation for any reason 72 hours or more prior to the start of your tour or transportation you will receive a full refund, which will be provided within 7 working days.

If you wish to change or cancel your reservation for any reason less than 72 hours prior to the start of your tour or transportation you will lose the complete value of your tour and/or transportation.

“No Shows” will lose the complete value of your tour and/or transportation.

Private Package Tours:

All deposits are 100% non-refundable (Lifetime credit available).
“No Shows” will lose the complete value of the tour(s).
Free date changes for any reason 61 days or more prior to the start of your Private Package Tour. Except for any non-refundable expenses incurred by BnB Colombia Tours, such as flights and accommodation.
If you cancel your reservation for any reason 61 days or more prior to your scheduled Private Package Tour start date, you can be reimbursed the full cost of your Private Package Tour minus the non-refundable deposit of 30% of the Private Package Tour cost + the costs of any non-refundable expenses incurred by BnB Colombia Tours, such as flights and accommodation. After any non-refundable expenses are removed, the deposit shall be held as a Lifetime Credit for you!
If you wish to change your reservation for any reason less than 61 days prior to the start of your Private Package Tour, a 50% re-booking/cancelation fee will be assessed and required to confirm any changes + the costs of any non-refundable expenses incurred by BnB Colombia Tours, such as flights and accommodation.
If you wish to cancel your reservation for any reason less than 61 days prior to the start of your Private Package Tour, you will lose the complete value of your Private Package Tour minus the non-refundable deposit of 30% of the Private Package Tour cost + the costs of any non-refundable expenses incurred by BnB Colombia Tours, such as flights and accommodation.
After any non-refundable expenses are removed, the deposit shall be held as a Lifetime Credit for you!

Group Package Tours (Shared Package Tours):

All deposits are 100% non-refundable (Lifetime credit available).
“No Shows” will lose the complete value of the tour(s).
Free date changes for any reason 61 days or more prior to the start of your Group Package Tour. Except for any non-refundable expenses incurred by BnB Colombia Tours, such as flights and accommodation.
If you cancel your reservation for any reason 61 days or more prior to your scheduled Group Package Tour start date, you can be reimbursed the full cost of your Group Package Tour minus the non-refundable deposit of 30% of the Group Package Tours cost + the costs of any non-refundable expenses incurred by BnB Colombia Tours, such as flights and accommodation. After any non-refundable expenses are removed, the deposit shall be held as a Lifetime Credit for you!
If you wish to change your reservation for any reason less than 61 days prior to the start of your Group Package Tour, a 50% re-booking/cancelation fee will be assessed and required to confirm any changes + the costs of any non-refundable expenses incurred by BnB Colombia Tours, such as flights and accommodation.
If you wish to cancel your reservation for any reason less than 90 days prior to the start of your Group Package Tour, you will lose the complete value of your Group Package Tour minus the non-refundable deposit of 30% of the Group Package Tour cost + the costs of any non-refundable expenses incurred by BnB Colombia Tours, such as flights and accommodation.
After any non-refundable expenses are removed, the deposit shall be held as a Lifetime Credit for you!

Your Personal Details & Privacy

To keep our prices as low as possible (residents of foreign countries are not required to pay IVA for accommodation, transportation, or tours) and for security reasons, we keep a register of all persons who stay with us and/or book tours through our website, this includes the full names, nationality, home addresses, telephone numbers, and copies of passport photo pages, and passport numbers. These records are kept for a minimum of 12 months.

This information may also be used for the purposes of marketing, understanding our client base, and improving our services to the general public.

Our policy surrounding the personal details you provide as part of any booking or inquiry through this website / or a third-party website, including the privacy of those details is explained and set out in our Privacy policy.

Liability and Travel Insurance

BnB Colombia Tours Inc. accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, accident, injury, sickness, or schedule change due to weather, strike, natural disaster, or any other cause beyond our control. Including any default or delay caused by any guide, tour, or transport provider, or any other person’s or company’s acts. BnB Colombia Tours reserves the right to alter routes, itineraries, or departure times, without prior notice, should the necessity arise. In the case of any changes to flights or to scheduled ground travel, you are responsible for additional costs incurred as a result of such changes. We, therefore, advise all travelers it is mandatory for you to obtain comprehensive travel insurance to meet all contingencies. This insurance must cover personal injury and emergency medical expenses. You are strongly recommended to extend your coverage to include cancellation, curtailment, and all other expenses that may arise due to loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience while traveling. You acknowledge that insurance coverage is not included in the cost of any tour offered by BnB Colombia Tours, and you are required to obtain separate coverage at an additional cost. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have sufficient coverage and comply with the terms of the applicable insurance plans. You are responsible for advising your insurer of the type of travel, destination(s), and activities included in your booking so that the insurer may provide appropriate coverage.

Our Right To Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any booking without compensation, refund, or reimbursement if the terms of these conditions are breached.

We reserve the right to remove any person without compensation, refund, or reimbursement from a shared group tour for operational issues.

Changes to Terms, Conditions, and Policies:

BnB Colombia Tours has the discretion to update these terms, conditions, and privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.

Your acceptance of these terms

By using this site and/or the services provided by BnB Colombia Tours, you signify your acceptance of this policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our site or our services. PP/pp: Abbreviation for per person.

Tour operator(s) / contractor(s): The person(s), company, or organization that operates a tour.

Booking / reservation: The act of reserving your space/spot on a tour, experience, or package tour.

No show/non-arrival: A person(s) who do not attend a tour(s) at the agreed-upon time.

Private Package Tour: A multi-day private tour that includes multiple tours with a duration of more than 1 day.

Group Package Tour: A multi-day package tour shared with other travelers that may have booked separately to you. It includes multiple tours with a duration of more than 1 day.

Also referred to as a shared tour

Transportation: The service of transporting a person(s) from one location to another location. May include car, bus, van, plane, 4×4

Accommodation: The location a person(s) may sleep. May include hostel, hotel, Finca, farm, private residents, shared rooms, and private rooms.

Free Date Changes: There is no service fee for providing the changes to the dates of your private day tour if made at least 48 hours before the tour start date.

There is no service fee for providing the changes to the dates of your private package tour if made at least 31 days before the tour start date.

There is no service fee for providing the changes to the dates of your group package tour if made at least 65 days before the tour start date.

All non-refundable expenses incurred by BnB Colombia tours, such as flights, accommodation, pre-paid transportation, pre-paid guides, pre-paid experiences, and pre-paid tours will be assessed and required to confirm any changes.

Lifetime Credit: Credit with BnB Colombia Tours that is equal to the value of the deposit of your package(s), or day tour(s) until such time as you decide to enjoy it.

Excludes non-refundable expenses incurred by BnB Colombia tours, such as flights, accommodation, pre-paid transportation, pre-paid guides, pre-paid experiences, pre-paid tours, + 5% of the package tours value to cover the salary costs of BnB Colombia Tours employees.
