Insurance
Travel insurance is required for all international trips. Insurance covers (and reimburses you) for things like trip cancellation, trip interruption, and trip delay, lost or delayed baggage, medical coverage, medical evacuation, etc. For example, if there’s a giant snowstorm and your plane is grounded and you end up (unfortunately) missing most or all of the trips the insurance company would reimburse you for this. Please note Bucket List Group Travel would not reimburse you for this (hence why we strongly recommend travel insurance).
Note that travel insurance (nor Bucket List Group Travel) would cover such things as “I overslept and missed my plane”. There are different degrees and levels of trip insurance but we require a minimum coverage of $100,000 covering personal injury, medical expenses, etc. Your entire trip cost (including airfare) must be covered under whichever plan you purchase. You will need to provide proof of purchase of travel insurance before going on the trip; we have the right to refuse attendance if valid trip insurance coverage is not produced prior to the trip start date.
Flight Booking
We need a minimum of 7 members for any trip to happen so before booking your local or international flights, please confirm and co-ordinate with the trip organizer about it.
Passports and Visas
Valid passports are required for travel to all international destinations. The traveller is responsible to ensure his/her passport is valid for at least 6 months after the departure date of the trip. Check with the appropriate consulate or embassy for the latest visa requirements.

Every effort will be made to operate tours as planned, but alterations may occur after the final itinerary has been issued. See Changes to Itineraries for further details.
Group Size
Bucket List Group Travel LLC is a travel agency and we work with local tour operators, guides, and vendors so on average the group size can be a minimum of 2 travelers and the maximum number will depend on the total number of members signed up for the specific departure date of the tour. To match a minimum participant requirement the local tour operator will have their own customers and Bucket list group travel customers will join the existing group this way the group size may vary and we can operate the tour for that specific travel date. This way the maximum group size can be more than 12 travelers.

The independent agent will arrange the best-priced airfare available at the time of your trip’s booking. Please note that certain airfares are subject to a service fee.
Airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board their planes or conveyances. Authority on Tours
Our group trips are run by a group leader. The decision of the group leader is final on all matters likely to affect the safety or well-being of any person participating in the trip. If you fail to comply with a decision made by a group leader, or interfere with the well-being or mobility of the group, the group leader may direct you to leave the trip immediately, with no right of refund. We may also elect not to carry you on any future trips booked. You must at all times comply with the laws, customs, foreign exchange and drug regulations of all countries visited. Further, your trip will travel between cities on various modes of transportation; if you are not present at the aforementioned time (for said transportation) your group leader reserves the right to carry on without you so as not to divert from the predetermined itinerary. If this is the case we are not responsible for any additional transportation costs that may arise. We are not responsible for your health, safety, well being, or any other liabilities during this time in which you are “separated from the group” on your own recognizance. Lastly, you are never obliged to participate in any activity, which you wish not to for whatever reason.
Changes to Itineraries
BUCKET LIST GROUP TRAVEL LLC reserves the right to cancel, delay, or reschedule any tour prior to departure, and, so long as this is not due to any causes beyond our control (as stated in the Limits on Responsibility section) the passenger shall be entitled to a full refund of all monies paid to that point if he/she so desires, less any non-refundable deposits or uncollectible expenses incurred. If we do change the itinerary, and you are already booked for that particular trip, we will notify you of the changes. If you are not pleased with the changes you may receive a full refund provided you request a refund 3 business days after receiving a notice of change to your trip itinerary from BUCKET LIST GROUP TRAVEL LLC.
