Nachdem Sie Ihre Luaggages genommen haben, gehen Sie zur Station „Direct Aeroport“. Von hier aus haben Sie einen 3-stündigen gemeinsamen Transfer nach Brasov.

Am Morgen besuchen wir eine geführte Stadtrundfahrt, die größte Kirche Rumäniens, die Schwarze Kirche, sowie die „Strada Sforii“ (die String Street) und das Catherine's Gate. Brasov war im Mittelalter eine der wichtigsten Handelsstädte Siebenbürgens. Dann fahren wir in das Fagaras-Gebirge. Ausflug zum Balea-Gletschersee (2.033 m). Wir können eine wundervolle Aussicht auf unsere etwa 2-3 stündige Wanderung erwarten. Nach einer Picknickpause am Balea-Wasserfall setzen wir unsere Reise nach Rasinari in der Region Sibiu fort.
Bei einem reichhaltigen Abendessen und einem Glas rumänischen Schnaps namens Tuica im Badiu Guest House besprechen wir unsere Wanderwoche. Herr Badiu verwöhnt seine Gäste besonders kulinarisch, aber auch mit seiner Gastfreundschaft. Übernachtung im Gästehaus von Herrn Badiu.
Wanderweg von 10 km, Starthöhe: Höhenunterschied: 470 m alt., leicht bis mittelschwerer Wanderweg.
Nach dem Frühstück besuchen wir das höchste Klimabad Rumäniens, Paltinis. Nach einer 25 km langen Fahrt beginnt unsere nächste Wanderung. Wir starten auf etwa 1.400 m Höhe und erreichen bequem auf einer schönen Forststraße den Oncesti Peak auf 1.713 m Höhe. Von hier geht es weiter durch einen dichten Wald auf einem ausgezeichneten Wanderweg und wir erreichen 1800 m Höhe. Überqueren eines alpinen Heundes erreichen wir den Surdu Peak mit 1.970 Maltitude. Der relativ einfache Rückweg führt uns zurück zu unserem Ausgangspunkt, Paltinis. Entspannung erwartet uns im Garten von Herrn Badiu.
Wanderweg von 16 km, Starthöhe: 1.400 m alt., höchster Punkt: Surdu Peak 1.970 m alt., Höhenunterschied: 570 m alt., leicht bis mittelschwieriger Wanderweg.
Dieser Tag beginnt mit einer leichten Wanderung von Rasinari durch das Roma-Dorf Prislop hinauf zum Rosengarten, 1.000 m über dem Meeresspiegel. Von hier aus kann jeder selbst entscheiden, ob er den Gipfel des Magura Cisnadiei, der 1.304 m über dem Meeresspiegel liegt, besteigen möchte. Die Landschaft des Gipfels bietet jedoch eine großartige Aussicht auf das Sadu-Tal und das transsilvanische Hochland. Der Abstieg führt uns durch das Silvercreek-Tal nach Cisnadioara. Hier können wir eine weitere befestigte Kirche aus dem 13. Jahrhundert finden. Dann kehren wir nach Rasinari zurück.
Wanderweg von 18 km, Starthöhe: 500 m ü.d.M., höchster Punkt: 1.304 m ü.d.M. (Magura Peak) oder 1.050 m ü.d.M. (Rosegarden), Höhenunterschied: 600 m ü.d.M. oder 800 m ü.d.M., leichter bis mittelschwerer Wanderweg.
Heute ändern wir unseren Standort, aber bevor wir Marginimea Sibiului verlassen, wollen wir die ehemalige Kulturhauptstadt Europas des Jahres 2007, Sibiu, nicht verpassen. Während einer Führung durch Sibiu lernen wir die Brücke der Lügen und den Großen Platz kennen und hören interessante Geschichten über die evangelische Pfarrkirche von Sibiu. Dann geht es weiter nach Bran, wo wir das berühmte Schloss Dracula besuchen. Danach wandern wir von Bran zu unserem Gästehaus Mosorel im Dorf Magura. Das Dorf liegt auf 1.100 m Höhe und bietet eine herrliche Aussicht auf das Bucegi-Gebirge und Piatra Craiului. Abendessen und Übernachtung im Gästehaus Magura.
Fahrtroute von 187 km, ca. 2 bis 3 Stunden Fahrt.
Wanderweg von 10 km, Starthöhe: Höhenunterschied: 570 m alt., leicht bis mittelschwerer Wanderweg.
Nach einem Tag voller Entspannung ist es Zeit für eine Wanderung. Wir beginnen auf einem leichten Wanderweg im Dorf Magura, vorbei an Molkereien und erreichen den Petrului Peak (1.452 m alt.). Hier können wir die Mächtigkeit und Pracht des Piatra Craiului-Berges bewundern. Mit etwas Glück können wir wilden Tieren begegnen, denn Piatra Craiului ist die Heimat von Bären, Luchsen und Bergziegen. Nach einer wohlverdienten Mittagspause auf dem Gipfel geht es bis in die Schlucht von Zarnesti. Der letzte Teil unserer Wanderung bringt uns bergauf zurück in unser Gästehaus.
Wanderweg von 15 km, Starthöhe: 950 m alt., höchster Punkt: Petrului Peak 1.452 m alt., Höhenunterschied: 500 m alt., einfacher Wanderweg.
Wir beginnen unseren Wandertag vom Gästehaus aus und steigen in die Schlucht von Zarnesti hinunter. Der kurze Weg ist uns aus dem vorangegangenen Wandertag bekannt. Wir fahren weiter bergauf zum Curmatura Cottage (1.470 m Höhe), wo wir in der Mittagspause anhalten. Frische Suppen werden hier für Wanderer vorbereitet. Je nach Wunsch geht es zum Piatra Craiului Mica (1816 m alt.) oder wir bleiben auf gleicher Höhe.
Am Abend fahren wir nach Brasov. Abschiedsessen und Übernachtung in Brasov.
Wanderweg von 16 km, Starthöhe: 1.100 m alt. in der Pension Mosorel, Abstieg zur Schlucht bis zu 850 m Höhe, Aufstieg zum Curmatura Cottage auf 1470 m Höhe. Wahlweise für jeden einzelnen: Aufstieg von der Hütte zum Piatra Craiului Mica Gipfel bei 1.816 m alt., Höhenunterschied: von der Schlucht zur Hütte 620 m alt. oder von der Schlucht zur Spitze „Piatra Craiului Mica“ 966 m alt. mittelschwer bis schwer wanderweg. Vom Cabana Curmatura Cottage bis zum Gipfel „Piatra Craiului Mica“ gibt es einige Orte, an denen sowohl Klettern als auch Schwindelfreiheit erforderlich sind!
Entsprechend Ihrem Flugplan werden Sie von „Direct Aeroport“ zum Flughafen Bukarest Otopeni (OTP) gebracht.

The Travel Agency CARPATHIAN TRAVEL CENTER is an inbound TOUR OPERATOR and has its head office in Sibiu, Piata Mare nr. 12, Romania.
The company is registered as SOUTH CARPATHIAN TRAVEL CENTER’12 S.R.L. at the Romaninan Chamber of Comerce under the number J32/1110/2012, and has the VAT number RO22333952. The company has the Tourism Licence no. 4694, issued by the National Tourism Authority. The company has a insolvency insurance of USD 50.000,00. The Insurance Policy number is H24934/22.01.2016 issued by "OMNIASIG S.A."
CARPATHIAN TRAVEL CENTER is represented by the General Manager Mr. Alexandru Ujupan with the Tourism Certificate no. 10777 issued by Romanian Ministry of Regional Development and Tourism.
A. TERMS OF BOOKINGS
1. Booking requests shall be made by sending a complete Booking Form (in English, German, French or Polish) with all details of the client
2. All reservations are subject to availability. The Tour Operator is obliged to send a written confirmation or refusal to the Tourist within 48 hours of a previewed booking.
3. The Tour Operator reserves the right to cancel the booking, despite of a written confirmation within 48 hours without giving any reason.
4. If the payment is not received on time as per clause B.1. and C.1. the Tour Operator may cancel the booking.
5. The Tour Operator reserves the right to alter the travel services, which do not affect the confirmed standard of the trip. The Tour Operator will notify in writing and obtain binding acceptance of these changes from the Tourist before the tour/trip starts.
6. After making the payment of the total amount, the Tour Operator must send within 24 hours the vouchers and all travel documents, that the Toursit needs for the trip.
B. TERMS OF PAYMENT FOR INDIVIDUAL TOURISTS (1 – 9 PERSONS)
1. The Tour Operator must receive 30% of all payment within seven (7) days after sending the written confirmation of booking. The rest of 70% will be forwarded to the Tour Operator at least 14 days before the beginning of the tour/trip .
2. The Tourists who booked Last-Minute-Tours shall pay the whole amount at least 3 days before the beginning of the tour. The Tourist shall send a proof of payment by fax or email to the Tour Operator to confirm his/her booking.
3. In case the Tour Operator does not receive the agreed sum of money from the Tourist, the Tourist can not use the travel services anymore.
4. When making the payment The Tourist shall indicate the particular travel services he wants to pay for, or the number of the Booking Confirmation / Invoice
5. The Tourist is obliged to a pay fine of 0,2% of the total agreed amount per day for delay in payment.
6. You will support the commission of bank transfer or commission of charging the credit card, the Travel Agency have to receive the amount indicate on the invoice.
7. For charging Your credit card, we will add a 2% fee (bank taxes) to the total amount.
C. TERMS OF PAYMENT FOR GROUPS (from 10 PERSONS)

2. The Groups who booked Last-Minute-Tours shall pay the whole amount at least 3 days before the beginning of the tour. The Promotor / Tour Leader shall send a proof of payment by fax or email to the Tour Operator to confirm his/her booking.
3. In case the Tour Operator does not receive the agreed sum of money from the Tourist, the Tourist can not use the travel services anymore.
4. When making the payment The Tourist shall indicate the particular travel services he wants to pay for, or the number of the Booking Confirmation / Invoice

D. TERMS OF CANCELLATIONS FOR INDIVIDUAL TOURISTS (1 – 9 PERSONS)
If the Tourist cancels the reservation, the Tour Operator has to apply the following cancellation rules:
30 - 15 days before arrival date - 10% of the total amount penalty
14 - 8 days before arrival date - 50% of the total amount penalty
7 - 3 days before arrival date - 75% of the total amount penalty
less than 2 day before arrival date - 100% penalty of the total amount
If the you will make “No show” we will charge 100% of the total amount
E. TERMS OF CANCELLATIONS FOR GROUPS (from 10 PERSONS)
1. If the Tourist cancels the reservation, the Tour Operator has to apply the following cancellation rules:
1. Cancellation until 24 hrs before departure = 0% (are free of charge)
2. Cancellation after 24 hrs before departure = 50% chargable
3. No shows = 50% chargeable
The Tourist can change and reduce the number of the rooms accordingly:
45 - 31 days before arrival date - 40% of the capacity without penalty
30 - 16 days before arrival date - 20% of the capacity without penalty
15 - 9 days before arrival date - 10% of the capacity without penalty
less than 8 days before arrival date - 0% of the capacity without penalty
G. HIGHER FORCES
1. In case of partial or complete modification of the contract, caused by unpredictable events such as fire, war, natural disasters, or any other unpredicted disasters, as well as legal actions taken by the state, which may have an impact on the fulfillment of the contract, the parties are not responsible for this agreement.
2. In case of unforeseen forces, the Tour Operator returns all the funds except for its actual expenses incurred till the moment they has occurred.
3. The part which is unable to fulfill its responsibilities because of unforeseen forces is obliged to inform the other part immediately- not later than 3 days from the moment the unforeseen forces occurred. If the other part does not inform about the unforeseen forces, the agreement shall remain in full forces and effect and it will not release the other part from the liabilities of this agreement.
H. LEGAL JURISDICTION AND GOVERNING LAW
1. Alternations to this agreement have to be made written in order to become valid. No oral supplementary agreement is valid.
2. This Agreement shall be governed, construed, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the Romanian Laws.
3. Any dispute or matters, which arise between the Tourist and the Tour Operator, will be dealt by the Sibiu Court of Law.
