BOOKING POLICIES
Booking Conditions of Go Asia Travel
Please take the time to read and understand the conditions of booking set out below prior to booking a trip with Go Asia Travel. We strongly recommend that you also read the Notes/ inclusions relating to your trip prior to booking to ensure that you understand the itinerary and style of the trip you are undertaking.
1. Validity
Dates, itineraries and prices are valid from 01 January 2016 until 31 December 2016. Beyond 31 December 2016 dates, itineraries and prices are indicative only.
2. Deposit requirement
You are required to pay a non-refundable deposit from 30 % – 70 % for your booking to be confirmed (please note that special deposit requirements apply for some trips). If your booking is made within 60 days of the departure date then the full amount is payable at the time of booking.
3. Acceptance of booking and final payments
Acceptance of your booking will be confirmed by us in writing. Please refer to your booking confirmation invoice for details regarding final payments. Payment of the balance of the trip price is due 60 days before the departure date. If this balance is not paid on or before the due date we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled. In addition to the trip price you may also be required to pay a kitty as specified for the trip you are taking.
4. Booking amendments
Amendments includes: change the travel date, change number of people join the tour, cut off or add service(s), change the time of flight and train, change hotel, change room category, transfer to other people, change kind of tour and all other changes comparing to the itinerary which is confirmed.
For any kinds of amendments, you must notify us at least 30 days prior to the proposed departure date. A fee of USD 20 per person per change will apply (in addition to any charges levied by hotels, ground operators or airlines). If you notify us less than 30 days prior to the proposed departure date, we have right to refuse and do not refund deposit amount.
All amendment is only responded by Go Asia Travel upon availability. There are some services is NO REFUNDABLE such as flight tickets, train tickets. In case, we did issue flight ticket and (or) train tickets, you will be charged all of this costs if you change NOT depend on how many day in advance you inform us.
5. Inclusions
The land price of your trip includes:
* all accommodation as listed in the Trip Notes/inclusions
* all transport listed in the Trip Notes/inclusions
* sightseeing and meals as listed in the Trip Notes/inclusions
* the services of a group leader as described in the Trip Notes/inclusions
6. Exclusions
The land price of your trip does not include:
* international or internal flights unless specified
* kitty as specified in the Trip Notes/inclusions
* airport transfers, taxes and excess baggage charges unless specified
* meals other than those specified in the Trip Notes/inclusions
* Visa and passport fees
* Travel insurance
* Optional activities and sightseeing and all personal expenses

7. Cancellation
Cancellation made within 48 hour after booking was made: Free of charge
Cancellation made 30 days or more in advance of the departure date: Cancellation fee 20% tour price
Cancellation made within 30 days of departure date: Cancellation fee 30% tour price
