TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please note Afro Honeyguide Adventures /The Supplier reserves the right to cancel, at any time, a tour booked due to rain, closure by national parks or any other unforeseen event.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

*All prices are quoted and payable in United States Dollars (USD) or the equivalence in ZAR, BWP and Euro

*Net are  non-commissionable.

*All tours a and transfers are based on a minimum of two pax unless stated otherwise

*Visa fees are not included in the prices on the rate sheet.

*This agreement is non-assignable and shall have effect according to the laws of Zimbabwe.

*Afro Honeyguide reserves the right to terminate this agreement by giving the agent one months' notice

*All tours include the collection of guests within the immediate vicinity of the various Victoria Falls Hotels. Please check with our reservations if you are unsure.

*Private services of vehicles and boats will be charged according to the vehicle or boat capacity. 

*Park Fees are quoted separately and are required to be paid by the Agent/ client

*Prices subject to change without notice should operating costs rise beyond our control.

PAYMENT TERMS

*Payments for all bookings shall be made prior to travelling. This can be by Eletronic/telegraphic transfer or by VISA debit/credit card after filling in an authorization form.

*Full payment is required at least 30 days before travelling unless an agreement is made prior

GROUPS POLICY

In regard to group bookings, the following will apply:

*Guest list: to be provided 4 weeks prior to date of travel.

*Tour Leaders: must be indicated as such on the bookings or they will be charged.

*Children: Under 12 or Under 2 should be indicated as such or they will be charged as adults

CANCELLATION POLICY

All Cancellations must be received and acknowledged in writing and the following conditions apply:

*Cancellation more than 30 days before date of travel – no charge

*Cancellation within 30 days before date of travel – 20% cancellation fees

*Cancellation within 14 days before date of travel—50% cancellation fees

*Cancellation within 7 days before date of travel – 75% cancellation fees

*Cancellation within 24 hours or No Show – 100% cancellation fees

*If a client falls ill and provides reasonable proof – 100% refund

*Refunds are offset against future bookings.  If The Agent prefers bank transfers, a bank fee of   * * US$50 is to the cost of The Agent.

**NB: Please note that Non Afro Honeyguide activities have different cancellation policies and will                                   depend on the size of the group. Please ensure that you always check this, as they are too numerous to specify in this document.

CHILD POLICY

In regard to children, the following policy applies: 

As a general rule children under 12 are ½ price, and children under 2 are free.
