Itinerary
The Canadian Rocky Mountains are stunning at any time of the year, but there’s something magical about visiting in the winter when the mountains are covered in a blanket of glistening snow. The entire region becomes a true winter wonderland surrounded with snow capped mountains, frozen lakes and dense snowy landscapes. It’s the perfect setting for an array of winter activities.
This special 5-day tour includes 2-nights in the heart of the Canadian Rockies, the town of Banff. You will enjoy many spectacular sites on the journey to the Rocky Mountains and will have ample free time to try an exciting winter activity like skiing/boarding at Lake Louise Mountain Resort, ice walking, or you can sleep in after a big night out on the town and enjoy the shops and sights of Banff. The transportation of this Premium Tour is a deluxe mini-coach with a smaller group size up to 34 passengers maximum.

Kamloops to Banff
- Breakfast at your hotel (included)
- Depart the hotel in the morning
- Drive through the beautiful snow-capped peaks of Mount Revelstoke National Park & Glacier National Park
- Visit Roger’s Pass National Historic Site
- Visit Emerald Lake
- Explore Lake Louise! Optional ice skating (seasonal)
- Continue your drive to Banff. Once in Banff, enjoy a driving tour of the world famous town
- Check into your hotel in Banff
- Free time to go shopping on Banff Avenue and try one of the many restaurants
Day 3
Banff
- Breakfast in the hotel
- Take a scenic sleigh ride through a winter wonderland (included)
- Option to take the Sulphur Mountain Gondola (additional cost)
- Option to participate in an exciting winter activity like snowshoeing, ice walking or skiing/snowboarding at Lake Louise Ski Resort
- If you are not participating in an activity, sleep in and enjoy a free day in Banff
Day 4
Banff to Golden
- Breakfast in the hotel
- Option to go skiing or snowboarding for the day, participate in another exciting winter activity, or enjoy the day at leisure
- Depart Banff in the afternoon for Golden
- Check into your Golden hotel – free time for dinner and to enjoy the hotel’s pool & hot tub
Day 5
Golden to Vancouver
- Breakfast in the hotel
- Depart Golden
- Stop at Craigellachie (the last spike of the Canadian Pacific Railway)
- Enjoy entertainment, movies and games
- Return to Vancouver at approximately 7:30pm
