1. Booking Policy
A deposit of 20% of the cost is required at the time of booking. Your trip will only be guaranteed or held after the booking amount is paid. Balance of payment in full is required one day before the departure.
2. Refund after booking
The client shall be returned the booking amount only before 2 weeks of the trip starting date in the condition of prior information.
3. Changes after booking
For private departures, changes in itinerary and services after booking can be made and the client shall be charged according to the existing market rates, one week prior to the departure.
For fixed departures changes in itinerary and services after booking cannot be made.
4. Trip Cancellation By Client
The client shall have the right to cancel the trip. However, if the client decides to cancel the trip after booking, the booking amount will not be refundable. If the full payment has been made, the client shall be refunded 50% of the amount with a condition the client gives notice 30 days before the trip date.

Cancellation of a trip 60 days before departure: Loss of deposit/booking amount, which is 25% of the trip price.

Cancellation of a trip 30 to 59 days before departure: 50% of the trip price.

Cancellation of a trip 15 to 30 days before departure: 75% of the trip price.

Cancellation of a trip less than 15 days before departure: the total trip price is non-refundable.
5. Trip Cancellation by the company
The company shall have the right to cancel the trip, including guaranteed trip, prior to departure due to reasons beyond its control such as natural disaster, flight cancellation, weather conditions, government intervention, strikes or similar unexpected events which is beyond our control. In such cases, the client will be returned the trip price or can choose an alternative trip.
6. Flight Delays
Nepal, being a mountainous country, sometimes the weather becomes unpredictable, resulting in flight delays. In the occurrence of flight delays, the company is flexible to change the itinerary that suits the best interest of the client. However, the client has to bear the additional cost (such as extra day food and accommodation), incurred by such an event.
Also, the company will not be responsible if the client misses international flight because of such an event. However, we will try our best to make arrangement for alternative flights.
Note – For our clients’ trekking/mountain biking in the high altitude region, we suggest them to always have an extra one/two day(s) while traveling to Nepal as the weather in the mountains in Nepal is really unpredictable.
7. Travel Insurance and Emergency Evacuation Fees
The client must possess valid travel insurance that covers accidents, injury, illness, and death medical expenses, including any related to pre-existing medical conditions, emergency repatriation (including helicopter rescue and air ambulance where applicable) and personal liability. None of our packages includes insurance for clients.
In case of emergency evacuation, the client will be responsible for all the cost incurred, such as helicopter transfer charge and medicalcharges.
8. Passport and Visa
The client must possess a valid passport (valid for six months beyond the duration of the trip) and visa. The company shall not be responsible for any kind of loss because of an invalid passport or visa. The client can get an arrival visa at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu.
