Delhi Full Day Sightseeing
After breakfast, proceed with Delhi sightseeing tour with first visit to the Jama Masjid - the largest Mosque in India. Visit Chandni Chowk oldest, biggest bazaar of Old Delhi. Today at Chandni Chowk, explore the narrow alleys & colorful markets & local shoppers.. enjoy a rickshaw ride till Red Fort. Here our driver will meet you, drive past Red Fort (a 17th century historical fort in Delhi) and reach Rajghat, a memorial where Mahatma Gandhi was cremated. An eternal flame burns on one side of this memorial. Visit the Humayun Tomb - first garden-style tomb of India. The main highlight of this tomb, inspired by Persian architecture, is the four garden squares with water passage channels surrounding the tomb. Drive past Rashtrapati Bhawan - residence of the President of India and India Gate - an archway built in honor of the soldiers who died in World War I. Visit Qutub Minar built by Qutab-ud-din Aibak in 1193 to mark the beginning of Muslim rule in India. Overnight stay at hotel in Delhi.
New Delhi - Agra (200 KM - 4 Hours)
After breakfast, you will head to Agra. Agra: It a beautiful city situated on the banks of river Yamuna that achieved prominence as the capital of the Mughal Emperors from 1526 to 1628. It still remains a popular tourist destination because of its many splendid Mughal-era monuments, most notably the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort & Fatehpur Sikri, all three are UNESCO World Heritage sites. Upon arrival in Agra, check-in at the hotel. After some relaxation, visit the Agra Fort that resembles the magnificent Red Fort in Delhi. The Diwan-i-Aam (Hall of Public Audience), Diwan-i-Khas (Hall of Private Audience ) and the Sheesh Mahal (Palace of Mirrors) are a must-see attractions here. Later in the evening, visit the Taj Mahal - the most extravagant symbol of love, dedication and purity ever that took almost 22 years to build. It is an ivory-white marble monument where rests the mortals of Mughal Emperor Shahjahan (who built Taj Mahal) and his wife (Mumtaz). An interesting fact about this stunning edifice is that it turns pinkish in the morning, milky white in the evening and golden at night as the moonlight falls upon it. Agra - Fatehpur Sikri -Ranthambhore (290 KM - 7 Hours)
After breakfast, Enroute, visit FATEHPUR SIKRI: after visit, lunch at local restaurant and drive to Ranthambhore a 16th century town established by Mughal Emperor Akbar. It comprises of various attractions that depict the grandeur of Mughal architecture and the rich lifestyle of Mughal Empire. Though a short-lived capital of the Mughals, this town offers glimpses of stunning monuments built during the reign of Mughals in India. The gateway to this city - the Buland Darwaza - is one of the major attractions here as it is said to be the highest gateway in the world. On reaching, you will be transferred to check-in at the hotel. RANTHAMBORE: Ranthambore also called the Abode of Tigers is renowned as one the few places that offer highest number of Bengal Tiger sightings. Ranthambhore National Park
The Ranthambore National is a wide expanse of wilderness in Ranthambore. It is a favored spot for avid travelers and photography enthusiasts. It is renowned as one of the topmost places in India with the highest number of Bengal tiger spotting. It also comprises of a years-old Ranthambore Fort, overlooking the entire sanctuary, built in 944 AD. Head for an early morning Ranthambore Wildlife safari where you will soak in the natural beauty and rich wildlife including Leopards, Jackals, Gazelle, Boars etc. - especially Tigers. As per 2014 census, there are about 62 tigers present here. Also, watch animals moving around freely around the lake in this national park. After a thrilling safari ride, return to the hotel. Settle in for breakfast and relax for some time. Later in afternoon, proceed with an evening safari to Ranthambore National Park and continue exploring this natural habitat of various wild animals. Ranthambhore - Jaipur (150KM - 3 Hours)
Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, check-out from the hotel and drive to Jaipur. JAIPUR: Jaipur is a city known as the Pink City of India due to extensive use of pink sandstone in various buildings of the city. Its monuments showcase a myriad of architectural styles and its vibrant bazaars are famous for traditional handicrafts and jewellery. The ambiance of this city speaks volumes of the rich lifestyle of the Rajput Kings. Upon arrival at Jaipur, you will check-in at the hotel and rest of the day at leisure. You will then go to the home of a local Jaipur where you will learn about basic Indian ingredients and spices. Following the host's instructions followed by cooking class you will prepare a meal of authentic local dishes and then enjoy it together.

After breakfast, head for Jaipur sightseeing. Visit the Amer Fort dating back to 16th century that displays private halls, pavilions, former private chambers of the King and royal Rajput women. The reflection of this fort falling on the Maota Lake, is truly captivating. Enjoy an Elephant ride here. Explore the City Palace consisting of former private and public chambers, silver vessels, courtyards, gateways, private chambers of the King and lot more. Later, head to Jantar Mantar. It is an astronomical observatory that features the Worlds largest Sundial - Samrat Yantra. Visit the Hawa Mahal - a five-storey palace built in 1799 during Rajput rule. It is popularly known for its intricately-designed 953 windows adorned with spectacular latticework. Later, afternoon is kept free to visit the famous Markets of Textiles, Gems, Carpets, and handicrafts. Jaipur is an ideal place for buying souvenirs. Overnight stay at hotel in Jaipur.
Jaipur - New Delhi (250KM - 6 Hours)

New Delhi - Paro (Bhutan) by flight and drive to Thimpu

After breakfast, your Thimphu sightseeing tour begins with a visit to King's Memorial Chorten (Approx. 9,350 ft.) - one of the most iconic monuments of Thimphu - built in 1974 as a memorial of Jigme Dorji Wangchuck (3rd king of Thimphu. Next, soak in the magnificent views of Buddha Dordenma, located atop a hilltop, featuring a 169 ft high bronze statue of Shakyamuni Buddha that is believed to spread an aura of peace and happiness to the entire world. Later, head to the Folk Heritage Museum (Phelchey Toenkhyim) built in 2011. It offers fascinating insights of the traditional Bhutanese lifestyle, rural traditions and customs. This museum distincts itself with its unusual settings. Visit the Sangaygang BBS Tower (Approx. 8800 ft.) that offers its visitors with panoramic views of the entire Thimphu valley. Spend time clicking photographs here. Also, explore the 12th century Changangkha Lhakhang (Approx. 8,000 ft.) that is said to be the oldest temple of Thimphu. It is a fortress like temple dedicated to Avaloketesvara (Buddha of Compassion). Enjoy bird’s eye view of the Thimphu valley here. Thimpu - Punakha (90KM - 3 Hours)
After breakfast, drive to Punakha (approx. 4,265 ft.). Punakha: It’s a nature’s paradise nestled amidst the spectacular Himalayan ranges. En route, visit the Simtokha Dzong said to be the oldest Dzong in Bhutan, Dochula Pass (approx. 10,200 ft.) for breathtaking views of the Eastern Himalayas and Wangdue Phodrang (approx. 4,300 ft) famous for its rich tapestry of ancient Buddhist pilgrimages. Punakha
After breakfast, your Punakha sightseeing tour begins with visit to the 15th century Chimi Lhakhang (Temple) also known as the Fertility temple located on a small hilltop. This extraordinary temple blessed by Drupa Kinley (believed to be the King of Fertility), has exciting tales to tell. Walk through the Punakha Suspension Bridge - the longest suspension bridge of Bhutan - stretching over the Po Chhu Lake. This bridge leads your way to the Punakha Dzong - one of the most spectacular Dzongs of Bhutan. This Dzong built by a Tibetan Buddhist monk is where various ancient kings of Bhutan have been crowned. Visit the Khamsum Yulley Namgyel Chorten. It is a royal example of Bhutanese art and architecture that was primarily built for the well-being of the King of Bhutan and kingdom. Punakha - Paro( 130KM - 4 Hours)
After breakfast, drive to Paro. Paro: This city extends from the confluence of the Rivers Paro Chhu and Wang Chhu. It is a picturesque town of Bhutan dotted with elegant, traditional-style, various Buddhist temples and monasteries dating back to 14th century and the most iconic landmark - the Tiger’s nest - a Buddhist monastery carved out into a 4,000-foot high cliff in 1692. Paro
After breakfast, head for Paro sightseeing tour with first visit to the Chelela Pass (Approx. 13,084 feet above sea level). It is considered to be the highest motorable roads in Bhutan. Enjoy stunning and unobstructed views of the snow-capped mountains here. Visit the Rinpung Dzong (Approx. 7,500 ft.) meaning "the fortress of the heap of jewels") in Paro District, which served as a bastion against invasion. This dzong (monastery) is home to the state monks and is also the district headquarter of Paro. Explore one of the oldest and most beautiful temples of Bhutan - KyichuLhakhang built in 659 AD. End your day with a visit to the enchanting Tiger’s Nest Taktshang(more than 10,000 above sea level). It is considered to be one of the most powerful and spiritual places among the Buddhists. This is where Guru Rinpoche (founder of Tibetan Buddhism) meditated in the 8th century. Nestled on the edge of a cliff overlooking the lovely pine and rhododendrons forests, trekking here becomes quit challenging as the trail gets steeper. Overnight stay at hotel in Paro.
