Exotic Thailand in 13 Days - Bangkok / Kanchanaburi / Chiang Mai/ Krabi Island

Arrival Bangkok airport. Meet and greet at the airport and private transfer to your hotel. Balance of the day at leisure. Overnight Bangkok

07:30 Meet at your Bangkok hotel and depart to Kanchanaburi (ca. 2 h). Visit the JEATH Museum, war cemetery and the Bridge. Board the train for ride on the Death Railway up to Thamkrasae.

Lunch at local restaurant. 

Transfer to your hotel for check in. Evening at leisure and overnight Kanchanaburi

Have hearty breakfast at your hotel then our driver and tour guide will take you to visit of the Hell Fire Pass Memorial. Lunch at local restaurant (local experience). Visit on the way Wat Tha Khanun. Continue to Pom Pee viewpoint of Khao Laem National Park and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Arrive in sleepy Sangkhlaburi where we will stay in basic guesthouse (with proper facilities). After check in, make a boat tour on lake and visit the ruins of Wat Somdet, and see the remains of the sunken temple (subject to water level). 

Overnight Sangkhlaburi

Have a local breakfast at the Mon Bridge. Visit the Mon Bridge and experience the daily activities. Visit the Wat Wang Wiwekaram and the Phutthakhaya Chedi. Proceed to border point with Myanmar at the Three Pagodas (border crossing not allowed). Transfer back to Saiyoke district with stop for lunch at local restaurant. Stop at Hin Dat Hot Spring to relax. Afternoon arrival at the hotel. Overnight Kanchanaburi

Have a breakfast at your hotel in the morning then our guide will pick you up and visit of Erawan waterfalls for relaxing or hiking then transfer back to Bangkok with late afternoon arrival and drop off at your hotel in Bangkok. Overnight in Bangkok

Have breakfast at the hotel and relaxing time before the pick-up for flight to Chiang Mai.

Overnight in Chiang Mai

Breakfast. Pick up by your guide for a full day “safari” city tour of Chiang Mai by using different modes of transportation (the songthaew, long tail boat, tuk tuk). Start with a stroll in the old traders’ community at Wat Gatekaram before heading to Wiang Kum Kam, the ancient city in ruins. Tour the small village by tram. Head to Wat Chedi Luang, where we make offers to the monks and receive their blessing. Continue uphill to the Wat Phrathat Doi Suthep, not only for its view but also to be involved in a blessing ceremony or witness the chanting of the monks. Return to the hotel.

Overnight Chiang Mai

Have breakfast at your hotel then you'll have a free time to explore Chiang Mai or take a optional

OPTIONAL:

Breakfast. Spend the day at an Elephant Rescue Park (join basis). Morning pick up and join the transfer to the sanctuary. Arrive at the sanctuary and get briefed on the day’s activities for your one-on-one interactions with the rescued elephants. You will get to meet them, feed them, walk with them, hug them, play with them, bath with them. Enjoy the memorable day and transfer back to your hotel in the afternoon.

Overnight Chiang Mai

Breakfast. Private transfer to Bangkok airport for your flight to Krabi (include airfare). Arrival Krabi airport and private transfer to your hotel.

Some free days you can use for taking optional tours, or just strolling around Krabi for handicrafts and souvenirs, or maybe have yourself a spa treatment? 

OPTIONAL TOUR: PHI PHI ISLAND TOUR

Breakfast. Morning pick up for join tour to the Phi Phi islands by speedboat. Your captain will take you to the snorkeling spots and panoramic cruising along Maya Bay, Pileh Cove, Monkey Beach and Viking Cave. A relaxing stay at Bamboo Island is also on the program as well lunch at local restaurant. Return to Krabi by 15:30 and transfer back to your hotel. (Note that the order of visits depends on the wind conditions).

Today is the day that most of travelers hated. It is one of those days where they have to leave Paradise and back to the reality.
