Explore the flip side of Bangkok and then learn how to prepare some of the most popular dishes from Thai cuisine, with fresh ingredients sought from the local markets. Soak up the magical atmosphere of Bangkok by night as you set off on an evening cruise down the Chao Phraya River.

Day 1

ARRIVAL BANGKOK

After landing at Bangkok International Airport, a tour representative will meet and greet you before guiding you to the transfer to your hotel. Then spend the rest of this first day at leisure, becoming acquainted with the vibrant city of Bangkok. Perhaps you could indulge yourself with a traditional Thai Massage, surprise your taste buds with the local flavours and cap off the day by enjoying the sunset from any of the stylish rooftop bars which have blossomed in the city’s skyscrapers in recent years… the options are limitless. Overnight in Bangkok.

Day 2

BANGKOKHALF DAY FOOD TOUR & EVENING DINNER CRUISE

After breakfast at the hotel join our Bangrak food tour (meet the guide at 10:00 at BTS Saphan Taksin Skytrain station - Exit 3). Your first taste of Bangkok is a renowned roasted duck with rice, a delicacy served in the Bang Rak area for over 50 years. Next, refresh your palate with authentic Chinese bitter water and enjoy local desserts as we stroll through the vibrant streets. Dive deeper into Thai cuisine with our famous homemade fish balls noodle, served in a special pink soup, a unique taste sensation not to be missed. The food adventure continues as we savor authentic Thai-style grilled pork, a signature dish of Bang Rak. Along the way, take in the sights of Charoenkrung Rd, Thailand's first road, and explore the bustling Bang Rak market. This sacred site is not just a place of worship, but also a vibrant community hub. You may have the chance to meet and interact with local students, adding a personal touch to your cultural immersion. Next stop is a renowned bakery shop in Bangrak, a family-owned establishment serving delectable Thai pandan custard bread and Thai tea for more than 70 years. Managed by the fourth generation, this bakery is a testament to the enduring appeal of Thai cuisine. We then explore the majestic Assumption Cathedral, followed by a tasting of Thai desserts. Crossing the Chaopraya River, we head to a popular North-Eastern food restaurant known to Bangkok locals. Here, experience signature dishes like Fried Chicken with Lemongrass, Papaya Salad, and Spicy Grilled-Pork Salad. Our culinary journey concludes at ICONSIAM, where you can enjoy more Thai desserts and take in the stunning scenery of the Chaopraya river. The tour ends at the BTS Charoen Nakhon Station. In the evening, get ready for a dinner cruise with White Orchid. Spend an exciting and memorable 2 hours-long evening Cruising and dining along the Chao Phraya River enchanting, magical atmosphere which is something you shouldn’t miss. Depart from Asiatique pier and enjoy your welcome drink while passing Temple of Dawn (Wat Arun), The Royal Grand Palace (Wat Phra Kaew) and Rama VIII Bridge. Return to the pier where your private transfer will take you back to the hotel.*Private unescorted transfers between the hotel and the meeting point/end point are provided for both tours. Day 3

BANGKOKHALF DAY THAI COOKING CLASS

This morning you will learn how to cook Thai food properly with experienced instructors. The class offer the experience of Thai dishes of your choice with techniques that will make your food more authentic with a touch of Thai style. Start with a visit to the local market in Bangkok to explore shops and varieties of fresh ingredients. Then transfer back to school where you will prepare 4-course of Thai dishes from scratch. At the end of the session an E-recipe book will be provided. Transfer back to the hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight in Bangkok.

Day 4

DEPART BANGKOK

Wake up to one last breakfast at the hotel before enjoying some free time for you to spend at leisure before the unescorted transfer back to Bangkok Airport, where you’ll catch your onward flight to your following destination.
