This journey will take you through the Heart of the Western Balkans, where you will see a unique mixture of cultures, past conflicts, and coexistence.

Let's dive deep into the layered history, vibrant cultures, and striking landscapes of the Western Balkans - an often-overlooked region, which has a lot to offer to the devoted and openminded traveler. From the bustling boulevards of Sofia and Belgrade to the mosques and markets of Sarajevo, and finally to the sunlit shores of Dubrovnik, this itinerary reveals how centuries of Ottoman, Austro-Hungarian, and Slavic influences have shaped a uniquely rich cultural mosaic. Along the way, you'll explore UNESCO World Heritage Sites, war-scarred landmarks, and centuries-old traditions, while also enjoying moments of reflection, discovery, and connection in some of the most storied cities in Europe.

Highlights:

♦ Sarajevo - the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina

♦ Mostar whose old part is a World Heritage Site

♦ Dubrovnik – the masterpiece of the Adriatic, the sea and commercial rival of Venice, under the auspices of UNESCO
