Welcome to Egypt!

Once you are there, our Egypt representative will take you to your hotel in Cairo in a private, air-conditioned vehicle. After the sun goes down and the night takes over, you will be picked up to have dinner on an enchanting Nile River boat where, alongside having the Egyptian local dishes, you will be entertained with oriental music and the moving performance of a belly dancer and Tanoura girls. Then you can be driven back to your hotel.

Giza Pyramids - The Valley Temple - The Grand Egyptian Museum

An outstanding Egypt tour will feature The Pyramids of Giza as a must-go place, which were built around 2600 BC in the time of the great king Khufu and stand as the gate to supernatural beings. First, you'll get to see The Great Pyramid of Giza. It was initially built to serve as the tomb of Pharaoh Khufu, who held the throne from 2609 to 2584 BC. Equally prominent to them were The Great Sphinx of Giza that, as a quiet sentinel on the pyramids, shares with them the mysterious aspect of the desert and has a combination of a human head and a lion body. It was chiseled out of a giant block of limestone. The monument's weight reaches 73 meters long, 19 meters wide, and 20 meters high. Also, during the visit to the Pyramids, there will be the chance to see The Valley Temple, southern at the foot of the Sphinx, which was erected to ensure the elixir of life flowed through all his royal members during the mummification process. Aswan High Dam - The Philae Temple


Take a quick flight from Cairo to Aswan to begin your day. You'll explore Aswan and settle into your cruise ship on the Nile. Have a great day sightseeing! First, visit the Philae Temple, built in honor of the goddess Isis. This temple is stunning and would have been lost to floods if not for the Aswan dam. Return to Aswan, get on your cruise ship, and enjoy lunch as you start your next journey.


In the late afternoon, you have the option to visit the Nubian Village, which is vibrant with colorful houses. People here have been farming along the Nile for a long time. The village has its own unique culture, and you'll see camels strolling through the streets. Spend the night in Aswan.

Abu Simbel (Optional Tour)

With your packing the box of breakfast in your hands, you will begin your life with The Abu Simbel temples, which are the two best places to visit in Egypt and which show the power and the brilliance of the Ancient Egyptians who built them to honor the victory of Kadesh in 1274 BC as they are beautifully depicted on the walls of the temple. The great temple is identified as The Great Temple, which was built for King Ramses II, and The Smaller Temple to the Temple of Goddess Hathor, which was built for Queen Nefertari. Then, a boat will be fine back to Aswan for lunch at a local restaurant, then again at the hotel.

Karnak Temple - Luxor Temple

Once you're done with breakfast, we'll transfer you to Luxor, where we begin the day trip to the famous site Karnak Temple, which is an ancient religious complex that is the size of a city and one of the most popular attractions in Egypt. Each color applied to the temple is a marvel of faith and wisdom. At night, you'll visit the town's center, where the main city temple, with its significant historical background, is the backdrop for the light and sound show. Finally, we end our Luxor temple trip by transferring you back to your hotel, where you can rest. On the return, you were met by your guide.

Hatshepsut Temple - Valley of the Kings - Colossi of Memnon

After a delightful breakfast, the excursion to Hatshepsut Temple. The Mortuary temple of queen Hatshepsut, a symbol of Ancient Egyptian architectural achievement, is a significant site. Retaining its original beauty, the temple was built atop the cliffs of Deir el-Bahari in 1479 BCE and features a statue that represents Hatshepsut's life and title as God's Wife of Amun-Ra. First of all, we commence the trip with The Valley of the Kings. Death Valley (Valley of the Kings) is an archaeological site containing masterpieces of ancient architecture. It was where the First Intermediate Period (1550-1070 BC) passed the construction representative from more than 60 magnificent tombs. The burials of ancient kings bring tourists from many countries to Luxor, who are particularly interested in the tomb of Tutankhamun. Following the meal, we will take you to The Colossi of Memnon, a pair of extreme stone images of Amenhotep III carved from quartzite. They were previously located outside his now-gone funeral temple, so they were the effective guardians of it. Afterward, your hotel pickup awaits you, and you will be transferred to your lodging creational place.

Cairo - Khan El Khalili Street - Al Muizz Street - Egyptian Museum - Hanging Church - Amr Ibn Al Aas Mosque - Ben Ezra Synagogue - National Museum of Egyptian Civilization

Your vacation memories are most likely hovering over your head. But aren't you all still going to Khan El-Khalili Street, which, by the way, was a vibrant marketplace in Mamluk times and quickly evolved into a very important commercial and shopping center? The only difference is that it is now a vibrant live market offering the best Egyptian culture, trade, and artisans. It is also the birthplace of many stores and cafés with the old-fashioned style. After this, you will proceed to the Egyptian Museum. This place will make you fall in love with ancient Egypt by showing you ageless beauty at its best, regardless of the period of flourishing of this civilization that Egypt has undergone or how many years its culture has been preserved. After lunch, you go to the Hanging Church, which used to be the place where the Holy Family was hiding when King Herod tried to kill Jesus. Now among the tourist spots in Cairo, it is one of the pilgrimages. Later, you are brought to Amr Ibn Al Aas Mosque, the first mosque ever built in Africa in 641 AD in the city of Fustat in Cairo, built with columns made from palm tree trunks, stones, and mud bricks, with four minarets spanning an area of approximately 120m and 112m. After that, you will proceed to the synagogue named Ben Ezra Synagogue, which has the honor of being the oldest synagogue in Egypt and has the privilege of housing treasured documents containing Hebrew, Aramaic, and Judeo-Arabic language teachings currently at the University of Cambridge. Then, you'll be instructed to visit the great one in Fustat City, "The National Museum of Egyptian Civilization (NMEC)" is one of the largest museums, presenting the oldest prehistoric Egyptian civilization in history, which covers 490,000 square meters. And lastly, you will proceed to Al-Muizz li-Din Allah al-Fatimi Street, which was made during the Fatimid dynasty in 969 AD, and it has been open to everyone to see the Islamic architecture area, including the significant structures: mosques, palaces, and schools. Ultimately, we convey the trip to Cairo by returning to the hotel.

Catacombs of Kom El-Shokafa - Pompey's Pillar - Qaitbay Citadel - Bibliotheca Alexandrina

At breakfast, you will drive to Alexandria to visit the Kom El-Shokafa catacombs. These historic graves were built in the 2nd century AD and are composites of Egyptian, Greek, and Roman architectural styles. You'll visit Pompey's Pillar, a giant Roman stone column measuring about 27 meters (88 ft) high. Upon finishing your meal at a nearby restaurant, you will then go to Qaitbay Citadel, a very strong Mamluk fortress from the 15th century, restructured on the site of the ancient Wonder of the World, the Pharos Lighthouse. Then, you'll take a trip to the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, the modern version of the wonder of the ancient "Library of Alexandria." It combines the old and contemporary, manifesting itself as a cultural reservoir. Finally, you can complete your day tour in Alexandria by returning to Cairo.

After having breakfast, you will be transferred to Cairo International Airport. We wish you a safe trip.

Terms and Conditions:   

The purchase of our tours, packages, day trips and cruises(hereinafter referred to be "services") offered by Beyond The Nile Tours Canada, constitutes a contract between you ( the "customer" or customers) and Beyond The Nile Tours, which includes namely the terms and conditions described hereinafter. Please ensure you read and understand these terms and conditions prior to booking.

Deposit:
      A deposit of 30% of the tou rprice plus full payment of Insurance (cancellation insurance) is required at the time of booking.

Final Payment:
      The balance of payment is due 45 days prior to departure, immediately if booked within the 45 days of departure. If final payment is not paid by the required time Beyond the Nile Tours has the right to cancel the booking and keep the non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations:
      In the event of cancellation, the agent or customer must contact Beyond The Nile Tours immediately. As charges as per the date the cancellation is received by Beyond the Nile Tours and billed as shown:

Up to 22 days prior to departure………………….loss of deposit

15-21 days prior to departure……………………..50 %

Within 14 days prior to departure…………………100%

****Any extra services ((optional tours & flight upgrades & sleeper train ticket)) that were pre-booked are 100% non-refundable

Hotel Changes:
      We at Beyond The Nile Tours will do everything within our ability to provide the services as booked. In the event a Hotel is unavailable we reserve the right to make a change with in the same category of Hotel and room choice. Hoteliers and Cruise lines are solely responsible for the room assignment or cabin allocations, should the customer wish to alterthe assigned room or cabin, the changes will be subject to  availability and payment of additional fees paid direct .

Nile Cruises:
      We reserve the right to change the Vessel that will be used on tour should that Vessel be unavailable at the time.

Changes requested by Agent or Customer:
      Will be subject to cancellation penalties as listed above, and are at the sole discretion of Beyond The Nile Tours and are subject to the rates of the new products booked as per the original booking dates.

Cancellation by Beyond The Nile Tours:
      Cancellation of tour program by Beyond the Nile Tours, will result in a full refund of amount collected from the client.  These returned funds will constitute full settlement of any claim you might have against Beyond The Nile Tours for the cancellation.

Insurance:
      Cancellation insurance is mandatory Insurance for  medical purposes is highly recommended,  speak to your agent or request a quote when booking via the link provided.

Travel Documents:
      A valid Canadian or US passport is required to travel to Egypt (must be valid for a least 6 months after date of return), Tourist Visas are also now required to be processed prior to departure. Link to visa application provided in booking information. Other nationalities must check requirements prior to booking. Passport information required at time of booking.

Force Majeure:
      Beyond the Nile Tours shall not be liable for any claim , loss or damage to a person or to property, cost, expense, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment or of time, disappointment or frustration, either mental or physical, resulting from delay, cancellation or accident, illness, injury or death due to:

An act of god or force majeure, or a third party.
      A war, revolution, insurrection, riot, blockage, terrorism, or act of terrorism, or any other unlawful, act against public order or authority.
      Fire, flood, explosion, earthquake, volcanic eruption, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, public health emergency, storm, lighting, hurricane, tornado, tropical storm or any other adverse weather condition.
      Accident to or failure of an aircraft or a ship or any equipmentused in connection therewith, loss of or hijacking of an aircraft or a ship , or any shortage of or inability to provide labor, fuel or facilities:
      Any strike lockout, or labour dispute or other industrial disturbance whether involving Beyond The Nile Tour employees, the employees of a service provider Beyond the Nile Tours relies on to conduct business.
      Any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Beyond The Nile Tours, whether actual, threatened or reported, which may interfere with the operations of Beyond The Nile Tours or of its service provider.
      Any default from a supplier upon whom Beyond The Nile Tours relies for the performance of the whole or part of the services described and provided here-under:
 

Customer Responsibility:
      Statement to Travel supplier: Customers are responsible for advising the agent of their intentions, expectations and needs, as they relate to the proposed travel, before the reservation is completed.

Health:
      Customers whose physical condition so requires must ensure they have sufficient quantity of any required medications, they must hand carry these medications at all times. It is at the customer’s responsibility to insure they are fit to travel.

Excursions:
      The Customer may want to participate in excursions, optional tours and activities (collectively, the “excursions’) that may be offered for an additional fee by Beyond The Nile Tours on behalf of local suppliers. These excursionsare purchased at the Customer’s sole risk , and Beyond the Nile Tours shall not be held liable for the quality, safety of such excursions that are organized and conducted by a third party supplier according to the security standards and norms that may differ from those in the country of origin of the Customer. Any written or oral contract deemed to have been made by the Customer and Supplier of such excursions and shall be undertaken at the Customers on risk of loss, damage, or injury, Beyond the Nile Tours shall not be liable in any manner for any complaints or claims that may arise as a result of participation in any such excursions.

Confidentiality:
      Beyond The Nile Tours, protects the confidentiality of the personal information of its customers in accordance with applicable laws.

Comments and Claims:
      In destination a customer must speak to the Beyond The Nile Tours representative, to assist with remedy to any problem without delay. When the service issue is not with Beyond The Nile Tours, they must contact the local representative tour guide, hotel staff, or airline involved. If this still is unresolved the Customer is then requested to email his/her comments to the following email, [email protected] within 30 days of return.
