Please be ready at the pick-up location 5-10 minutes before the scheduled time as the tour will start on time.
If you miss the bus, please meet us at the next pick-up location. Should you have any concerns, please contact us.
Cancellation/Amendment
Multi-Day tour
o More than 32 days prior to departure: 10% of the total booking amount will be charged.
o 15-31 days prior to departure: 60% of the total booking amount will be charged.
o Within 14 days of departure, tour will be NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-CHANGEABLE.
Tours with VIA RAIL
o More than 32 days prior to departure: 20% of the total booking amount will be charged. (*Subject to the booked VIA class)
o 15-31 days prior to departure: 60% of the total booking amount per person will be charged.
o Within 14 days of departure: tour will be NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-CHANGEABLE.
Tours with FAIRMONT Hotels or Rocky Mountaineer Train
o More than 50 days prior to departure: 30% of the total booking amount will be charged.
o 32-49 days prior to departure: 80% of the total booking amount will be charged.
o Within 31 days of departure, tour will be NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-CHANGEABLE.
**Additional fees, including but not limited to associated credit card or wire transfer service charges, will be applied to any cancellation or amendment request.
**Cancellation policy will be applied to below modifications:
reducing the number of travelers, and changing the optional admissions & group meal purchase, as well as amending extended hotel stay.
**Modification is subject to availability. Calgary Tours reserves the final right of the amendment.
- Calgary Tours recommends you to purchase comprehensive travel insurance immediately upon booking as a measure of added protection.
- Calgary Tours has put forth all necessary efforts to ensure that, at all times of publication, all descriptions in the present brochure are exact.
- Calgary Tours reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or change the tour and/or hotel accommodation and any loss or additional expenses incurred shall be bound by the participants.
- Calgary Tours shall not be liable for failure in the performance of any of its obligations for any loss or damage resulting from any delay, cancellations, loss of personal belongings, illness, bodily injury, accident, death, deterioration of services, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, disappointment or frustration, either mental or physical, attributable to a fault, negligent act or omission by a provider or any employee thereof.
Luggage Allowance
Day Tour: One piece of carryon luggage, with applicable size restrictions, is allowed for each person. Additional checked luggage fee will be applied if needed
Multiple Day Tours: One piece of carry-on luggage, with applicable size restrictions, is allowed for each person. Additional checked luggage fee will be applied if needed
- Basic tour CHILD price applies to 0-15 YRS of age and share bed with adults.
- Should there be any itinerary details/price discrepancies from our website, the company's invoice will be considered as the final confirmation.
- We recommend confirming with us about the tour availability before booking air tickets
- Please provide the correct flight information. Additional charge will be applied If an extra pick up is required due to the incorrect information.
- For customer who book the extended stay at Calgary Airport Area, if no flight information was provided, please book the shuttle with hotel front desk when checking in

- Advance bookings are required for All optional meals and admissions. Highly recommend booking in advance to avoid the line up and sold out.
- Not recommend choosing the group meal option if any dietary requirement (e.g., vegetarian) or allergies
- Price of all optional items & Group meal menu are subject to change without further notice
- Full refundable if weather is not permitted for optional items
- Sightseeing points and stop time are subject to weather condition. If closure of any sightseeing point occurs, it will be replaced by other points
- Itinerary sequence/Hotel arrangement is subject to change due to different departure date
- Not Wheelchair accessible
- This is a local bus tour, and you will join the tour with other travelers locally.
- The itinerary sequence/hotel arrangements, tour guide and vehicle might be subject to change due to departure date. The itinerary and services will not change
- We highly recommend to check the weather forecast before your arrival because the temperature in the Rocky Mountains can drop dramatically at night
- Suggest to bring sunscreen and sun protection products due to high UV index in Canada
- Suggest to bring the warm coat and anti-slippery shoes
Notes for hotels
- According to the regulations of different hotels, you might be asked to provide credit card as a deposit for incidental expenses during the stay, such as telephone calls and etc.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms. Violation of the rules will result in a fine of passenger’s own cost
- The standard Twin room in North American hotels is equipped with one double bed, two double beds or one double bed or one sofa bed
- Triple/Quadruple room does not include a third/fourth bed the room types are based on the double occupancy. No extra bed for 3rd & 4th person
- Please leave us message while submitting your booking if any special bedding request. Calgary Tours will try our best to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee
- Suggest to bring toiletries since North America Hotels usually do not provide such amenities
