KNOW BEFORE YOU GO

Day 1, the meeting point is at the lobby of your hotel in Mombasa at 06:55 am for South Coast hotels and at 05:45 am for North Coast hotels. Travellers are suggested to arrive in Mombasa the day before to reach the tour on time, pre and post-night are available upon an additional cost (optional extra)

The walk up from Sheldrick Falls can be taxing for the elderly and should only be undertaken by clients who are physically fit. Clients who prefer to give the walk a miss will proceed on a short game drive

Day 3, the drop-off is in Mombasa at 06:00 pm for South Coast hotels and at 05:00 pm for North Coast hotels

No refund for unused services. Splitting of the package is not allowed

Early check-in, late check-out, connecting or adjoining rooms in the hotel are subject to availability and not guaranteed

This tour is a combination of regular tours and shared arrangements, clients may be required to change vehicles

Due to limited luggage space in vehicles, suitcases are unsuitable for scheduled road safaris. We recommend luggage packed in inexpensive barrel/sausage bags or soft-sided bags not exceeding 15kg and 65x46 cm. Excess luggage can be handed over to the representative at the time of briefing. It will be handed over to you on your return from the safari. Additional costs may apply to pick up drop off luggage at specific points
